Merchandise of slaves and souls of men

In my previous studies ' Call to come out' and ' One hour with Messiah and one hour with the beast' we saw that the wise virgins (elect) came out hearing the voice of the false prophet being deceived and in slumber along with the foolish virgins until they heard the voice of Alahim asking them to come out of Mystery Babylon so that they are not partakers of her plagues.

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Till this point of hearing this call the wise virgins had no clue what state they were in. Alahim brought all to the threshing floor to separate the wheat from the tares. From their perspective they saw safety in coming out of the churches until there was a separation of wheat and tares. In this study we will see how Alahim shows us the kings of the earth and the merchants who were waxed rich by the delicacies of Mystery Babylon were buying and selling slaves and souls of men.

Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
Rev 18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her;for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
Rev 18:12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
Rev 18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

Here the kings of the earth and the merchants stood afar off lamenting for Mystery Babylon and its also says no one is buying their merchandise. A closer observation of the scriptures above shows that the kings of the earth who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her shall bewail her and lament for her when they see the judgment of the whore.

Why would the kings of the earth mourn, lament and weep over Mystery Babylon whereas Alahim tells his people in the next few verses below to rejoice that he has avenged them?

Rev 18:20  Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for Alahim hath avenged you on her.

All this while we had the kings of the earth and these merchants as elect in view but it is clear from scriptures Why would elect mourn, weep and lament over Satan's beastly spiritual kingdom which has destroyed so many souls with her wine of astonishment? Before we go any further let's examine 'kings of the earth' from Alahim's word.

Psa 2:2  The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the YAHUAH, and against his anointed, saying,
Psa 2:3  Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

The kings of the earth in view here are the rulers of Israel (Pharasees, high priest, priests etc) who stood up against Messiah and had him crucified.

Mr 3:6 And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

Not forgetting the parable of the rich man and Lazarus where the rich man is a picture of National Israel who was a type of MERCHANT being rich in covenants, giving of the law, promises, glory etc. The rich man is clothed in purple and fine linen. When we view the final outcome of this rich man he was worse than the BEGGAR Lazarus.

Ro 9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of Alahim, and the promises

Lu 16:19 ¶  There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

Yet these people rejected the Messiah and crucified him because Alahim's covenant was a spiritual covenant with the Israel of Alahim and National Israel stood as a type of the Heavenly Jerusalem. They were a type of being rich as Alahim sent them prophets, gave them the law, they saw the mighty acts of Alahim and finally Alahim sent his only begotten Son and yet they rejected their creator when he came to them.

Joh 1:11  He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

When we look at Mystery Babylon we see she is clothed with purple and scarlet. She is decked with gold and precious stones.

Re 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

The purple, scarlet, gold and precious stones are merchandise of deceit because there is only one true Merchant and that is Messiah. Mystery Babylon is Satan's kingdom counterfeiting the merchandise of Messiah and is presenting herself as a MERCHANT with costly and valuable MERCHANDISE.
National Israel also portrayed costly merchandise but they were bankrupt and under the wrath of Alahim because they did not understand his covenant. They held on to false interpretation of Alahim's law and observed it carnally whereas Alahim's law is spiritual.

We see the same paradox language in Ezekiel 28 where it speaks of Satan being covered with every precious stone, the sardius, topaz, the diamond etc and by the multitude of his MERCHANDISE he is filled with VIOLENCE. Isn't this clear that his MERCHANDISE is of DECEIT and is paradox at first sight?

Eze 28:12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Yahuah GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of Alahim; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of Alahim; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of Alahim: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

While even elect are viewed as kings of the earth and merchants taking forth the merchandise of Messiah in scriptures the kings of the earth and the merchants weeping, wailing and mourning over Mystery Babylon are those who think they have come out of her and are standing afar off her for fear of her judgement. This can only be discerned through spiritual vs spiritual.

