Dan 12:11 “And from the time that which is continual/tamyad H8548 is taken away, and the abomination that lays waste is set up, is one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Dan 12:12 “Blessed is he who is waiting earnestly, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.
Tamyad: H8548
‘Tam’ in Abary means ‘Whole’ and ‘Yad’ in Abary means ‘hand’. The whole hand of Yah is taken away/out of it. From where? The sacrifices, feasts, Shabbats etc mentioned in the Torah.
The visions that Daniel received was when he was in the Babylonian captivity and hence there is a relation to the captivity of Aluahym’s people (the twelve tribes) in dispersion.
Dan 12:7 And I heard the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, and he held up his right hand and his left hand to the heavens, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it would be for a time/muaed, times/muaedim, and half a time/khatsay. And when they have ended scattering the power of the set-apart people, then all these shall be completed.
The word 'muaed' is translated as áppointed time' and in Lev 23 this same word is used to show the appointed feasts of Yahuah.
Lev 23:2 Speak to the sons of Yasharal and say to them, the appointed times (muaeday) of Yahuah which you shall proclaim them as holy convocations; My appointed times (muaeday), they are these:
According to Daniel 12:7 the power of the set-apart people will be scattered for muaed, muaedim and khatsay (the appointed times and their divisions), it would be a similar situation where the temple sacrifices, Shabbats, new moon, feasts of Yahuah would all cease when the southern tribes were carried into the Babylonian captivity, and here in Daniel its termed as ‘Daily/Continual’ (tamyad). The requirements of the Turah of three times a year every male should come up to Yerushalam would not be met. The Turah required compulsorily every male to come up to Yerushalam not without a sacrifice and gift to Yahuah during the Feast of Unleavened bread/Matsa, Feast of Weeks/Shabut and Feast of Booths/Sukkot
Deu 16:16 “Three times a year all your males appear before יהוה your Elohim in the place which He chooses: at the Festival of Unleavened Bread, and at the Festival of Weeks, and at the Festival of Booths. And none should appear before יהוה empty-handed,
Deu 16:17 but each one with the gift of his hand, according to the blessing of יהוה your Elohim which He has given you.
Matt 24:20 “But pray that your flight shall not be in the winter, or on a Shabbat.”
There is a close relation to the 430 years of Yasharal captivity with the 70 years captivity in Babylon and we will see just how in some time. But first let’s determine the ‘FLIGHT’ from the land in relation to Pesach/Passover.
Exo 16: 1 And they set out from Ělim, and all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl came to the Wilderness of Sin, which is between Ělim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second new moon after their going out of the land of Mitsrayim.
2 And all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl grumbled against Mosheh and Aharon in the wilderness.
Exo 16:11 And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,
12 “I have heard the grumblings of the children of Yisra’ĕl. Speak to them, saying, ‘Between the evenings you are to eat meat, and in the morning you are to be satisfied with bread. And you shall know that I am יהוה your Elohim.’ ”
13 And it came to be that quails came up at evening and covered the camp, and in the morning the dew lay all around the camp.
14 And the layer of dew went up, and see, on the surface of the wilderness, was a small round substance, as fine as frost on the ground.
15 And the children of Yisra’ĕl saw, and they said to each other, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. And Mosheh said to them, “It is the bread which יהוה has given you to eat.
Yasharal journeyed into the wilderness of Sayan/Sin in the second month on the fifteenth day which was the feast of Unleavened bread for those who were unclean and couldn't observe Pesach and Unleavened bread in the first month.
Sayan means thorns which has root word san which means thorn
The Torah came later written for the unclean Yasharali who couldn't observe in the first month.
But what happens in Exodus 16 is noteworthy... On the fifteenth day of the second month the people of Yasharal grumbled against Masha and Aharon saying...
Exo 16:3 And the children of Yisra’ĕl said to them, “If only we had died by the hand of יהוה in the land of Mitsrayim, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to satisfaction! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to put all this assembly to death with hunger.”
And Yahuah replies to them... 11 And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,
12 “I have heard the grumblings of the children of Yisra’ĕl. Speak to them, saying, ‘Between the evenings you are to eat meat, and in the morning you are to be satisfied with bread. And you shall know that I am יהוה your Elohim.
