Shabbat Shabbaton

                                                     Shabatton                       Shabbat

Shabbat: Shin (Consume/Press in) Bet (house) Tau (Covenant): The  consummation of the covenant of the house.

Shabbaton: Shin (Consume/Press in) Bet (house) Tau (Covenant) Uau (secured) Nun (life): The consummation of the covenant of the house secured by life.

Lev 16:31 It is a Shabbat Shabbaton solemn you, that you may humble your souls; it is an eternal statute.

Lev 16:31 It is the consummation of the covenant of the house, the consummation of the covenant of the house secured by life (Shabbat Shabbaton) and solemn to you, that you may humble your souls; it is an eternal statute.

Gen 2:3 Then Aluahym blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested (Shabbath) all His work which Aluahym had created and made.

Gen 2:3 Then Alahim blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He consummed the covenant of the house into all His work which Aluahym had created and made.

We know that Alahim created all of creation in 6 days and on the 7th day he consummed the covenant of the house into all his work which he created and made.

This consumming of the Covenant of the house into all his work can be seen in the ‘Alaph Thu’ which is the mark of Yahusha which is found before the heavens and the earth when he created them.

Gen1:1 In the beginning Aluahym created the Alaph Thu heavens and Alaph Thu the earth.

The consummation of the covenant of the house was on the 7th day when he rested from all his works which he completed in 6 days thus giving creation a hope of the rest in him through Mashiyach Yahusha. In the study Alaph Thuu-The mark of Yahusha we saw the usage of the word ‘owth’ which is the Alaph Uau Thu which is the connector to the previous Alaph Thu and shows the spiritual in the physical ordinance.

Ex31:16 So the sons of Yisrael shall keep the Alaph Thu Shabbat, to celebrate the Alaph Thu Shabbat throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.

Ex31:17 It is a Alaph Uau Thu (sign: Hebrew word 'owth') between Me and the sons of Yisrael forever; for in six days Yahuah made heaven and earth, but on the seventh day He ceased and was refreshed.

The Alaph Uau Thu is a connector to the previous Alaph Thu used in the verse before Shabbat and shows that the physical sign was pointing to the spiritual rest that we would enter when the Messiah would come.

There is a deep spiritual meaning here. Aluahym saw Alaph Thu all that he made and it was VERY GOOD

Gen 1:31 Alauhym saw Alaph Thu all that He had made, and behold, it was very (mod) good (tob). And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

Hebrew word translated as 'Very' in English is 'Mod': Mem (mighty) Alaph (leader) Dalet (doorway): Mighty Leader on the doorway

Hebrew word translated as 'Good' in English is 'Tob': Thet (surround) Uau (secure) Bet (house): surround and secure the house

The words ‘very good’ in Paleo Hebrew show a deep spiritual meaning. ON THE 6TH DAY Aluahym saw Alaph Thu (first and the last) all that he made and BEHOLD ‘the mighty leader (referring to Messiah) was standing on the doorway surrounding and securing the house he made’

Heb 4:3 For we who have believed enter into rest, just as He has said, As I swore in My wrath, if they shall enter into My rest, although His works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Heb4:4 For He has spoke somewhere concerning the seventh day on this wise: And Aluahym rested on the seventh day from all His works;

Speaking of his rest which we enter into the writer of Hebrews says Aulahym finished his works from the foundation of the world. In Gen 1:31 we see a picture of Aluahym who has completed all his works of creating the heavens and the earth in 6 days and he sees the Messiah standing of the doorway of his creation surrounding and securing the house he made and he RESTED from all his works.

Col 1:16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities all things have been created through Him and for Him.Col 1:17 He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

1Cor8:6 but to us there is but one AL, the Father, from whom are all things and we exist for Him; and one Master, Yahusha the Mashiyach, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.

James the emissary (apostle) speaks of the raising up of the tabernacle of Daud (David) which was fallen down and speaks of Gentiles coming into the faith upon whom his name is called and then goes on to say “ Known unto Aluahym are all his works from the beginning of the world”

Acts15:18 Known unto Aluahym are all his works from the beginning of the world

This all ties up so beautifully. We saw the nail in the name of Daud (David) ‘Dalet Uau Dalet’ (Doorway nailed to the Doorway). Heavens doorway nailed to the earthly doorway and only those having spiritual eyes can see Messiah standing, securing and surrounding the house.

Heb 8:2 a minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle, which the Master pitched, not man.

So we see the Shabbath Shabbaton according to Lev 16:31 would be solemn to us that we may humble our souls and this would be a perpetual statue throughout all generations. The physical rest on the 7th day was a ‘owth’ (Sign: Alpeh Uau Tau) of the Alaph Thu Shabbath i.e. the covenant of the house being consummed. We are yet to enter into the Shabbaton which is the consummation of the covenant of the house secured by Mashiyach's life.