They heard the voice of the false prophet proclaiming that the bridegroom is coming and that Babylon is fallen and they have come out of their churches but their hearts are still with Mystery Babylon seen with the picture of their weeping and wailing over Mystery Babylon.

Now that we have seen the MERCHANDISE of deceit from passages from Ezekiel 28, Luke 16:19 let's closely examine the merchandise of the 'kings of the earth' and 'merchants' in the Rev 18:11-13 passages

A midst the merchandise of gold silver, precious stones, pearls, fine linen, purple etc Alahim shows us that these are actually counterfeit merchandise because with these their merchandise also consists of slaves and souls of men. Now that's alarming because if the kings of the earth and merchants in view are the elect then let me tell you no elect would buy and sell/trade slaves and souls of men. That's abominable work of false prophets. Please read the below scriptures carefully. The false prophets are the ones who through their pretending words (feigned words) MAKE MERCHANDISE OF YOU. They are the ones dealing in buying and selling souls.

2Pe 2:1 ¶ But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Yahuah that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 ¶ And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise (emporeuomai) of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

The Greek word for Merchandise is ‘emporeuomai’ which means ‘ buy and sell’. So it’s talking of false prophets trading souls of men.

The merchants of the earth are weeping and mourning that no man is buying the souls of men anymore. The gold, silver etc seems to be paradox because elect never ever bought or sold souls of men. The law of Alahim forbade making merchandise of brethren. The law is spiritual in nature.

Deu 24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

Anyone found doing that was to be KILLED.Satan’s merchandise is buying and selling souls of men and so are the false prophets.Didn't Messiah speak of the Pharisees who compassed sea and land to make one convert but yet they made him two fold more the child of hell then they themselves?

Mat 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Coming back to the Rev 18 passages. These false prophets are come out of Mystery Babylon physically declaring they are not part of her. They hate the whore and make her naked but actually they are following her doctrines. They continue buying and selling souls of men by proclaiming Babylon is fallen is fallen but still teach false doctrines making merchandise of slaves and souls of men. But Alahim uses this against them by opening the eyes of the elect who once were part of their merchandise and came out hearing the voice of the false prophet and now they are are not being their merchandise anymore. If you search scriptures ‘kings of the earth’ is used both for elect and non elect (heathen). I suggest you look up kings of the earth to see this.If you read 2 Peter 2:1-3 the false prophets deny the Yahuah that bought them. What this means is that they looked like the elect, they heard the voice of the cry to come out but the voice was of the false prophet of the beastly kingdom and even the elect heard the same voice but then in Rev 18 Alahim tells elect to come out from HER and this voice the false prophets don’t hear. They continue to lament, mourn and weep for Mystery Babylon because their heart is there. They are still part of this Wickedness.

2Pe 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Yahuah that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

The way of truth shall be evil spoken of. At first glance you may have read the passage to mean that people would speak against the way of truth because of these false prophets but that's not what the passage means. What it means is that the way of truth will be blasphemed

2Pe 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

The Greek word for 'evil spoken of' is 'blasphemeo' which means 'blasphemed'

The passage would read as

2Pe 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be BLASPHEMED

Only when the kings of the earth who fornicated with the whore and the merchants who traded represents both the elect and the non elect it makes sense. The elect and non elect (10 virgins)came out at the false call of the beast and When Alahim calls the elect out of Mystery Babylon, it's when the elect realize their folly and hence Rev 18:20 says:

Re 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for Alahim hath avenged you on her.

The rest who came out remain mourning over their loss that they can no longer trade even though by this deception they are still trading with their poisonous false doctrines in making merchandise of souls of men.

While these men wail, lament and mourn over Mystery Babylon the elect thank Alahim for rescuing them.

