When we look at Great Tribulation we must understand that it covers all the elect of Alahim in all ages in National Israel and as well as the Church because the time, times and dividing of time cover the entire periods of elect being in Great Tribulation under the various beasts in OT as well as NT. Many prophecies are OT prophecies which are fulfilled in New Testament but the fulfillment doesn't mean they did not apply to the OT saints because remember this that the MEASURING LINE IS CHRIST and the just shall live by faith is a rule for ALL in all ages and law was only a shadow of things to come.
Hour, day, month and year are 4 watches and corresponds to all watches in time. The Entire body of Messiah goes through Great Tribulation and not the so called privileged end time believers.Also parable of Matthew 20 speaks of 4 watches third, sixth, ninth and eleventh and all workers were paid a similar wage a PENNY. Third part are all elect. Rev 12:4 before even Messiah was born the dragon cast third part stars down to the ground. Zec 13:9 All elect were purged in the fire of tribulation.
What happened to Israel in Judgement and captivity was for our admonishment:
1Co 10:6 ¶ Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
9 Neither let us tempt Messiah, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
2Pe 2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
Now let's look at some key elements which point to the events of Great Tribulation
1) Two witnesses: Zec 4:3 and Rev 11:3-4 the two witnesses which involve both OT and NT saints so 1260 days of prophesying covers all ages because the witness of the gospel of grace was also given in OT as in the NT
2) The 1260 is as per Israel's lunar calendar. Remember when Rome the 6th beast came he changed times and laws and the solar calendar was brought forth which has 365 days which the world follows. The lunar calendar has 360 days. All these time factors shown in Alahim's word are symbolic and not literal but one cannot deny the spiritual imagery shown through numbers (numerology) 1260/360 =3.5 which is three and a half which is the same period the true Jerusalem elect are fed and when their testimony is killed.
This can also be seen as in the lunar calendar followed by Jews as 360 (time) +720 (times 360*2)+180 (dividing of time 360/2).
All Jewish feasts were as per the lunar calendar and not solar calendar which has 365 days but Jewish has 360 days.

It is the same time when the Heathen are trampling the outer court 3.5 * 12 months = 42 months
Re 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Lu 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
I shared about the principle of Daniel 7:12. The dominion of the 3 beasts Lion, Bear and Leopard was taken away but their lives prolonged for a time and season
hence we see the second beast of Rev 13 causing all those who dwell on the face of the earth to worship the first beast who was like a lion, bear and leopard.
This is the description John gives of the 3 beasts of Daniel
Re 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
And the second beast causes all to worship the first beast
Re 13:11 ¶ And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
So in principle the previous beasts wickedness and false gospels is continued by the new emerging beastly satanic kingdom and the 42 months is the entire period which corresponds OT and NT times because the beastly kingdoms of Satan were in all ages.
Re 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
This 42 months, 1260 days and time, times and dividing of time is the same time frame for all of Alahim's elect who were killed in all ages
Da 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
This truth can be seen by comparing verse 6 of Rev 12 with verse 14
the 1260 days is time, times and dividing of time or three days and a half or 42 months when the testimony of Messiah was killed

This same period corresponds to the time elect testified and are killed

Re 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
And after these three and a half days-each day for a year because Ezekiel was told to lie on his left side for Israel for 390 days each day for a year and on his right side for the iniquity of Judah for 40 days each day for a year. 390+40=430 which is the entire period of the captivity of Israel and Judah (who at that time was one nation) in Egypt and were in Great Tribulation and we all are part of ISRAEL OF GOD