He sends them quail between the evenings. The Abary word for quail is salu which is a root word in salah which means lift up. Salah is a term used in Psalms to lift up the prayer to Yahuah.
Selah:
The Pesach sacrifice was slaughtered between the evenings of the 14th /15th followed by Matsa/unleavened bread after sundown. We see Yahuah telling Yasharal that between the evenings he would give them flesh/basar and in the morning he would send the manna. Pesach was to be eaten with bitter herbs, here we see Yasharal’s grumbling as the bitterness.
Exodus 16:14 And the layer of dew went up, and see, on the surface of the wilderness, was a small round substance, as fine as frost/kapur on the ground.
The word kapur is also the same word kapar which means Atonement.
The manna came as the lid of Atonement/mercy seat.
Exo 25:17 “And you shall make a lid of atonement/kaparath of clean gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.
18 “And you shall make two keruḇim of gold, make them of beaten work, at the two ends of the lid of atonement/kaparath.
Num 9:10 “Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘When any male of you or your generations is unclean for a being, or is far away on a journey, he shall still perform the Pĕsaḥ of יהוה.
11 On the fourteenth day of the second new moon, between the evenings, they perform it – with unleavened bread and bitter herbs they eat it.
12 They do not leave of it until morning, and they do not break a bone of it. According to all the laws of the Pĕsaḥ they perform it.
13 But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and has failed to perform the Pĕsaḥ, that same being shall be cut off from among his people, because he did not bring the offering of יהוה at its appointed time – that man bears his sin.
The children of Yasharal were unclean for lusting for basar/flesh. Numbers 11 is a parallel account of Exodus 16.
Numbers 11:33 The meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, and the wrath of יהוה burned against the people, and יהוה struck the people with an exceeding great plague.
34 Then he called the name of that place Qiḇroth Hatta’awah, because there they buried the people who had lusted.
35 From Qiḇroth Hatta’awah the people set out for Ḥatsĕroth – and they were at Ḥatsĕroth
Masha named the place Qiḇroth Hatta’awah which means Graves of Lust. Yahuah struck many of them who lusted for basar/flesh with a plague and they were buried there in Qiḇroth Hatta’awah.
Thus we see a fulfilment of Turah of those in a journey as per Numbers 9:10 ....or is far away on a journey, he shall still perform the Pesach of Yahuah. While those lusting for flesh/basar in their wilderness journey i.e. the outward form of letter will fall away eventually while those who see the Ruach in the letter will receive the manna i.e. the lid of Atonement /kapar or kapur.
2 Chr 30:1 And Ḥizqiyahu sent to all Yisra’ĕl and Yehuḏah, and he also wrote letters to Ephrayim and Menashsheh, to come to the House of יהוה at Yerushalayim, to perform the Pĕsaḥ to יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl.
2 But the sovereign and his leaders and all the assembly in Yerushalayim had taken counsel to perform the Pĕsaḥ in the second new moon.
3 For they were unable to perform it at its time, because not enough priests had set themselves apart, and the people had not gathered at Yerushalayim.
4 And the matter was right in the eyes of the sovereign and in the eyes of all the assembly.
5 And they settled the matter, to send a call to all Yisra’ĕl, from Be'ĕrsheḇa to Dan, to come to perform a Pĕsaḥ to יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl at Yerushalayim, since they had not done it for a long time, as it is written.
6 And the runners went to all Yisra’ĕl and Yehuḏah with the letters from the sovereign and his leaders, and spoke according to the command of the sovereign, “Children of Yisra’ĕl, turn back to יהוה Elohim of Aḇraham, Yitsḥaq, and Yisra’ĕl, so that He returns to the remnant of you who have escaped from the hand of the sovereigns of Ashshur.
7 “And do not be like your fathers and like your brothers, who trespassed against יהוה Elohim of their fathers, so that He gave them up to ruin, as you see.
8 “Now do not stiffen your neck, like your fathers, stretch forth the hand to יהוה, and come to His set-apart place, which He has set apart forever, and serve יהוה your Elohim, so that His burning wrath turns away from you.
9 “For if you turn back to יהוה, your brothers and your children shall be shown compassion by their captors, even to return to this land. For יהוה your Elohim shows favour and compassion, and does not turn His face from you if you turn back to Him.”