Heb 4:8 For if Yahusha (Joshua) had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that. Heb4:9 There remains therefore a Shabbat rest for the people of Aluahym.

The ‘Shabbath Shabbaton’ in the Thurah of Aluahym is the hope of all people of Aluahym because as long as we are in the doorway of the earthly tent we look to enter into the doorway of the heavenly where we see our Mashiyach standing, securing and surrounding all the works of Aluahym.

Ex 20:10 but the seventh day is a Shabbat of Yahuah your AL; in it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter, your male servant or your female servant or your cattle or your sojourner who is within your gates.

Ex20:11 For in six days Yahuah made the Alaph Thu heavens and the Alaph Thu earth, Alaph Thu the sea and Alaph Thu all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore Yahuah blessed the Shabbat Alaph Thu day and made it set apart (qodesh).

So far we learnt the meaning of Shabbat: Shabbat in Hebrew comprises of letters Shin (Press) Bet (House) Tau (Covenant)

Put together ‘Consummation of the House Covenant’

Let’s see the breakup of the word Shabbat:

The vowel points added to the words by Masoretes make the same words sound differently and mean differently but the letters used are the same. Hence there are many variations to the same word.

Shab: (Verb) Means Return

This verb is derived from the parent root

. The first letter is the (shin - Sh) a picture of the teeth meaning to press. The second letter, (beyt - B) is the picture of the tent or home. Combined, these two letters form the word Shab representing a pressing to the tent and means to return.

Bath: Bet (House) Thu (Covenant) means ‘Daughter’

Ge 11:29 And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram's wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, the daughter (Bath) of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.
Shabbat put together is ‘Return O Daughter’

Bath: Bet (house) Thu (Covenant) also is a Hebrew Measure’

1Ki 7:26 And it was an hand breadth thick, and the brim thereof was wrought like the brim of a cup, with flowers of lilies: it contained two thousand BATH (Bet Thu)

Eze 45:11 The Ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain the tenth part of an homer, and the Ephah the tenth part of an homer: the measure thereof shall be after the homer.
The Bath is equal to Ephah which was used in sin offering. The context of Ezekiel is to have a just Ephah and a just Bath in measuring justice.

Hence Shabbat means ‘Returned Measure’. It is what Yahuah gives us as just measure to save us in Yahusha and what we give in return to him in obeying him.

The verb SHAB is also rooted in the Hebrew word ‘Shabay’ Shin Bet Ayin which means ‘To swear’

Bath means ‘daughter’. Hence the words ‘Shaba Bath’ (from where the word ‘Shabbat’ is rooted) put together means ‘Swear to daughter’

Reverse of Shaba bath is ‘BathShaba’

The name ‘BathShaba’ means ‘Daughter of Oath’

Shelomoh was the son of BathShaba and being in the Covenant he prophesied of the love of Aluahaym towards the daughter of Tsiyown as her husband and maker and the love of Tsiyown to her husband and maker in a marriage oath.

Song 2:16 My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.
Isa 54:5 For thy Maker is thine husband; Yahuah of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The Aluahaym of the whole earth shall he be called.

Yahusha is our husband and we are of his flesh and of his bones.

The same word ‘Shabay’ also means ‘seven’
Bath also means ‘measure’

Hence put together ‘Seven measures’ which is a complete measure.

Shabbat in the New Testament:

Col 2:16 Let no one therefore judge you in dabar food, or drink, or in respect of a festival or Rashey Chadashim (new months) or Shabbats.Col 2:17 which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of the Mashiyach.

Paul is not saying that “Let no one therefore judge you “ for NOT eating dabar food or observing feasts of Yahuah or Shabbat which are a shadow of things to come but Paul is saying “ Let no one therefore judge you when you eat dabar food or observing feasts of Yahuah or Shabbat which are a shadow of things to come”. The churches take the former interpretation whereas the latter is true because Paul goes on to say ” …but the body is of the Mashiyach”

The Pharisees accused Yahusha for not observing the Shabbat because they had a different carnal meaning to Shabbat and did not see the compassion of the Savior in redeeming his creation from vanity. They only observed a literal day because it was commanded. They did not understand the spiritual in the natural.

Matt12:7 “But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire compassion, and not a sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent.” (Hos 6:6)
Matt12:8 “For the Son of Man is also Master of the Shabbat.”

'The body is of Mashiyach' can be seen where Yahusha says of himself that he is greater than the physical temple of the Jews because he understood perfectly what Shabbat meant and observed it perfectly and quoted Hosea 6:6

Hos 6:6 For I desired in mercy and not sacrifice, and in the knowledge of Aluahym rather than burnt offerings.

The knowledge of Aluahym (spiritual) in the physical (like burnt offerings & Shabbat) is what the desire of Aluahym was. 'The body of Mashiyach' is the observation of the Thurah in seeing that we are now his body and the sanctification of the body is what Thurah teaches.

