The Voice of Yahuah -Part 2

In our previous studies 'Mystery Babylon the Mother of all Harlots', 'One hour with Messiah and one hour with the beast' we saw and exposition on who is the Mother of all Harlots and how Alahim allowed Mystery Babylon to be a spiritual kingdom hidden in the hearts of all men and Satan seated in the heart of man as the 'man of sin' in his pride and rebellion towards Alahim. Alahim calls his children out of Mystery Babylon and in this short study we will see how Alahim shows us how he kept the 'spirit of prophecy' alive even through dark ages that his children went through as they fled Mystery Babylon.
Before studying this we must understand that the children of Alahim are carriers of the 'spirit of prophecy' which is the testimony of Yahusha (Rev 19:10). We saw from 2 Peter 3:5 (In the studies By him all things consist Part 1 & 2) that Messiah plunged into the deep waters of Alahim's wrath to fish out his elect to catch them up to the new heavens and the new earth which stands out of Alahim's waters of wrath. The 'spirit of prophecy' proceeded out of the mouth of Alahim when he said " Let there be light and there was light" Gen 1:3 and the Spirit who was moving over the face of the deep (Gen 1:2) is a picture of Alahim just about to utter his plan to gather a people unto him through the light of the knowledge of his glory through the face of Messiah (2 Corn 4:6). The divine utterance prepared the way testifying beforehand the sufferings of Messiah and the glory to follow

1Pe 1:11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Messiah which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Messiah, and the glory that should follow.

With the ascension of Messiah to be on high far above all heavens (Eph 4:10) and leading captivity captive the gift of eternal life is the hope of the creatures deliverance from vanity ( Rom 8:20). From being in the waters of Alahim's judgment being seduced by Jezebel the 'spirit of prophecy' makes us flee from her wrath of pursuing us to take us back into her captivity. This end of the journey became a beginning of a new journey and this could be seen from Elijah who stands for the prophets fleeing Jezebel after he kills all the prophets of Baal.

By proclaiming the judgments pronounced against worshipers of Baal Jezebel pursues Elijah to kill him after she has killed all the prophets of the Yahuah. We read from the account of Elijah after the mount Carmel instance fleeing Jezebel and hoping that he would die because what he thought was victory was actually a defeat to the people of Alahim because Jezebel was ruling and killed all the prophets of the Yahuah and Elijah was the only one left.

1Ki 19:10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the YAHUAH Alahim of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

This was the condition of Israel. They had forsaken the covenant of the Yahuah, thrown down the altars and slain all the prophets with the sword. What Elijah was not aware was Alahim's perspective. He was seeing things from his perspective. The Yahuah Alahim will do nothing but he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets (Amos 3:7).The prophets of the Yahuah may have been killed but the 'spirit of prophecy' no one could/can kill. This is what Elijah did not know and Alahim shows us how he keeps the 'spirit of prophecy' alive.

1Ki 19: 4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O YAHUAH, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.
5 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.
6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.
7 And the angel of the YAHUAH came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.
8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of Alahim.
9 ¶ And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the YAHUAH came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?

In the midst of discouragement, failure & being oppressed by the enemy who pursues us Alahim feeds his children in the great famine to bring us through the long journey to Mount Horeb the mount of Alahim.
Elijah being fed twice (number 2 speaks of testimony in scripture) he went to Mount Horeb the mount of Alahim in the strength of that food with a journey of forty days and forty nights. The number 40 in scripture speaks of 'affliction of Alahim's people'.
With the strength of the meat he reaches mount Horeb where Alahim reveals to him the 'spirit of prophecy'