Ex 12:40 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
A pattern was set for the captivity prophetically using Israel's captivity in Egypt of 430 years.
What was literal with Israel in their captivity in Egypt of 430 years correspond to the spiritual captivity which happened 3 times.
Israel in Egypt then Israel & Judah in Babylonian captivity (Ezekiel's and Daniel's time) and then towards the end the church in captivity which corresponds to 1290 when daily is taken away and abomination of desolation was set up 430 * 3 = 1290.
Daniel had no clue what 1290 meant but he as elect of Alahim thought that 70 years in his time of captivity was over and prayed in chapter 9 of Daniel for Restoration when Alahim sent Gabriel to give him wisdom and understanding that the GT is yet to be fulfilled and that the testimony was yet to be killed. Remember Rev 6 rest of the dead ? The elect were asked to rest till the rest of their brethren would be killed as they were. And hence Daniel was given the vision of 70 weeks for all elect and Alahim shows us from his word that third part is brought forth from all 3 captivities.
Da 9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the YAHUAH came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
Revelation 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
In this captivity will the faith of the saints be refined by fire.
Zechariah 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Yahuah is my Alahim.
Shedrach Meschach and Abednego were picture of the third part entering into the furnace heated 7 times. Number 3 in third part and 7 in 70 weeks of Daniel. Alahim uses a pattern of literal and shows the spiritual. That's why all these calendars are wrong because they didn't see what happened to Israel literally happened spiritually also to Israel of Alahim I.e. all elect and they went with literal ages and dates and missed the pattern.
Another example of third part : Noah, Daniel and Job elect only delivering their lives in the fiery judgment

Finally remember this that it is the same time period when the Israel of Alahim is nourished and also given into the hand of the Dragon into Great Tribulation.

First time when Israel were in bondage in Egypt for 430 years and Moses comes and tells Pharaoh that Alahim says Let my people go so that they sacrifice to me. The Passover was first instituted and observed on the day of their great escape from Egypt. Before that there was no Passover or blood sacrifice for sins made in Egypt. It was a dark time for them
Daily was again taken when Israel and Judah were carried captive to Babylonian by Nebuchadnezzar and all their daily sacrifices ceased with the captivity.This happened in Daniel's time when all Israel was carried captive by Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar . All vessels of temple were taken and the temple wall was burnt down which was later rebuilt in the times of Cyrus king of Persia's reign under Nehemiah and Ezra's leadership
Re 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

Then for a third time of Alahim's peoples captivity when church goes into captivity in the Final week. 3 part captivity and third part through the GT fire
Daniel and Ezekiel lived at the same time in Babylonian captivity and both prayed for deliverance from captivity and both were also shown the future captivity. A third part judgment.
Removing of lamp stand: Re 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Da 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

4) Reaping: Pentecost the first fruits and feast of tabernacles the final harvest. Read Deut 16 three times a year a JEW had to present himself to Alahim in a year