10 And the runners passed from city to city throughout the land of Ephrayim and Menashsheh, as far as Zeḇulun. But they were laughing at them and mocking them.
11 Some from Ashĕr and Menashsheh and from Zeḇulun, however, humbled themselves and came to Yerushalayim.
We see Hezekiah taking counsel to perform the Pesach in the second month and sends runners asking all remnant of Yasharal (the northern tribes) who escaped from Ashshur to come and observe the Pesach and unleavened bread in Yerushalam but many of them mocked him while a few from Asher, Menashsheh and Zebulon humbled themselves and came to Yerushalam. Many are lost from tribes of Yasharal were occupied with the golden calf and refuse the call to come upto New Yerushalam in the newness of the ruach. Yachazakyah/Hezekiah means Yah has made strong. He is the type of the Elect who see the significance of the ruach in the letter of performing the word of Yahuah from his commandments.
These Yahudis who came out of Mitsyarim observed Pesach and unleavened bread in the night they escaped from Mitsyarim but they were yet not purified or sanctified by the heat of the desert and Yahuah shows us how he sanctifies them to bring them into the second month Pesach observance with Unleavened bread with all those bitter Yasharali after the flesh drop down dead in the wilderness. Those seeing Mashiyach after the flesh /basar will be plagued as they fall short of even the sanctified Pesach Yahuah ordained in the second month for those falling short in the first month.
And Turah says clearly that those not observing the Pesach of Yahuah in the second month will be cut off from Yasharal forever.
Gal 3:16 But the promises were spoken to Aḇraham, and to his Seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah.
Gal 3:17 Now this I say, Torah, that came four hundred and thirty years later, does not annul a covenant previously confirmed by Elohim in Messiah, so as to do away with the promise.
This 430 years of Yasharal’s sojourning in the wilderness beginning from Abraham’s sojourn till their coming back into the land of promise is closely related to the 70 years captivity of Babylon.
In many places, Scripture states that if Yasharal failed to keep Aluahym’s commandments, then Aluahym will allow Yasharal to be conquered by their enemies – and that Yasharal will then be held captive in their enemies’ countries.
Eze 4:1 “And you, son of man, take a clay tablet, and you shall lay it before you, and shall inscribe on it a city, Yerushalayim,
Eze 4:2 and shall lay siege against it, and build a siege wall against it, and heap up a mound against it, and set camps against it, and place battering rams against it all around.
Eze 4:3 “Then take an iron plate, and set it as an iron wall between you and the city. And you shall set your face against it, and it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it. It is a sign to the house of Yisra’ĕl.
Eze 4:4 “And lie on your left side, and you shall put the crookedness of the house of Yisra’ĕl on it. As many days as you lie on it, you shall bear their crookedness.
Eze 4:5 “For I Myself have laid on you the years of their crookedness, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days. And you shall bear the crookedness of the house of Yisra’ĕl.
Eze 4:6 “And when you have completed them, you shall lie again on your right side and shall bear the crookedness of the house of Yehuḏah forty days, a day for a year. I have laid on you a day for a year.
Ezekiel was told to lie on his left side for 390 days to bear the iniquity of Yasharal for the symbolic 390 years as verse 6 says ‘’….I have laid on you a day for a year’’ and for Yahudah to lie on the right side for 40 days which each day is for a year. So 390 + 40 =430 years.
Yasharal didn’t keep the Turah of Yahuah even in the promised land just as they faltered time and again in the wilderness and thousands of them killed with the plague in the wilderness on several occasions.
One of the reasons why this is important is that Scripture explicitly states that while Yasharal is in captivity, the land of Yasharal will be able to have its Sabbath rest:
Lev 26:27 ‘And if in spite of this, you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,
Lev 26:28 then I shall walk contrary to you in wrath. And I myself shall punish you seven times for your sins.
Lev 26:29 ‘And you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and eat the flesh of your daughters.
Lev 26:30 ‘And I shall destroy your high places, and cut down your sun-pillars, and put your carcasses on the carcasses of your idols. And My being shall loathe you.
Lev 26:31 ‘And I shall turn your cities into ruins and lay your set-apart places waste, and not smell your sweet fragrances.