Re 19:1 ¶ And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Yahuah our Alahim:
2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped Alahim that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

A response to Unitarians on John 17:3- A post from Carm

Jn 17:3 is SO unitarian that there is no grammatical or otherwise refute to this verse as far as I know. I have no idea what you are saying. Does anyone else? Make heads or tails? Of your statement, sir? James White is not stupid, and all he said was that this verse must be SEEN IN LIGHT of the whole text of Bible. Which means he don't know EITHER how to refute it specifically. But you figured it out? How so? Please make more clear what is clear to you.

Joh 17:3 αυτη δε εστιν η αιωνιος ζωη ινα γινωσκωσιν σε τον μονον αληθινον θεον και ον απεστειλας ιησουν χριστον

hootos (this) deh (and) eimi (am) ho (that) aheeoneeos (perpetual) zoe (life) hina (so that) ginosko (know) soo (thou) ho (that) monos (sole) alaytheenos (true) theos (Divinity) kai (even) hos (who) apostello ( sent ) eeaysooce ( Yahusha ) khristos ( Messiah)

In English: And this AM THAT PERPETUAL LIFE so that know thou that sole true Divinity even who sent (hebrew: Yahusha) Messiah.
The word for life is 'ZOE' which is Alahim's OWN IMMORTAL LIFE and KJV misses personifying and attributing this LIFE to Messiah. KJV reads ' And this is life eternal' against 'And this am that eternal life' which is in Greek. The word for sent is 'apostello' which means on a MISSION.
Uni's cant reconcile how the life of Alahim sent forth from Alahim was on a mission.1Jo 1:1 ¶ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us
Just because we will be given this life it will not put us on par with Messiah through whom we will get this 'Zoe' on the last day. Without him we would never receive this life because he mediated it for us by taking on mortality.
2Ti 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Yahusha Messiah, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

How can one hypostasis or being come OUT from another unless this is purely gnostical? I was Oneness Pentecostal for over 10 years, sir. This is the only model I know of....modalistic and well...gnostic. I assure you this was NOT the view of the first two gen Jews turned Messiahian.

You need to read Heb 1:3 to see and believe. The substance was engraved into Messiah when was manifested in the flesh.

Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the engraving of his substance (hupostasis), and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Divinity (theotes) bodily. You may read how our saving faith is an objective reality of Alahim in a 2 parts post based on Heb 11:1 which shows that FAITH is the SUBSTANCE (Hupostasis) of things hoped for and the evidence of things UNSEEN.We see from Heb 1:3 that Messiah is the ENGRAVING OF GOD'S HUPOSTASIS and anyone connected to Messiah connects him to Alahim.

http://dsouzashodan72.blogspot.in/20...ty-of-god.html

http://dsouzashodan72.blogspot.in/20...ty-of-god.html

I suspect your last sentence addresses the Messiah. I view it to address Alahim. But that's just me, don't never mind...

...unless you want to know my POV, but no forget it...I wouldn't IMPOSE upon you sir...

Here is the verse again: 1Jn 5:20 And we know that the Son of Alahim is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is trueeven in his Son Yahusha Messiah. This is the true Alahim, and eternal life.

Without the Son of Alahim come we wouldn't have got an understanding of who Alahim is. Alahim would have been unknown to us and this is possible by only being in Messiah. If one is not in Messiah he cannot connect to Alahim.

Adam was a creature subject to vanity not by his will but by reason of him who subjected him in hope. That hope is Messiah in you the hope of glory.
Rom 8:20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

You can't find Alahim outside of him.

Col 1:27 To whom Alahim would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles;which is Messiah in you, the hope of glory:

If Messiah is put on the same par as Adam that would make him a creature subject to vanity but scriptures teach that he is our hope.

Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great Alahim and our Saviour Yahusha Messiah;

The logos of life is not Alahim, that makes two. Alahim is one, um. Well that's just a theory. That is, the worldview of the Jew. Alahim is simply one. No other thoughts pertaining to this is necessary. Alahim is One.

Said again, Alahim is One. Amen, brother.

The Logos of life has to be Alahim because the word for life there is 'ZOE' which is Alahim's immortal life.