De 16:16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the YAHUAH thy Alahim in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the YAHUAH empty:
Keeping Messiah's cross as the Measuring line the Passover happened on day of Atonement when Messiah died on the cross when mans destiny was sealed.
Last days began at Pentecost when Messiah poured out is Spirit
Ac 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith Alahim, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
And the cross is the last times 1Pe 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Since it's time relating to the coming of Messiah which we are speaking about we must look at feast of Pentecost and feast of tabernacles because the sickle was put twice to the corn. At feast of Pentecost the first sickle brought forth the crops into the store house which was to be given as a free will offering.
De 16:9 Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn.
10 And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the YAHUAH thy Alahim with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the YAHUAH thy Alahim, according as the YAHUAH thy Alahim hath blessed thee:
They had to wait for 7 weeks from Passover to celebrate this feast and that's why we see there were Jews come from all over the provinces at Pentecost because this was one of the 3 major feasts which required every Jew to be at the temple as three times a year they had to come before the Yahuah.
Messiah told his disciples to tarry for the promise of the Spirit which would be 7 weeks after he went to the cross
Ac 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
Ac 2:1 ¶ And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
Now for the sickle's
The first sickle brought the harvest of the Jews and Gentiles to Messiah from Pentecost when the mystery of Alahim was being revealed through the apostles and prophets. This sickle also brought in the OT saints who were alive as well as dead because as the Cross of Messiah was the basis for their faith though Messiah was not revealed to them in OT times even so the feasts of Pentecost and Tabernacles find their fulfillment for them because they observed these by FAITH. This truth can be seen in the imagery of Rev 6 where elect are crying for vengeance and this doesn't mean that there are some elect souls in heaven under some altar literally. This is parabolic and to be taken as an imagery because the killing of the testimony was always imminent in all ages time, times and dividing of time.
Re 14:14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
Re 6:9 ¶ And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of Alahim, and for the testimony which they held:
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Yahuah, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
The killing was a continuous process. Remember I am not talking about physical killing but the killing of the testimony of which the elect held as stated in Rom 8:36 ALL DAY LONG
There are 3 angels (imagery for elect) proclaiming the everlasting gospel as stated in Rev 14 and the gospel is Babylon is fallen and to come out of the mystery Babylon in all time periods time, times and dividing of time which corresponds to the 70 weeks of Daniel broken down into 7 weeks, 62 weeks and Final week of harvest
Re 14:6 ¶ And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear Alahim, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The Second sickle is the Great Tribulation that all elect went through as they fornicated with the whore in all ages: Don't forget that book of Revelation is not written in a chronological manner and hence we need to compare spiritual with spiritual
Re 14:17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of Alahim.
20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
La 1:15 The Yahuah hath trodden under foot all my mighty men in the midst of me: he hath called an assembly against me to crush my young men: the Yahuah hath trodden the virgin, the daughter of Judah, as in a winepress.
Re 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty Alahim.
Isa 63:3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.
So if Messiah is the one who treads the wine press of Alahim then the cross is the measuring line and this corresponds to even the OT treading of wine press as stated by Jeremiah in Lamentations when Judah fell into captivity.
5) Feast of Tabernacles: the marriage supper of the lamb where there will be great rejoicing of Alahim's elect
De 16:13 Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:
14 And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.
Re 19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of Alahim.
The feast begins on the day of the Yahuah's return when all those who claimed Yahuah Yahuah and did not wear the wedding garment will not make it to the feast.
Mt 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
Mt 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Ro 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of Alahim.
The feast of the tabernacles will be celebrated only by the elect of Messiah because they did not desire a worldly kingdom but Messiah's heavenly country and esteemed the reproach of Messiah better than the passing pleasures of sin. As a remembrance the Israelite' s were commanded to live in booths made of
Le 23:42 Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths made of palm branches and goodly trees:
Heb 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore Alahim is not ashamed to be called their Alahim: for he hath prepared for them a city.
What a day of rejoicing it will be for the elect when it will be fulfilled 'Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Yahuah'
Mt 21:8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Yahuah; Hosanna in the highest.
Mt 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Yahuah.
Remember this Pentecost was the feast of harvest where the first fruits came in and Feast of Tabernacles was the feast of in gathering at the end of the year which symbolizes consummation
Ex 23:16 And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.
We are very close to the Feast of Tabernacles because all the signs are pointing that we are in the rule of the 8th beast who is the 7th Rev 17:11
Re 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
7) 4 watches:We have heard the 6th trumpet because the third part are brought into the fire of Great Tribulation
Re 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
Re 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Messiah also speaks of 4 watches : even, midnight, cock crowing and morning. All this is spiritual imagery.
Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The YAHUAH is my Alahim
Mr 13:35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
Note that the 4 watches are not chronological because they differ but the imagery is what matters which Alahim uses to show the coming of Messiah. Similarly the seals, trumpets and plagues are not in chronological order but all of it has a dual impact both on OT saints as well as NT saints and correspond to one another because they are repetitions of the same events. We can only tell that the seventh trumpet is the last trumpet which speaks of the coming of Messiah.
Re 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of Alahim should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
1Th 4:16 For the Yahuah himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of Alahim: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first:
At the 7th trumpet of Alahim will everyone contending that they know Alahim will be ashamed because they were the ones who called Yahuah Yahuah but the Yahuah will say " I never knew you". The mystery of Alahim will be finished. Then will Alahim be revealed face to face through Messiah and all the tribes of the earth will mourn because they misrepresented Alahim and worshiped a false Messiah, false gospel and were part of the MYSTERY BABYLON THE MOTHER OF ALL HARLOTS whereas the elect will be brought out of her.