Lev 26:32 ‘And I shall lay the land waste, and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it.
Lev 26:33 ‘And I shall scatter you among the nations/guym and draw out a sword after you. And your land shall be desert and your cities ruins,
Lev 26:34 and the land enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies waste and you are in your enemies’ land. Then the land would rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.
Lev 26:35 ‘As long as it lies waste it rests, for the time it did not rest on your Sabbaths when you dwelt in it.
In order for 70 Sabbath years to be missed, Yasharal must have lived in the land of Caanan– without observing the Sabbath year – for a total of 490 years ( 70 x 7 ...an entire period when Yahuah forgives Yasharal after taking them through Great Tribulation. In Lev 26:28 Yahuah tells Yasharal that he would punish them 7 times for their sins) . This is because only one year out of seven is a Sabbath year – and 490 total years / 7 = 70 Sabbath years, the exact time of Yahudah and few tribes which clung to Yahudah from Yasharal went into the 70-year captivity.
The land enjoyed her Sabbath when Yasharal was in captivity.
2Ch 36:19 And they burned the House of Elohim, and broke down the wall of Yerushalayim, and burned all its palaces with fire, and destroyed all its valuable utensils.
2Ch 36:20 And those who escaped from the sword he exiled to Baḇel, where they became servants to him and his sons until the reign of the reign of Persia,
2Ch 36:21 in order to fill the word of יהוה by the mouth of Yirmeyahu, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay waste she kept Sabbath, until seventy years were completed.
Sabbath years:
Lev 25:3 ‘Six years you sow your field, and six years you prune your vineyard, and gather in its fruit,
Lev 25:4 but in the seventh year the land is to have a Sabbath of rest, a Sabbath to יהוה. Do not sow your field and do not prune your vineyard.
Lev 25:5 ‘Do not reap what grows of its own of your harvest, and do not gather the grapes of your unpruned vine, for it is a year of rest for the land.
Lev 25:6 ‘And the Sabbath of the land shall be to you for food, for you and your servant, and for your female servant and your hired servant, and for the stranger who sojourns with you,
Lev 25:7 and for your livestock and the beasts that are in your land. All its crops are for food.
Similarly, the 7 Sabbaths of years (7 times 7 years) were also significant as everything had to be waived off for those in debt, those who sold their houses, servants should go free etc. They were to sound the ram’s horn on the 10th day of the 7th month on the day of Atonement to proclaim a release where each one returns to his possession.
Sabbath of years:
Lev 25:8 ‘And you shall count seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years. And the time of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.
Lev 25:9 ‘You shall then sound a ram’s horn to pass through on the tenth day of the seventh month, on the Day of Atonement cause a ram’s horn to pass through all your land.
You may read this in detail in my study:
490 / 7 shabbat years = 70 years captivity is closely related to the 430 years of Yasharal in sojourning because in journey/captivity away from the land they didn’t have the temple, sacrifices, feasts, Shabbats yet the only difference being that in the 430 years captivity in the wilderness they observed the sacrifices, shabbats, feasts etc. as a rehearsal but the actual observance and binding laws would be when they would be sworn into the Turah which Yashushua/Joshua did on Mount Gerezim and Mount Eybal as per the instructions given by Masha the servant of Yahuah.
Deu 11:24 ‘Every place on which the sole of your foot treads is yours: from the wilderness, and Leḇanon, from the river, the River Euphrates, even to the Western Sea is your border.
Deu 11:25 ‘No man shall stand against you. יהוה your Elohim shall put the dread of you and the fear of you upon all the land where you tread, as He has spoken to you.
Deu 11:26 ‘See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:
Deu 11:27 the blessing, when you obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I command you today;
Deu 11:28 and the curse, if you do not obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other mighty ones which you have not known.
Deu 11:29 ‘And it shall be, when יהוה your Elohim has brought you into the land which you go to possess, that you shall put the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ěyḇal.
Jos 8:30 And Yahushua/Joshua built an altar to יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl in Mount Ěyḇal,
Jos 8:31 as Mosheh the servant of יהוה had commanded the children of Yisra’ĕl, as it is written in the Book of the Torah of Mosheh, “an altar of unhewn stones over which no man has wielded iron.” And they offered on it burnt offerings to יהוה, and slaughtered peace offerings.