1John1:1 should be compared to John 1:1c which says '...that Alahim existed as that Logos'

One Alahim, not 2 persons-ONE FACE & ONE NAME
Re 22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of Alahim and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

The substance (hupostasis) was engraved for DISTRIBUTION not MUTIPLICATION.
The DISTRIBUTION can be seen in us being united to Alahim IN CHRIST. Apart from him you cannot see, know, hear, touch or handle Alahim.

This is key, sir. The Holy Spirit is what makes Yahusha divine, no more and no less. He is ELOHIM but not the One True Elohim. He is spirit, but not Alahim. He is over the angels but not over his Alahim or equal to Him.

As spirit is omnipresent, so to is Yahusha inhabiting this world, in what exact way no one knows. We DO know however the Father only is Alahim.

1 Cor 8

5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)

6 But to us there is but one Alahim, the Father,

And who is the HOLY SPIRIT? Is he a Person? No he is not a Person.
But Alahim is Spirit

Joh 4:24 Alahim is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Let me show you from the commandments of the law how this is spiritually interpreted? The law is spiritual but man is carnal and a slave of sin.

Le 2:4 And if thou bring an oblation of a meat offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.

Lev 2:1 And when any will offer a meat offering unto the YAHUAH, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:

Lev 2:2 And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the YAHUAH:

The unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil stood spiritually for Messiah being filled with the fullness of Divinity bodily and oil stood for Alahim's Spirit

Exo 30:23 Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,
Exo 30:24 And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:
Exo 30:25 And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.
Exo 30:26 And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the testimony,
Exo 30:27 And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,
Exo 30:28 And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.
Exo 30:29 And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.

Son 1:13 A bundle of myrrh is my wellbeloved unto me; he shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.

Son 3:6 Who is this that cometh out of the wilderness like pillars of smoke, perfumed with myrrh andfrankincensewith all powders of the merchant?

This all speaks of Messiah who is full of the powders of the merchant (myrrh, sweet cinnamon, cassia, sweet calamus, olive oil) which was used as the holy anointing oil where all the vessels of the sanctuary were sanctified with and this oil was even applied on the ark of the testimony.

2Co 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of Alahim, and not of us.

The unleavened cake with oil & frankincense which was offered as memorial of it upon the altar, an offering made by fire shows the fullness of Divinity in Messiah bodily who offered himself for us as a sacrifice for our sins.

The powders of the merchant mingled with the olive oil which became the anointing oil making the ark of the testament, all vessels of ministry, altar etc holy was Messiah himself mingled with Alahim's Spirit (from where he came out) as the Quickening Spirit.

2Co 3:17 Now the Yahuah is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Yahuah is, there is liberty.

It was not accidental that the wise men brought these gifts to Messiah when he was born

Mat 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincenseand myrrh

He who has ears let him hear what the Spirit says.....

I did not mean to mock you sir. You kept saying 'carnal carnal' and I might have reacted negatively. I am sorry.

That's ok Nothead. I'm glad you realize that we should respect each other as persons.

I apologize again, I thought this was the common Trin-view that each HOLY referred to a different prosopon.

I'm not a Trinitarian and neither am I Oneness Pentecostal who teach that Yahusha himself is the Father.

Yeah, who was gonna mediate his sins, GOD?? No, the Messiah was. Stephen was putting himself in Yahusha' hands. LITERALLY since he saw Yahusha LITERALLY as his mediator. Reminder:

1 tim 2

5 For there is one Alahim, and one mediator between Alahim and men, the man Messiah Yahusha;

The passage is not of mediating for his sins. Stephen was praying for the sins of those stoning him. He was committing his spirit to Yahusha by calling on his name. The breath returns to Alahim who gave it and if he is committing his breath to Messiah then Messiah is Alahim. Accept it or reject it.

Shema ain't very complicated sir. Not gnostic, not mysterious. Not an emanation from Jabba the Hut, and not nothing magical. It is purely peshat law:

Deut 30

10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Yahuah thy Alahim, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Yahuah thy Alahim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.(Second half of Shema)
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.