The Renewed Testament assemblies met on first of the Shabbats:

Acts 20:7. way’hiy b’echad baShabbatot ka’asher ne’es’phu hatal’miydiym lib’tso`a halechem way’daber ‘itam Polos kiy-‘amar laleketh misham l’macharath hayom waya’are’k hadabar `ad-chatsoth halay’lah.

Acts20:7 On first of the Shabbats, when the disciples (they) were gathered together to break bread, Shaul preached to them, intending to leave the following day, and he prolonged his message until midnight.

KJV: Ac 20:7 ¶ And upon the first day of the week (shabbaton), when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

Greek uses the Hebrew word ‘shabbaton’ which KJV translates into English as ‘week’

1 Corin 16:2. b’kal-‘echad baShabbatot ‘iysh ‘iysh mikem ka’asher tasiyg yado yaniyach ‘ets’lo w’ye’etsor l’ma`an ‘asher ‘abo’ w’lo’ yiqabets `od.

1Cor16:2 On first of the Shabbats each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that there be no gatherings when I come.

The Greek translation uses the Hebrew word ‘Shabbaton’

KJV: 1Co 16:2 Upon the first day of the week (Shabbaton translated as week in English) let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

Acts 16:13 And on the day of the Shabbat we went outside the gate to a riverside, where we were supposing that there would be a place of prayer; and we sat down and spoke to the women who had assembled.

Yahusha rose on Shabbath day to fulfill the rest of the 7th day in which Aluahym who saw his works and rested when he saw on the doorway of his creation the Mashiyach standing, securing and surrounding all his works.

Matt 28:1 w’acharey motsa’ey haShabbatot k’shehe’iyr l’echad baShabbatot ba’ah Mir’yam haMag’daliyth uMir’yam ha’achereth lir’oth ‘eth-haqaber.

Matt28:1 Now on the eve of behold the Shabbats, as it began to dawn toward the first of the Shabbats, Miriam Magdalene and the other Miriam came to look at the grave.

The remaining 3 Shabbats they went to the synagogue preaching Mashiyach :

Acts17:1 Now when they had traveled through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews.
Acts17:2 And according to Shaul’s custom, he went to them, and for three Shabbats reasoned with them from the Scriptures,

Thus the Shabbat day was always in Hebrew considered to be Yahuah’s day because on that day Yahuah rested when he saw his Son on the doorway of his creation standing, securing and surrounding it.

Lu 4:16 And he (Yahusha) came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

Yahusha observed the Turah of Aluahym in fulfilling his mission of pressing in the covenant of the house of Yahuah. This rest became our eternal hope.

Rev 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Master’s day, and I heard behind me a great voice as the sound of a trumpet,

Yahuchanan (John) saw the revelation relating to his judgement and wrath on the Master’s day i.e. Yahusha’s day.

Ex 31:13 And you, speak to the sons of Yisrael, saying, You shall surely keep My Alaph Thu Shabbats; for this is a sign (Alaph Uau Thu) between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am Yahuah who sanctifies you.

Col 2:16 Let no one therefore judge you in dabar food, or drink, or in respect of a festival or Rashey Chadashim (new months) or Shabbats.
Col 2:17 which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of the Mashiyach.

In Ex 31:13 Yahuah says that this would be the sign (owth) between him and us throughout your generation that you may know that I am Yahuah who sanctifies you….Paul speaks in Col 2:17 “ …but the body is of the Mashiyach”

Rome changed times and laws of Yahuah to make a new religion called Christianity which changed Yahusha’s day to Sunday and since thousands of years people have been gathering in their churches on Sunday and Sunday is a declared holiday in the Western world because of the influence of Rome. Aluahym’s people who come out of this Mystery Babylon are scattered across the nations in Rome’s captivity with no hope of gathering here on earth until our gathering unto him when he comes on the clouds with great power and glory to rescue us from Gomer and Magog who have surrounded us.
Though our physical eyes may see Gomer and Magog (pagan Greek-Roman culture) surrounded us we need to see creation from Aluahym’s eyes. He saw Yahusha standing on the doorway of his creation securing and surrounding it.

When Yisharal went into captivity they observed Shabbats in desolation.

2Chr36:21 to fulfill the word of Yahuah by the mouth of YirmeYahu (Jeremiah), until the land had enjoyed its Shabbats. All the days of its desolation it kept its Shabbat, to fulfill seventy years.

If we are spiritual Yahudi's and have crossed over from the pagan religions of the world we cannot ignore the ‘Shabbaton Shabbat’ because it was ordained perpetually for all generations for our sanctification. Though being in under captivity of Greek-Roman culture because of which we may have to work and fulfill our duties towards our children whose schools are open on Shabbat etc we must not forget the sign of our sanctification. James the emissary (apostle) reminds us the Gentiles coming to the faith that Moshe from ancient generations has in every city those who preach him since he is READ IN THE SYNANGOGUES EVERY SHABBAT.