Jos 8:32 And there, in the presence of the children of Yisra’ĕl, he wrote on the stones a copy of the Torah of Mosheh, which he had written.
Jos 8:33 And all Yisra’ĕl – the sojourner as well as the native – with their elders and officers and judges, stood on either side of the ark before the priests, the Lĕwites, who bore the ark of the covenant of יהוה. Half of them were in front of Mount Gerizim and half of them in front of Mount Ěyḇal, as Mosheh the servant of יהוה had commanded before, that they should bless the people of Yisra’ĕl.
Jos 8:34 And afterward he read all the words of the Torah, the blessings and the cursings, according to all that is written in the Book of the Torah.
Jos 8:35 There was not a word of all that Mosheh had commanded which Yahushua/Joshua did not read before all the assembly of Yisra’ĕl, with the women, and the little ones, and the sojourners who accompanied them.
We see all of Yasharal sworn into keeping the Turah of Masha with the blessings and curses associated with it.
The blessings and curses of Turah were effective when they entered into the covenant of blessings and curses when they entered into the land.
Deu 16:16 “Three times a year all your males appear before יהוה your Elohim in the place which He chooses: at the Festival of Unleavened Bread, and at the Festival of Weeks, and at the Festival of Booths. And none should appear before יהוה empty-handed,
The place chosen was Yerushalam.
Three times a year every male was to come up to Yerushalam to worship Yahuah, but Yasharal in wilderness was only in a rehearsing of the sacrifices, feasts, Shabbat etc. Hence for the entire 430 years x 3 times they were required to go up to Yerushalam = 1290 in the promised land, the land was occupied by heathen and their heathen temples, sacrifices etc. Yahuah in Daniel 12:11 is showing that the land will be as desolate and abominable as it was just as the ‘daily/continual’ (tam/whole yad/hand) is taken away.
Dan 12:11 “And from the time that which is continual/tamyad is taken away, and the abomination that lays waste is set up, is one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
That’s how we see the prophecy of the 430 x 3 = 1290 of the abomination that lays waste because for even Ezekiel was told to lie on the left side for 390 days/each day for a year for the sins of Yasharal and 40 days on the right side of the sins of Yahudah, each day for a year.
The other way we see it is as the Turah and the prophets witness in sackcloth for 1260 days
Re 11:3 ¶ And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Another clue we get from the close relation to Yasharal’s sojourning beginning with our father Abraham is Rev 11:8…the mention of Sodom and Egypt shows Abraham’s and Lot’s time when they were sojourning in the land of Kenan as well as Egypt. The great city Yerushalam is spiritually likened to Sodom and Egypt when Yahuah’s people were afflicted in their sojourning and captivity.
Re 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Master was crucified.
In Genesis 15:13 we read Yahuah said to Abraham, Gen 15:13 And He said to Aḇram, “Know for certain that your seed are to be sojourners in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them, and they shall afflict them four hundred years.
Exodus 12:40 says 430 years… Exo 12:40 And the sojourn of the children of Yisra’ěl who lived in Mitsrayim was four hundred and thirty years.
Both are correct and I have covered this in my study ‘Was Yasharal 400 years or 430 years in Mitsyarim/ Egypt?’ here:
According to Galatians 3:17 the 430 years began when Yahuah made a covenant with Abraham. Abraham was 75 when he left Haran to enter the land. Yashmael/Ishmael was born to Abraham when he was 86 (Gen. 16:16) and Yitsaq/Isaac was born when Abraham is 100 years old (Genesis 17:17)
During this time Yashmael/Ishmael, who "was born after the flesh persecuted him [Yitsaq/Isaac] that was born after the spirit" (Galatians 4:29; Genesis 21:9-11), beginning a time of affliction of Abraham's seed which intermittently would be continued until the time of the Exodus
Simple maths of 215 years: From Abraham's entry into Canaan (75 when he left Haran) to the birth of Yitsaq/Isaac was 25 years i.e. 100 years when Yitsaq/Isaac was born. Genesis12:4; 17:1-21;
Yitsaq/Isaac was 60 years old at the birth of Yaaqob/Jacob, Genesis 25:26; and Yaaqob/Jacob was 130 at his going down into Mitsyarim/Egypt, Genesis 47:9; the sum makes 215 years. And then Yaaqob/Jacob and his children having continued in Egypt 215 years more, the whole sum of 430 years is regularly completed.