12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

The word is night unto thee in thy mouth that if you confess Yahusha as Yahuah you will be saved.
Hear O Israel the Yahuah our Alahim is One Alahim has to be interpreted when we see that the throne of Alahim and the throne of Lamb is the same, One face, one name.
Unleavened cake mingled with oil and frankincense and powders of merchant mingled with olive oil making all things holy.

Honor the Widows that are Widows Indeed

When we read 1 Tim 5 we see Paul giving instructions on taking care of ‘WIDOWS’ and lays down guidelines on whom to consider as widows and who shouldn't be accounted for widows.

1 Tim 5:3 Honour widows that are widows indeed.

Let’s look at a quick background of ‘taking care of widows’. We read in Acts 6:1-4 there were some Hellenistic Yahudi’s who murmured against the Hebrews that their widows were neglected in the daily ministration. The apostles appointed seven men full of the Holy Spirit to look into the distribution of the daily needs of the widows.

Acts 6:1 And in those days, when the number of the disciples were multiplied, There arose a murmuring of the Hellenistic Jews against the Hebrews, because their widows (alamanoth) were being overlooked in the daily ministration.
Acts 6:2 So the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, It is not desirable for us to neglect the word of the Aluahym and serve tables.
Acts 6:3 Therefore, brethren, select from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Ruach and of wisdom, whom we may put in charge of this task.
Acts 6:4 But we shall devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word (dabar).

The abary word for widow is ‘alamanah/álamanoth’ which means bound in grief.

Even the Thurah itself spoke of taking care of ‘Widows’ by bringing in the ‘tithe’ and also warns of not afflicting them in anyway.

Ex 22:22 You shall not afflict any widow or orphan. Exo 22:23 If you afflict him at all, and if surely he does cry out to Me, I shall surely hear his cry; Exo 22:24 and My anger shall be kindled, and I shall kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your sons orphans.

Deut14:28 At the end of three years you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in that year, and shall deposit it in your town. Deut14:29 The Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance among you, and the alien, the orphan and the widow who are in your town, shall come and eat and be satisfied, in order that Yahuah your Al may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.

We know that the Thurah is spiritual and if one notices the ‘widows’ are identified with the ‘Levites’ & the ‘fatherless’ which have no inheritance with the children of Yasharal. When we read 1 Tim 5 in the instructions given to taking care of widows, we must see these scriptures in the light of ‘spirit’ in the ‘letter’ without ignoring the commandments.

Deut 10:17 For Yahuah your Al is the Al of the elohim and my Master of haadonim, the great, the mighty, and the awesome Al who does not show partiality nor take a bribe.
Deut 10:18 He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner by giving him bread and clothing.
Deut10:19 And you shall love the alien, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt.
Deut 24:19 When you reap your harvest in your field and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go back to get it; it shall be for the alien, for the orphan, and for the widow, in order that Yahuah your Al may bless you in all the work of your hands.
Deut 24:20 When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs after you; it shall be for the alien, for the orphan, and for the widow.
Deut24:21 When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not go over it after you; it shall be for the alien, for the orphan, and for the widow.
Deut24:22 You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt; therefore I am commanding you to do this thing.

That’s how we see Boaz obey Yahuah’s Thurah when he told his servants to deliberately drop from the sheaves so that Ruth the widow could collect it for her sustenance. The law of Aluahym continuously gave Israel a reminder that they were ‘bondmen’ in the land of Egypt (in captivity) and therefore they must show mercy to the stranger, fatherless & widow. We see this picture in the book of Ruth as well. Ruth was a widow and was a Moabitess but she chose to cling to Naomi her mother in law and came into Israel along with her. Boaz a type of Messiah tells his men to deliberately drop the sheaves so that she could pick them up for herself.