Acts 15:19 Therefore it is my judgment that we do not trouble those who are turning to Aluahym from among the Gentiles,
Acts15:20 but that we write to them that they abstain from things contaminated by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood.
Acts15:21 For Moshe from ancient generations has in every city those who preach him, since he is read in the synagogues every Shabbat.

Matth 24:20. ‘a’k hith’palalu shel’ tih’yeh m’nusath’kem bachoreph w’lo’ baShabbat.
Matt24:20 “But pray that your flight shall not be in the harvest, or on the Shabbat.”
Matt24:21 “For then there shall be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever shall.”

The Hebrew word ‘chorep’ can also be translated as ‘harvest’

Job 29:4 As I was in the days of my harvest (chorep), when the friendship of the AL was over my tent

Yahusha warned to pray that his peoples flight (fleeing) be not in the harvest or on the Shabbat or else there would be a great tribulation such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever shall be. Because Aluahym’s children did not guard his commands this calamity of fleeing unfortunately has happened on the Shabbat and it’s been thousands of years since his people are living in the desolation of Rome.

Jer 17:27 But if you do not listen to Me to keep the Aleph Tau Shabbat day holy and not to carry a burden and coming in through the gates of Yerushalam on the Shabbat day, then I shall kindle a fire in its gates and it shall devour the palaces of Yerushalam and not be quenched.

Lastly now that we are in the desolation and are observing the Shabbat in desolation with a hope of our redemption into the arms of our Savior Yahusha who will come to redeem us from this desolation and captivity we must rend our heart for disobeying his Turah in not hallowing the Shabbat Shabbaton since it is the sign of our sanctification. The ‘Sign’ stands for the Hebrew letter ‘Tau’, therefore the Shabbat Shabbaton is the Thu of the Covenant where Thu also means ‘LAST’ and the last is our REST.

Psalms 137 is the mourning of the daughter of Zion by the rivers of Babylon in desolation. They hung their harps (joyous praise and worship instruments) on the willow tree. They say ''How can we sing the song of Yahuah in a strange land?''

Ps 137:1 By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down and also we wept, when we remembered Zion.
Ps137:2 Upon the willows in the midst of it we hung our harps.
Ps137:3 For there our captors asked us the words of a song, and our tormentors mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion.
Ps137:4 How can we sing the song of Yahuah in a foreign land?
Ps137:5 If I forget you, O Yerushalam, let my right hand forget.

As widows seated we are weeping for the redemption of Yarushalam while the carnal so called Yahudi's are running after blood moon calendar.

Joel2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great and awesome day of Yahuah comes.

The great day of Yahuah is the Shabbath when his elect would be in perpetual rest in Mashiyach while the wicked destroyed.

Jer 16:9 For thus says Yahuah of hosts, the AL of Yisrael: Behold, I shall cause to cease from this place, before your eyes and in your time, the voice of rejoicing and the voice of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride.

Rev18:22 And the sound of harpists and musicians and flute-players and trumpeters shall not be heard in you any longer; and no craftsman of any craft shall be found in you any longer; and the sound of a mill shall not be heard in you any longer;Rev 18:23 and the light of a lamp shall not shine in you any longer; and the voice of the bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you any longer; for your merchants were the great men of the earth, because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery

Compare the above 2 verses and you will see it speaks of carnal Yasharal with his blood moon calendar observing feasts and Shabbath of Yahuah in a strange land without discernment and sending greeting Shalum Shalum when there is no Shalum

Jer 6:14 They have healed the brokenness of My people lightly, saying, Peace (Shalum), peace (Shalum), but there is no peace (Shalum).

Star of Yaqoob

Num 24:17 I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near; A star (kokab) shall come forth from Yaaqob, a scepter shall rise from Yisrael, and shall crush through the forehead of Moab, and dig into (Hebrew word: qarqar) all the sons of Sheth.
Num 24:18 Edom shall be a possession, Seir, its enemies, also shall be a possession, while Yisrael performs valiantly.

The following prophetic words were from the mouth of Baalam the prophet of Alahim who for money went to curse the children of Yishral for Balak but he couldn't curse them but instead only words of blessing came out from his mouth. We won't look at the way of Balaam in this study but we will look at the prophecy and the timing of the prophecy (the words that came out from his mouth).

There is no shadow of doubt that this is speaking of the Messiah. The prophecy says " I see him, but not now, I behold him, but not near..."

The existence of the Ruach of Messiah in the spirit of prophecy says that the Messiah could be seen but not now, beheld but not near (there was a time appointed for his manifestation).