Elijah was asked to stand upon the mount and Yahuah passed by and a great wind rent the mountains but the Yahuah was not in the wind, after that an earthquake but Alahim was not in it, after that a fire but Alahim was not in it and after that a still small voice and Alahim WAS IN IT and this still small voice  speaks of spirit of prophecy. We have Rev 19:10 saying the testimony of Yahusha is the spirit of prophecy. What man is doing is giving Alahim an image which is not his image. Man in his ignorance is giving Alahim a false image by saying Alahim was in the wind, Alahim was in the fire, Alahim was in the earthquake but Alahim was NOT IN ANY OF THEM . Alahim was in the spirit of prophecy guarding his pattern, the one who was under the wrath of Alahim was Messiah and Alahim was over the waters (Gen 1:2). Messiah came out of Alahim to plunge himself into the deep waters to save us. He is the true image of the invisible Alahim. The elect understand the spirit of prophecy while the non elect see his judgments as meted out to others while they are safe and yet do not flee to the true Messiah but are worshiping the false christ doing abominable things. They are part of Mystery Babylon who says I am not widow and sit as a queen.
Elijah stood for the prophets in whom is the spirit of prophecy which cannot be killed. This is the picture Alahim gives us through this account. From our perspective we may be killed but from Alahim's perspective the 'spirit of prophecy' can never be killed.

Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

This picture of keeping the 'spirit of prophecy' alive can be seen after the death of Elijah the prophet of Alahim & hundreds of years later came the voice in the wilderness to prepare the way of the Yahuah which was John the Baptist who came in the spirit of Elijah

Mt 11:13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until 14. And if ye will receive it, this is Elijah, which was for to come. 15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

He who has ears to hear, let him hear. Only elect will understand the spirit of prophecy as Messiah reveals it to them. The 'spirit of prophecy' will return back to Alahim in fulfilling his will and prospering in the things where he sent it to.

Here was Elijah with his perspective and Alahim reveals to him the spirit of prophecy. Let me take you to Mount Moriah where Abraham was asked to sacrifice Isaac his only son and when he obeys Alahim he is asked not to touch the lad. He finds a ram caught by its horns in the thickets

Ge 22:13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.14 And Abraham called the name of that place Yahuah yireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of YAHUA it shall be seen.

Here was Elijah on the mount of the Yahuah (Mount Horeb) where Alahim reveals to him the 'spirit of prophecy' and this spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Yahusha (Rev 19:10) who will be revealed to Alahim's people. The Image of the invisible Alahim will be seen (discerned) on the mount

What seemed to be end of the journey of the prophet was a beginning of a new journey with his mantle being passed to Elisha. Alahim had his remnant in all generations

1Ki 19:15 And the YAHUAH said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:
16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.
17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.
18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him..

Distorted Eschatology views only the end time believers fleeing Mystery Babylon but sound Eschatology is to see the entire body of Messiah in view because all of Messiah's children saw the spirit of Jezebel and fled her to the mount of the Yahuah though they did not understand who Messiah was but looked for the promise of Alahim but didn't receive it in their lifetime. They were justified by their faith in the promise of Alahim.

Heb 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

While this journey will definitely come to an end shortly with the unfolding of 8th beast of the seven ruling with the 'spirit of prophecy' returning to Alahim in accomplishing it's task for which it was sent for we must not leave out the saints in previous ages who were pursued by Jezebel because she existed spiritually in all ages, it was just that she was not unleashed until the time of the end.
While the mantle may not pass on to the next generation (we don't know how long will the Great Tribulation last) we will be caught up to the new heavens and the new earth and Elijah being caught up into the heavens (though he did not go literally to heaven as no man has ascended into heaven yet, for details you can view the study on my blog Elijah, Enoch & Moses) but his parting in chariots of fire is definitely a spiritual picture of a promise that we will be taken into the new heavens and new earth

2Ki 2:11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

While Elijah died and awaits resurrection with all the just on the last day that day is soon approaching. Finally we see two prophets of the Yahuah Moses and Elijah at Mount Horeb the mount of the Yahuah while Moses stands for the law and Elijah the prophets revealing through the spirit of prophecy who Messiah is and from where he came. In the mount of the Yahuah it will be seen. He who has ears let him hear.