Rut1:4 They took for themselves Moabite women as wives; the name of the one was Orpah and the name of the other Ruth. And they lived there about ten years.

Moab was an accursed nation and were children by harlotry. Lot’s daughters made him drink excess wine and slept with him to give birth to Moab and Ammon.

Gen19:36 Thus both the daughters of Lot were with child by their father.
Gen19:37 The firstborn bore a son, and called his name Moab; he is the father of the Moabites to this day.
Gen19:38 As for the younger, she also bore a son, and called his name Ben-ammi; he is the father of the sons of Ammon to this day.

Ruth is a perfect spiritual picture of the widow a Moabitess choosing to suffer affliction with the people of Aluahym rather than remarrying a Moabite and living in pleasures of sin.

Rth 2:15 And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not:
Rth 2:16 And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not.

Deut 26:12 When you have finished paying all the tithe of your increase in the third year, the year of tithing, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the orphan and to the widow, that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied.
Deut 26:13 You shall say before Yahuah your Al, I have removed the holy portion from my house, and also have given it to the Levite and to the alien, to the orphan and to the widow, according to all Your commandments which You have commanded me; I have not transgressed or forgotten any of Your commandments.

If hallowed things out of an Israelite’s house was given to ‘widow’ and a ‘widow’ was put in the same category of the Levite, the stranger & the fatherless then the spirit in the letter shows they were referring to the elect of Messiah.

Ps 68:5 A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows, is Aluahym in His holy habitation.

It’s interesting to see 2 words and the comparison between them

Widow:  Abary word is ‘Alamanah/alamanoth’ :  spelled as ‘alaph lamed mem nun uau thu ‘

Maiden: Abary word is ‘alamah’ and spelled as ‘ayin lamed mem ha’

 ‘Mah’ in ‘Alamah’ (young virgin)

The pictograph mem is a picture of water. The sea is a place of the unknown (what is beyond or what is below). It was feared by the Ancient Hebrews because of its size, storms and fierceness.

Al in ‘alamah’ and Ayl in ‘almah’

Alamah: Maiden

We have already seen in our study ‘Ascending to the hill of Yah’ on the word ‘ayl’ which means ‘see the staff’ where the ayin is the eye and the lamed is the staff.

The ‘ayl’ is in the ‘Song of ascents’ in the Psalms. The word ascent comes from the abary word ‘malah’ spelled as ‘ma ay la ah’
The song of ‘malah’ is a cry that goes ascending to the MOST HIGH Yahuah asking for speedy help.

‘alamoth’ (Strong’s 5961)-soprano voices of young women-an ascent of sweet voice to Aluahym invoking his presence for help.
Psa 46:1 To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth (ayin lamed mem uau thu). Aluahym is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
The word ‘mah’ means the unknown. Hence put together ‘aylmah’ is ‘a virgin not known by a man’
‘alamoth’ is ‘a virgin not known by man in covenant/betrothed’
We have been betrothed to Mashiyach as his bride, a chaste virgin not known by the unknown.

Widow: ‘Alamanah/alamanoth’- ‘Alaph lamed mem nun uau thu’

Al is the poetic title short form for our creator ‘Aluahym’

‘manah’/’manoth’:

Hence a widow is spiritually ‘Al’s portion’ or ‘One who has portion with Aluahym’

The maiden (alamah/alamoth) lives as a chaste virgin betrothed to the husband Mashiyach and is rejoicing and singing songs of Yahuah’s deliverance and the widow (almanah/almanoth) is one who is sorrowful and in mourning crying out for Yahuah’s deliverance.

1Cor 7:8 But I say to the unmarried and to widows that it is good for them if they remain even as I.
1Cor 7:9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

The spirit is hidden in the letter. Paul was not forbidding to marry but by a literal command on marriage and remarriage he by Ruach was telling the unmarried and the widow to be betrothed to Mashiyach their husband and remain as he was living a life totally dedicated to Yahusha.