25+60+130=215
The other 215 years:
Yoseph/Joseph was 39 years when Yaaqob/Jacob and all his sons came into Mitsyarim/Egypt and Yaaqob/Jacob was 130 years when he entered into Egypt. Gen 47: 8-9
Yoseph/Joseph was 30 years when he stood before Pharaoh and 39 when Yaaqob/Jacob entered Mitsyarim/Egypt with his sons. Gen 41:46
How do we know that Yoseph/Joseph was 39 when Yaaqob/Jacob entered Mitsyarim/Egypt with his other sons?
He was 30 years when he stood before Pharaoh and 7 years of plentiful had passed so at the end of the 7 years of plentiful Joseph was 37 years.
Gen 45:6 two years of scarcity had already come hence 37 + 2= 39
Yoseph/Joseph dies at the age of 110 which means he rules for another 71 years from the time he is revealed to his brothers 110-39=71 (Gen 50:56)
Yasharal lived in Egypt for 286 years at the time of the death of Yoseph/Joseph 215+71=286
Only 64 years pass from the time Yoseph dies to when Masha was born.
71 (Yoseph ruled for another 71 years after Yaaqob and all sons came into Egypt) + 64 (Masha/Moses born) + 80 (Masha's age when he was before Pharaoh) = 215
How did we arrive at 64 when Masha/Moses was born, read on :)
Things to remember
1) Masha/Moses was 80 years old at the time of the Exodus (Ex 7:7)
2) The time that Yasharal lived in Egypt was 430 years. (Ex. 12:40)
Yasharal lived in Egypt for 430 - 80 = 350 years (at the time of Moses birth) and Yoseph's death to birth of Moses 350-286=64
The 400 years of Abraham’s seed being afflicted as stated in Gen 15:13 is from the time Yitsaq/Isaac was weaned when he was 5 years old.
The reason we take 5 years is because of this evidence from scriptures.
2Sa 4:4 Now Yehonathan, son of Sha’ul, had a son who was lame in his feet. He was five years old when the news about Sha’ul and Yehonathan came from Yizre‛ěl, and his nurse took him up and fled. And it came to be, as she hurried to flee, that he fell and became lame. And his name was Mephiḇosheth.
Here Mephiboseth was 5 years old and still was nursed which usually is an age of completion of Nursing and the child is WEANED.
Masha/Moses was also nursed: Ex 2:9 And Pharaoh's daughter said unto her, Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give give you your wages. And the woman took the child, and nursed it.
When a child completed weaning he was 5 years old and as per Yahudi/Jewish custom the parents went up to sacrifice and hence we see Hannah do the same. Also we see Abraham make a feast because now his child is not under NURSING
Gen 21:8 And the child grew and was weaned, and Aḇraham made a great feast on the day that Yitsḥaq was weaned.
25 years after Abraham left Haran (when he was 75 years old) and Isaac was born i.e. when he was 100 years old and when Isaac was 5 years old he was weaned. So 25+5=30 and 430-30=400
Ga 4:29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
The promise took effect when Yashmael/Ishmael the son of the bondwoman was cast out.
Gen 21:10 So she said to Aḇraham, “Drive out this female servant and her son, for the son of this female servant shall not inherit with my son, with Yitsḥaq.”
Gal 4:30 But what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the female servant and her son, for the son of the female servant shall by no means be heir with the son of the free woman.”
So both 430 and 400 are correct
Ga 3:17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of Alahym in Mashiyach, the Torah, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
Summing up the 430 years: 25 (Abraham 75 years when he left his fathers house to Abraham 100 years when Yitsaq born) + 60 (Yitsaq 60 years when Yaqoob born) +130 (Yaqoob 130 years when going down to Egypt) + 71 (Yoseph’s rule of 71 years after being revealed to his brothers and father till his death) = 286 years + 64 years passed from Yoseph when Masha was born + 80 years when Masha was before Pharaoh
Alahym mentions Abraham in the 430 years because he obeyed Alahym and was a pilgrim leaving his father's house desiring the heavenly country (Heb 11:10) and in the 400 years only his seed is mentioned from the time when Yitsaq was weaned and when the promise took effect that the son of the bondwoman will not have inheritance with the son of promise.