A STAR shall rise from Yaqoob

The Hebrew word for STAR is 'kokab'

The Paleo Hebrew image above is of 'kokab' : Kaph (Palm of hand reaching out), Uau (nailed), Kaph (palm of hand open), Bet (house or tent)

Put together : The palm that reached out was nailed and that palm is open to lead to the house

The Star  would come out of Yaqoob: Meaning of name of Yaqoob:

Yaqoob : Yod (hand holds) Ayin (watch) Quph (time) Bet (house)

Put together 'Hand holds and watches for the right time in the house'

The word of Yaqoob comes from the word 'aqab' which means supplanter (one who take the place of)

Aqab in Paleo Hebrew:

Ayin Quph Bet: 'Watches right time in the house'

The same word 'aqab' without the vowel points is used for 'heel'

Gen 25:26 Afterward his brother came forth with his hand holding on to Esau’s heel (aqab), so his name was called Yaaqob (Jacob); and Yitschaq was sixty years old when she bore them.

Yaqoob name was given because he watched for the right time to grab/take place of his brother Esau by holding his heel. Esau confirms the meaning of his name by saying he watched the right time to take away his birthright and now his blessing.

Ge 27:36 And he (Esau) said, Is not he rightly named Yaqoob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

'Star of Yaqoob' put together means 'The palm that reached out was nailed and that palm is open to lead to the house the one who watched for the right time in the house'

Yes Yahusha gave gifts (blessing) of salvation to supplanters (ones who were rebellious and waiting to take place of his elder brother)

Ps 68:18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that Yahuah Alahim might dwell among them.

Speaking of the Messiah Paul quotes Pslams 68:18 in Eph 4:8

The open palm of the Messiah was extended and was nailed and that palm leads the supplanters to the house.

Another pictograph of the Star of Yaqoob which came to be called the Star of David because of the prophesies concerning the Messiah using the name of David

Eze 34:23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

This prophecy is of the Messiah, David was long ago dead and slept with the fathers when Ezekiel prophesied.

Even apostle Shimon (Peter) confirms this

Ac 2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch Daud (David), that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
 30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that Alahim had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up the Messiah to sit on his throne;

Rev 22:16 I, Yahusha, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the assemblies. I am the root and the descendant of Daud (David), the bright morning star.

Now that we understand the prophecy of the rule of the Messiah, let's see the star in the name of Daud (David)

Daud: Dalet (doorway) Uau (nailed)  Dalet (doorway): Doorway nailed to the doorway

The pictograph is an arrangement of the letter dalet and it looks like a hand with a finger which points upward and a hand with a finger which points downward

Ac 15:16 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

The finger pointing upwards and downwards is the Uau (nail). Heavens doorway nailed to the earthy doorway with the same nail. The intersection of the two dalets looks like a 'Star'. That's the Messiah.

The Messiah says that he will give us the dawn star. KJV and other translations have it as morning star. The hebrew word used is 'shachar' which means 'dawn'.

Rev 2:26 “He who overcomes, and he who keeps Aleph Tau My deeds until the end, To Him shall give authority over the nations;”
Rev 2:27 “And He shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are broken to pieces, as I also have received from My Father;”
Rev2:28 “and I shall give him behold the dawn (shachar) star (kokab).”

Gen 19:15 When the dawn (shachar) had ascended, the angels urged to Lot, saying, Get up, take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away in the punishment of the city.

Gen 32:24 Then Yaaqob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until dawn (shachar)

Paleo Hebrew word used 'shachar' means arrival of dawn transitioning to morning . Look up the Hebrew Strongs word 07837

Here is the word 'Ha Shachar' in Paleo Hebrew pictograph:

Ha means behold
Shachar: Shin (consumed)-the consumption is of night Chet (cut off) -The cutting off is of darkness by Resh (first head)

Put together 'Behold the consumed night and cutting off of darkness by the first head'

'Dawn star' put together : Behold the night is consumed and cut off by the first head who reached out his palm which was nailed and opened to lead to the house.

Coming back to Numbers 24:17 where the prophecy says that the star of Yaqoob would dig into (Hebrew word: qarqar) the sons of Seth we must be consistent in interpreting what this means. KJV says 'and destroy all the children of Sheth' which is incorrect because Seth was an elect of Alahim and was part of Yisharal. The next verse (v 18) says 'Yisharal performs valiantly'.

If you look up the word 'qarqar' elsewhere in the scriptures it is used as in digging in judgment. In YashaYahu (Isaiah) 22:5 the word is translated as 'breaking'.

2Ki19:24 I have dug (qar) and drank foreign waters, and with the sole of my feet I dried up all the rivers of Egypt.

Isa22:5 For the Master Yahuah of hosts has a day of panic, subjugation and confusion in the valley of vision, A breaking (qarqar) down of walls and a crying to the mountain.

If 'qar' means dug then 'qarqar' means twice dug

Qar : Quph (pictograph of the sun on the horizon) Resh (first head man)

The picture is of the first head man on the horizon of judgment.