There are many trying to cling to Messiah but are living in false doctrines and therefore not all widows were to be/are to be considered as widows and we see this picture from Messiah telling that there were many widows in Yasharal in the days of Alayah (Eliyah) but he was only sent to a woman who was a widow unto Sarepta. This is what Paul in his instructions of taking care of widows in the assembly is speaking spiritually and in the ‘letter’ is the ‘spirit’.

Luke 4:25 “But I say to you in truth, there were many widows in Yisrael in the days of EliYahu, when the sky was shut up for three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land”
Luke4:26 “and yet EliYahu was sent to none of them, but only to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow.”

This widow (a picture of the elect) along with her son were having their last meal and the Yahuah sent Eliyah to give her and her son sustenance in the time of Great Famine (Great Tribulation).

Psa 55:22  Cast thy burden upon the YAHUAH, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Let’s look at a few verses and compare them spiritually to see the whole picture of why the elect are portrayed as a ‘widow’?

Lam 5:1 Remember, O Yahuah, what has befallen us; Look, and see our reproach!
Lam 5:2 Our inheritance has been turned over to strangers, our houses to aliens.
Lam 5:3 We have become orphans without a father, our mothers are like widows.
Being a widow is a picture of elect having fornicated and now returning in repentance and are coming back to the true husband i.e. Messiah. The fair virgin went after many lovers and forgot who she was betrothed to and when she came to her senses she realized her harlotry and is now in dust and ashes weeping (spiritual fast) for the bridegroom to come and end her widowhood. The sorrow of losing the husband is widowhood.

Luke 5:34 And Yahusha said to them, “You cannot make the attendants of the bride chamber fast in which the bridegroom is with them, can you?”
Luke5:35 “But the days shall come; and when the bridegroom is taken away from them, then they shall fast in those days.”

2Chr7:14 and if My people who are called by My name humble upon them and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I shall hear from heaven, shall forgive their sin and shall heal their land.

Eze22:23 And the word of Yahuah came to me, saying,
Eze22:24 Son of man, say to her, You are a land that is not cleansed nor rained on in the day of indignation.
Eze22:25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst like a roaring lion tearing the prey. They have devoured souls; they have taken the riches and gems; they multiplied her widows in her midst.

The false prophets caused widows to be multiplied. The seven women take hold of their husband Yahuah saying we will eat our own bread (own besorah) and we will wear our own clothes (righteousness) only let us be called by your name to take away are reproach. This was why Yasharal was doing until Yahuah had to carry them into captivity where they realized their whoredoms and returned to Yahuah their husband.

Isa 4:1 For seven women shall take hold of one man in that day, saying, We shall eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let your name be called on us; take away our reproach!

Now let’s see Paul’s instructions on considering widows who are true widows

1Tim 5:3 Honor widows who are widows indeed;
1Tim 5:4 but if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to requite their parents; for that is good and acceptable before the Aluahym.
1Tim 5:5 Now she that is a widow indeed, and in union (yachayadah), trust in Aluahym and continues in supplications and in prayers night and day.
1Tim 5:6 But she that lives in pleasure is dead while she lives.

The word ‘yachayadah’ means in union with Yah continues in supplications and prayers day and night.
The very word as we saw ‘alamanah’ means ‘Aluahyms portion’

It’s no coincidence that her union is a riddle (chaydah)/dark saying.

Luke 2:36 And there was a prophetess, Anna the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was advanced in many days and had lived with her husband seven years after her marriage,
Luke2:37 and she was a widow till the eighty-four years. She never left from the temple, serving night and day with fastings and prayers.
Luke2:38 At that hour she came up and gave thanks to Yahuah, and spake of Him to all those who were looking for the redemption of Yerushalam.