Mal 4:4 ¶ Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the YAHUAH:

At Messiah's transfiguration there appeared a vision of Moses and Elijah talking with him which is a confirmation that the testimony of Yahusha is the spirit of prophecy. The raiment of Messiah turned white and glistering as the law and the prophets testified of the sinless, pure and holy high priest who alone is worthy of all honor, power and praise.
The 'spirit of prophecy' triumphs over the 'spirit of Mystery Babylon'

Body of Moses

There are many who do not understand what it means when the devil came to dispute the body of Moshe and have concluded carnally. This note is to share the correct perspective in understanding the spiritual vs spiritual through a thorough scriptural presentation which paints a beautiful picture to help us understand the ruach in the letter.

Let's begin by reading Numbers 9:6-12:

Numbers 9:6-12 :

[6] And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the Passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:
[7] And those men said unto him, we are defiled by the dead body of a man: wherefore are we kept back, that we may not offer an offering of Yahuah in his appointed season among the children of Yasharal?
[8] And Moses said unto them, Stand still, and I will hear what Yahuah will command concerning you.
[9] And Yahuah spoke unto Moses, saying,
[10] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, if any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the Passover unto Yahuah.
[11] The fourteenth day of the second month in the evening they shall keep it and eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.
[12] They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of the Passover they shall keep it.

The account is from Numbers where there were some from Yasharal who couldn't keep the Pesach in the first month because they had touched a dead body. They came to Masha (Moses) and Aharon (Aaron) consulting what needs to be done. Masha takes this matter to Yahuah and Yahuah gives a command to observe it on the fourteenth day of the second month.

This is how we understand when Yahusha and the thieves impaled with him on the stake, the Yahudi’s showed urgency to take down their bodies before sunset as the next day was a high Shabbath. The Yahudi s didn't want to take a chance to be allocated the second cycle of Muaedim (feasts) for they would have touched or come near dead bodies.

John 19:31-32 The Yahudi's therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the stake on the Sabbath day, (for that Sabbath day was a high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. [32] Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was impaled with him.

The Torah portion is deeper for priests :

1. he was never to tear his clothes
2. no approach a dead body
3. shall not go out of the sanctuary

Lev21:10 The priest who is the highest among his brothers, who has had the anointing oil been poured on his head and who consecrated his hand to put the garments, shall not uncover his head nor tear his clothes;
Lev21:11 nor shall he approach any dead soul, nor defile himself even for his father nor for his mother;
Lev21:12 nor shall he go out of the sanctuary nor profane the sanctuary of his El, for the consecration of the anointing oil of his El is on him; I am Yahuah

Point no 3. shall not go out of the sanctuary is better understood in Lev 10. Nadab and Abihu were killed for offering strange fire. Moshe called MishaEl and Etsaphan who were Levites but not priests to carry their dead bodies outside the camp.

Lev10:4 Mosheh called also to Misha’El and Etsaphan, the sons of Aharon’s uncle Uzzi’El, and said to them, come forward, carry your brothers away from the front of the sanctuary to the outside of the camp.

Lev10:6 Then Mosheh said to Aharon and to Eleazar and to Ithamar his sons, Do not uncover your heads nor tear your clothes, lest you shall die and lest let wrath come upon all the congregation. But your brothers, the whole house of Yisra’El, shall bewail the burning which Yahuah has brought about.
Lev10:7 You shall not even go out from the doorway of the tent of appointment, lest you die; for anointing oil of Yahuah is upon you. So, they did according to the word of Mosheh.

There were 3 violations as per Lev 10:4-7 & 21:10 & 11, 1. the high priest tore his clothes, 2. also, his representatives referred to as plural chief priests were at the feet of Yahusha when He died which disqualified them from their priesthood & 3. they went out of from the tent of appointment to mock Yahusha.

Matt26:63 But Yahusha kept silent, and the high priest answered and said to Him, “I am making You swear by the living Elohim to tell us if You are the Mashiyach, the Son of the Elohim!”
Matt26:64 Yahusha said to him, “You have said it. And I say to you, from now on, you shall see the Son of Adam sitting to the right hand of the power and coming with the clouds of the heavens.”
Matt26:65 Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “He is a blasphemer! What do we have to seek more for witnesses? Have you now not heard His blasphemy?”