Here is the verse again:

Num 24:17 I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near (qar ub); A star shall come forth from Yaaqob, a scepter shall rise from Yisrael, and shall crush through the forehead of Moab, and dig through all the sons of Sheth.

Now look at the word near which has the root word 'qar' and this word is related to the judgment of Yisharal. Remember Balaam was called by Balak to curse Yisharal but he couldn't because they were a blessed people of Yahuah. It was a time of their valiance and Balaam is saying prophetically that the Messiah he can behold but not near in judgment i.e. no judgment as of now but then goes on to say that when he comes he will come in judgment crushing through the forehead of Moab and dig through all the sons of Sheth.

Balaam was a false prophet and we have many Balaams today who have come out of churches and are proclaiming that judgment is come upon churches but they have come out with the pagan Roman doctrines and are proclaiming half truths. When they are confronted with truth they display hatred towards the elect of Yahusha and persecute them and call them names. They are full of bitterness and cursing and not willing to let go of what they brought with them from Rome.

The Messiah paid a price for us and the beautiful description of his salvation can be seen in the Paleo Hebrew words used to describe his salvation and judgment.

Urim and Thummim

Ex28:30 You shall put in the breastplate of judgment the Aleph Tau Urim and the Aleph Tau Thummim, and they shall be over Aharon’s heart when he goes in before Yahuah; and Aharon shall carry the judgment of the sons of Yisrael over his heart before Yahuah continually.

Urim: Alaph Uau Resh Yod Mem

Aur: flame Strong’s 217

Yam:

Oorayim/Urim comes from the root word ‘Uwr’ which means ‘fire’ or ‘flame’ or ‘light’

Isa 24:15 Therefore glorify Yahuah, in the fires (Urim), even the name of Yahuah, the AL of Yisrael, in the coastlands of the sea

Isa31:9 His stronghold shall pass away because of panic, and his princes shall be terrified at the standard, declares Yahuah, whose flame (Uwr) is to Him in Zion and whose furnace is to Him in Yerushalam.

Isa44:16 he burns half of it in the fire (esh) ; he eats flesh on half of it as he roasts a roast and is satisfied. He also warms himself and says, Aha! I am warm, I have seen the flame (uwr)

Isa 50:11 Behold, all you who kindle a fire (esh), and are surrounded by sparks; walk in the light (uwr) of your fire (esh) and in the sparks you are burning. This you shall have from My hand: you shall lie down in torment.

Eze5:2 a third part you shall burn in the fire (uwr) at the center of the city, when the days of the siege are completed. Then you shall take a third part and strike it with the sword all around the city, and a third part you shall scatter to the wind; and I shall unsheathe a sword behind them.

There is another root word ‘owr’ which relates to the word ‘uwr’ and means ‘lights’

Gen1:15 and let them be for lights (ma owr) in the expanse of the heavens to give light (owr) on the earth; and it was so.

And this word ‘owr’ is used in relation to the light which is given for one to walk to see clearly.

Urim is also translated as east
Isa24:15 Therefore glorify Yahuah, in the east (Urim), even the name of Yahuah, the Al of Yasharal, in the coastlands of the sea.
The east points to Yahusha because , when he was born there was a sign of the star in the east.
AHLB defines Aur as the illumination from the sun, moon, stars, fire, candle. An intense light or radiance.
Yam means sea or day or spring.
The Aurim/Urim is the illumination on the waters. Just as the sun rises in the east and it’s rays sparkle on the water and reflect it’s radiance, similarly the face of Yahusha radiates the glory of Aluahym in fullness.
2Cor4:6 For Aluahym, who said, Light shall shine out of darkness, is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of Aluahym in the face of the Mashiyach.
Thummim: Thu Mem Yod Mem
Thum: Strong’s 8537 means whole, integrity, innocent, simplicity.

Thummim: Thu Mem Yod Mem
Thum: Strong’s 8537 means whole, integrity, innocent, simplicity.

Gen 20:5 Did he not say to me, She is my sister? And she, even, she said to me, He is my brother. In the integrity (tham) of my heart and in the innocence of my hands I have done this.

2Sam15:11 Then two hundred men went with Absalom from Yerushalam, that were called and went in their simplicity (thumam), and they did not know anything.

1 Ki22:34 And a man drew his bow in his innocence (thumo) and struck the king of Yisrael between the joints and the coat of mail. So he said to his charioteer, Turn your hand, and take me out of the fight; for I am wounded.

Job4:6 Is not your fear, your confidence, your hope, and the uprightness (thom) of your ways?

Gen25:27 When the boys grew up, Esau became a man acquainted with hunting, a man of the field, but Yaaqob was a simple (thum) man, living in tents.
Job1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job; and that man was perfect (thum) and upright, and one that feared Aluahym and turned aside from evil.
Yam: Yam means sea or day or spring.
The Thummim is the simplicity/integrity/perfection/wholeness of Mashiyach in the seas. Often nations are called as seas. Here the seas are those who have received the fullness/wholeness of Mashiyach in them. We are complete in him. Immersed in him.
Col 2:10 and in Him you have been made complete, which is the head of all principality and authority;
John 1:16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace.