1Tim 5:9 Let not a widow be taken into the number under sixty years old, having been the wife of one man,
1Tim 5:10 well reported of for good works; if she has brought up children, if she has shown hospitality to strangers, if she has washed the feet of the holy ones, if she has relieved the afflicted, and if she has diligently followed every good work.
1Tim 5:11 But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against the Mashiyach, they want to get married,
1Tim 5:12 having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.
1Tim 5:13 And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

Paul tells Timothy that widowhood is refused to those who are younger for when they have begun to be immoral against Messiah they will marry. In the commandment is the spiritual vs spiritual.

Rev 18:7 How much she glorified herself and lived sensuously, So much torment and mourning give her; for she says in her heart, I sit as a queen and I am not a widow, and shall never see mourning.’

Those mentioned in Rev 18:7 are those who are part of Mystery Babylon who say in their heart “ I sit as a queen and am no widow”. She is living in pleasure as a younger widow who is immoral and a harlot and is against Messiah and his true besorah. These are those who have cast of their ‘first faith’ and have gone in the way of error.

Whereas the ‘poor widow’ is in union with Aluahym and trusteth in Alauahym (1 Tim 5:15) just as the one Messiah spoke of who cast in all her living for the sake of Aluahym.

Mark 12:41 And He sat down opposite the treasury, and He observed how the people were putting money into the treasury; and many rich people were putting in large sums.
Mark 12:42 A poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which amount to a cent.
Mark 12:43 Calling His disciples to Him, He said to them, “Truly I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all the contributors to the treasury”;
Mark 12:44 “for they all put in out of their surplus, but she, out of her poverty, put in all she owned, all she had to live on.”

The Widow of sixty years old are the elect who are part of the temple of Aluahym i.e THE WIFE OF ONE MAN Mashiyach.

1Tim 5:9 Let not a widow be taken into the number under sixty years old, having been the wife of one man,

Ezra 6:3 In the first year of King Cyrus, Cyrus the king made a decree: Concerning the house of the El at Yerushalam, let the house be built, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let its foundations be retained, its height being sixty cubits and its width sixty cubits

This picture can also be seen from the glory that the elect will receive from her bridegroom being in union with him in being his portion.

Song 6:7 Your temples are like a slice of a pomegranate behind your veil.
Song 6:8 Sixty of them are queens and eighty concubines, and maidens without number;

The resurrected Messiah the true bridegroom was revealed to 2 disciples on the road to Emmaus which was from Jerusalem about sixty furlongs from Yerushalam. He broke bread with them and vanished from their sight and they had a revelation of who Messiah is.

Luke 24:13 And behold, two of them was going that same day to a village named Emmaus, which was about sixty furlongs from Yerushalam.

All those outside the covenant are those part of Mystery Babylon who says in her heart that she is a queen (no need of Messiah) and no widow when actually she is a harlot trampling the outer court whereas the elect cry out to Messiah day and night.

Luke 18:1 Now He spoke to them a parable to show that they ought always to pray and not to be weary,
Luke 18:2 saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear the Elohim and did not respect man.”
Luke18:3 “There was a widow in that city, and she came unto him, saying, ‘Avenge me from my opponent.’”
Luke18:4 “For a while he would not; but afterward he said to himself, ‘Even though I do not fear Aluahym nor respect man’”,
Luke18:5 “yet because this widow bothers me, I shall avenge her, lest by continually coming she shall wear me out.”
Luke18:6 And the Master said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge said”;
Luke18:7 “now, shall not the Aluahym bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and shall He delay long over them?”

Yahusha compared the widow to the elect who cry to Aluahym day and night.

Lam 1:1 How lonely sits the city that was full of people! She has become like a widow who was once great among the nations! She who was a princess among the provinces has become a tribute-prayer!

Aluahym promises that our widowhood will end very soon.

Isaiah 54:3-13 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles (Guym) , and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. [4] Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more. [5] For thy Maker is thine husband; the Yahuah of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The Aluahym of the whole earth shall he be called. [6] For Yahuah hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy Aluahym. [7] For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. [8] In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith Yahuah thy Redeemer..