Heb 11:8 By belief, Aḇraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he was about to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
Heb 11:9 By belief, he/Abraham sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsḥaq and Ya‛aqoḇ, the heirs with him of the same promise,
Gen 15:13 And He said to Aḇram, “Know for certain that your seed are to be sojourners in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them, and they shall afflict them four hundred years.
Coming back to the two witnesses Turah and the Prophets as stated in Rev 11:3, the witness begins with Abraham’s seed (400 years as stated in Gen 15:13) when Yitsaq was weaned 25 (100-75 when Yitsaq was born) + 5 (when Yitsaq was weaned and covenant in full force) i.e. 25 + 5 = 30
Hence 1260 + 30 =1290 or 430 x 3 includes Abraham. 1290 -30 = 1260 includes just his seed when the covenant was in full force.
Now you must be wondering what has Abraham to do with the 1290 days as it speaks of the abomination that lays waste, that’s because Abraham was sojourning in the land of Kenan and Egypt with Yitsaq and Yaaqob and they built altars and sacrificed to Yahuah in a foreign land promised to them but yet inhabited with pagans and their abominations in it. The 430 x 3 is the affliction of him and his seed in tribulation as he and his seed were not ready yet to go up to Yerushalam to worship Yahuah and scripture records Abraham looked towards the heavenly Yerushalam.
Heb 11:9 By belief, he sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsḥaq and Yaʽaqoḇ, the heirs with him of the same promise,
Heb 11:10 for he was looking for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.
Dan 12:11 “And from the time that which is continual is taken away, and the abomination that lays waste is set up, is one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Dan 12:12 Blessed is he who waits and comes to the thousand, three hundred and thirty-five days!
When we just look at the affliction of the seed of Abraham i.e. 1260 we see the seed as Mashiyach
Gal 3:16 But the promises were spoken to Aḇraham, and to his Seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah.
Hence when Masha stood before Pharaoh and told Pharaoh to let us go three days journey into the wilderness to slaughter to Aluahym was prophetic because the slaughter of a three days journey of Yahusha ha Mashiyach in the heart of the earth would usher us to New Yerushalam, the same city which our father Abraham looked for and all our fathers looked for.
Exo 8:27 “Let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, then we shall slaughter to יהוה our Elohim, as He commands us.”
Heb 11:16 But now they long for a better place, that is, a heavenly. Therefore Elohim is not ashamed to be called their Elohim, for He has prepared a city for them.
Hence the re-dedication of the spiritual temple and we in him brings us to the cleansing from the abomination of desolation, Yahuah uses a historical record of the cleansing of the temple (rededication) which Yahudi’s observe which falls 75 days after Yom Kippur i.e. the Day of Atonement so spiritually we see 1260 which is the affliction of the seed + 75 = 1335 days. The Day of Atonement is when all of Yasharal’s sins are forgiven as a nation and the Turah and the Prophets (the two witnesses of Rev 11) testify unto Mashiyach the seed who will deliver his people from captivity and abomination which makes desolate.
Heb 2:11 For both He who sets apart and those who are being set apart are all of One, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers,
We see Yahusha himself was present at the feast of dedication called Chanukkah which the Yahudi’s observe when the Greeks defiled their temple and their victory over it. I am not asking reader to in any way observe Chanukkah, its only that Yahuah is using their historical record to show the blessedness of the ones waiting and coming to the one thousand, three hundred and thirty-five days.
Joh 10:22 ¶ And it was at Yerushalam the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
Joh 10:23 And Yahusha walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. 24 Then came the Yahudi round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Messiah, tell us plainly.
As we saw the manna in the wilderness was given to Yasharal for kapar/atonement but they just couldn’t attain to observing all the commandments of Yahuah for their looked to a carnal city and many are still looking at the earthly Yerushalam which is likened to Hagar and her children who are in bondage but the children of promise belong to the New Yerushalam from above and follow the footsteps of Abraham their father who looked for the heavenly city and the true slaughter that leads us there.