Being in the Mashiyach we are blameless, without defect, without disease or deformity. We are complete in him. This is the picture of Thummim.
Ex28:30 You shall put in the breastplate of judgment the alaph thu Urim and the alaph thu Thummim, and they shall be over Aharon’s heart when he goes in before Yahuah; and Aharon shall carry the judgment of the sons of Yasharal over his heart before Yahuah continually.
In Aharon’s breastplate there was in the breastplate near the heart a small pouch where these two stones were kept in named Urim and Thummim. Urim and Thummim reflect the radiance/glory of Yahusha and his integrity and innocence and he is the one who carries the judgment of Yasharal upon himself by hiding Yasharal in his heart before Aluahym. We are hidden in his innocence and radiance. The Thurah and the Prophets show us his radiance and his innocence. Urim and Thummim show the Thurah and the Prophets through which we receive the knowledge of who Mashiyach is and what he has done for us.
So this word Thummim speaks of integrity/simplicity/innocence/uprightness within the heart just as the Urim speaks of the light/flame/fire

As we read in Exo 28:30 that the high priest had to bear the breastplate of judgment in which were embedded 12 stones and each stone stood for a tribe of Yasharal.

Ex 28:29 And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before Yahuah continually.

Ex 28:17 You shall fill settings of stones in it four rows of stones; the first row shall be a row of ruby, topaz and emerald
Ex 28:18 and the second row a turquoise, a sapphire and a diamond;
Ex 28:19 and the third row a jacinth, an agate and an amethyst;
Ex 28:20 and the fourth row a beryl and an onyx and a jasper; they shall be set in gold filigree.
Ex 28:21 The stones shall be according to the names of the sons of Yasrael: twelve, according to their names; they shall be like the engravings of a seal, each according to his name for the twelve tribes.

The breastplate was nine inches square and folded double with four rows of three precious stones, attached at the corners with gold rings and blue cords. Each of the twelve precious stones represented one of the tribes of Yasharal; thus, every time the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies, he would have the children of Yasharal on his heart. The Urim and Thummim were kept in a pocket behind the breastplate closest to his heart and not visible to the eye.

We saw that the Urim speaks of the light /fire and the Thummim speaks of the perfection/uprightness in the heart. The Urim and Thummin speak of the Law (Thurah) and the prophets.

Our high priest is Yahusha who has died for us and risen from the dead. He has ascended into heaven to appear in the presence of Aluahym for us.

Heb 9:24 For the Mashiyach did not enter a holy place made with hands, which are the figures of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of the Aluahym for us;

As a high priest he held the breast plate of judgment on which our names were embedded as the 12 stones for the 12 tribes of Yisharal which were on the high priest garments with the Urim (Law) and the Prophets (Thummim) in his heart. Hence Yahusha is our LIVING TURAH. Now that we Gentiles have believed on Yahusha as our Savior we are part of the Yisharal of Alahim and our roots are Hebraic being embedded as those stones on the heart of Yahusha.

The counterfeit High priest: Adam/carnal priesthood
Eze28:12 Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre/Tsur and say to him, Thus says Adonay Yahuah, You seal the measure, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
Eze28:13 You were in Eden, the garden of Aluahym; Every precious stone was your covering: the ruby, the topaz and the diamond; the beryl, the onyx and the jasper; the sapphire, the turquoise and the emerald; And the gold, the workmanship of your tabrets and of your pipes, was in you. On the day that you were created they were prepared.
Compare to the high priest’s breastplate from Exodus 28:17-20, the third row is missing on the carnal figurative high priestly gospel/besorah. His breast plate has only 9 gems. The language is paradox and reader shouldn’t misunderstand that Adam was once perfect. They were never perfect.
Ex 28:17 the first row ruby, topaz and emerald
Ex 28:18 and the second row a turquoise, a sapphire and a diamond;
Ex 28:19 and the third row a jacinth, an agate and an amethy
Ex 28:20 fourth row a beryl and an onyx and a jasper
Yahusha spoke of him that he was as murderer from the beginning. The language used is in Ezekiel 28 passages is paradox becuase his merchandise was of deceit and the pattern of Mashiyach was sealed up in Adam’s flesh, hence the carnal priesthood ‘sealed up the sum’ (stopped the pattern of Aluahym) and there was a need of change of priesthood.
Heb 7:11 Truly, then, if perfection were through the LÄ•witical priesthood – for under it the people were given the Torah – why was there still need for another priest to arise according to the order of Malkitseḏeq, and not be called according to the order of Aharon?
Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, of necessity there takes place a change of law
We see these 9 stones mentioned in the day he was created is a paradox and show that his breastplate falls short of the true High priest Yahusha who is the heavenly pattern i.e. the tokniyth (Hebrew word for pattern) and the usage of the words in Ezekiel 28:12 ‘thou sealest up the sum (tokniyth)’ show that as long as the carnal priesthood stood there was hidden the need for the eternal priesthood of Mashiyach
(****paradox is a figure of speech which a statement or proposition despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems logically unacceptable or self-contradictory ***)
Rev9:7 And the appearance of the locusts was like unto horses prepared for battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
Rev9:8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
Rev9:9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, of many horses rushing to battle
In the imagery of Rev 9 the locusts from the bottomless pit had faces of men but hair as women which show the prevailing Greek-Roman culture over the Hebraic and they also had breastplates of iron. The picture is of the Woman/nashayam trying to rule the assembly by not coming under the covering of the husband Yahusha. The breastplate is counterfeit worn by them.
Just to give you a recap Ezekiel 28: 13 says “You were in Eden, the garden of Aluahym…”
We know what happened in the garden of Eden? The woman Eve was deceived by the serpent who stopped the pattern of Aluahym to mankind in the flesh of Adam by making him exalt himself as Alahym for he tempted them that on the day they eat of the tree they will be like Alahym. Yahusha restores the pattern as he is the Living Turah in whose heart is the Urim and the Thummim and on his breastplate all the names of those who are part of the Yasharal of Aluahym. It’s called the breastplate of judgment because he endured the judgment for all his elect. With three stones falling short in the breastplate of the carnal priesthood (paradox language), it shows his besorah (gospel) falling short of the atonement for those who are trading his merchandise. The number 3 speaks of the will of Yahuah. There are many who are calling themselves Yahudi but are a kenneseth/synagogue of Shatan and are totally sold out to the carnal letter.
Re 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Yahudi, and are not, but are the kenesseth (synagogue) of Satan.
Coming back to the Urim and the Thummim:

Moshe (Moses) when he blessed the tribes of Yisharal, this is the blessing he gave the Levi who were the priests. He said “Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one (referring to the Messiah) whom those didst prove at Massah and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah”

De 33:8 ¶ And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy man, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;

Ex 17:7 And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted Yahuah, saying, Is Yahuah among us, or not?

The Urim and Thummim is indeed with Yahusha the holy one of Yisharal, he is our living Turah.

The Urim and the Thummim became the inquiring mediums to know the will of Yahuah until David. Post David there is no mention of this method of inquiring from Yahuah.

1Sam23:9 Now David knew that Shaul was plotting evil against him; so he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring near the ephod (the ephod was the garment of the high priest on which was the breastplate with the Urim and the Thummim).

Num27:21 And he (Joshua) shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Yahuah. At his command they shall go out and at his command they shall come in, both he and the sons of Yisrael with him, even all the congregation.

1Sa 28:6 And when Saul enquired of Yahuah, Yahuah answered him not, neither by dreams, nor by Urim, nor by prophets.

Ezr 2:63 And the Tirshatha (title of governor given by Persia and this was bestowed on Nehemiah) said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.

Ne 8:9 ¶ And Nehemiah, which is the Tirshatha, and Ezra the priest the scribe, and the Levites that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto Yahuah your Alahim; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.

Ezra and Nehemiah were appointed at a time to restore Yisharal back from captivity. They helped in building the wall of Yerushalam. It's a spiritual picture when the desolations of Rome will end and all elect of Yahusha will enter into his rest.

Hos 3:4 For the sons of Yisharal shall remain for many days with no king or no prince, with no sacrifice and no sacred pillar and no ephod or no household image (the word ‘theraphim’ is also used for idols of other gods so we must see the context and the context is harlotry)
Hos3:5 Afterward the sons of Yisharal shall return and seek Yahuah their AL and David their king (referring to Yahusha the son of David); and they shall come trembling to Yahuah and to His goodness in the last days

The prophecy of Hoshea is an eye opener, the sons of Yisharal shall remain many days with no king, no prince, no sacrifice, no sacred pillar (referring to temple), no ephod and no family image which shows a suspended period of a Tribulation until which they would be in harlotry and it will take them time to come out from the Greek-Roman culture and then Yisharal shall return and seek Yahuah (king), and seek Yahusha (the prince) and to his goodness (his salvation, his temple, his Urim and the Thummim, a distinguished image of the Yad family)

The call is to return back to our Living Turah Yahusha in whose heart is the Urim and Thummim and he writes the Urim and Thummim on the hearts of his elect which is the emission of light from the fire (Hebrew word: ‘eshdoth’  which means ‘Royal law of fire’) and the uprightness of the heart (the righteousness of Alahim imputed to us)

Mt 5:17 ¶ Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Finally we see the Urim begins with the Aleph and the Thummim begins with the Tau. Put together the Aleph Tau is the mark of Yahusha on his people.