Mark15:29 Those passing by insulted Him, wagged their heads, and said, “Ah! You who would demolish the Temple and build it in three days!”
Mark15:30 “Save Yourself and come down from the crucifixion!”
Mark15:31 Likewise, also the chief priests with the scribes ridiculed Him to one another, saying, “He saved others, He is not able to save Himself!”

Now let's turn to ZecharYah 3 where the text tells us the Messenger of Yahuah was Yahuah Himself.

Yahudah (Jude) says this angel of Yahuah was Miykael.

Zec 3:1 Then he showed me Yahusha the high priest standing before Messenger Yahuah, and hasatan/the accuser standing at his right hand to accuse him/shatanu

Zec 3:2 Yahuah said to hasatan, Yahuah rebuke you, hasatan! And Yahuah who has chosen Yerushalam rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?

The accuser/opposer stood at the right hand of Yahusha the high priest to accuse him. This is what Yahudah in his letter says ‘the shatan disputed on the body of Moshe.’

Jude 1:9 But Mika’El the chief messenger, in contending with hashatan, when he disputed with him concerning the body of Mosheh, it is not his heart filled to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, Yahuah rebuke you!

MikaEL in Hebrew means ‘He who is as Elohim’ is Messenger Yahuah who told ‘hashatan’ that Yahuah rebuke you, this was fulfilled by ‘ha Mashiyach/the Anointed One’ who rebuked ‘ha shatan’ on the stake by His death because the high priest under the old covenant representing Yahusha in a Levitical interim priesthood was unclean and had to offer sacrifice for himself and then for the sins of the people of Yasharal on the Day of Atonement. Why do we look at ZacharYah 3? It's because Yahusha died at the exact same place where the mikphad altar was (where the red heifer was sacrificed on the Day of Atonement).

First let’s look at the phrase ‘brand plucked from the fire’ in Zec 3:2

The word translated as 'brand' is the Hebrew word ‘aud אוד H181’ which means ‘charcoal’. The picture is of a charcoal removed from the fire and by keeping it out of the fire, the fire dies out and the charcoal is temporarily kept from being destroyed.

The word ‘plucked’ is the Hebrew word ‘natsal נצל H5337’ which means deliver/delivered/escape.

brand plucked out of fire’ ( zeh ‘aud natsal ’esh) should be correctly translated as ‘charcoal delivered/escaped from the fire’. The Messenger of Yahuah is letting ha shatan know that the high priest's transition as he is delivered as the coal from the sacrificial fire of the physical altar.

Zec 3:3 Now Yahusha was clothed with filthy garments and standing before the messenger.

Zec 3:4 He spoke and said to those who were standing before him, saying, Remove the filthy/tsayam צאים H6674 garments from him. And he said to him, See, I have taken your iniquity away from you and shall clothe you with festal robes/machalats H4254.

Chalats חלץ Strongs #2504: means 'loins' & machal מחל H4234 means 'dance'. Hence, some translations translate ‘machalats מחלץ’ H4254 as ‘festal robes’ while others translate it as 'change of garments or costly clothing' It’s actually a costly robe stripped from daughters of Tsiyon which can be seen from the usage in one another place in scriptures.

Isa3:17 Therefore my Adon (Master) shall smite with a scab the crown of the daughters of Tsion, and Yahuah shall make their secret parts naked.
Isa3:18 In that day My Adon (Master) shall take away the beauty of their anklets, and headbands, and crescent ornaments,
Isa3:19 dangling earrings, bracelets, veils,
Isa3:20 headdresses, and ankle chains, and sashes, and the houses of the soul, and amulets,
Isa3:21 the rings, and nose jewels,
Isa3:22 the costy clothing/machalatsoth מחלצות H4254 and the outer garments, and the shawls and the purses,

Here in Zech 3:4 this costly clothing is given as a covering to the nakedness of the office of the priesthood. It's no coincidence that the same named high priest 'Yahusha' is termed by ZacharYah in his vision. The high priest representing the entire priesthood was in a defiled state.

The Hebrew word 'tsa צא ' G6674 where the plural is mentioned as 'tsayam צאים ' means 'as if excrementitious filthy' (as someone who has shit in his garments).

Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice in the heavens, saying, Now the salvation of our El and His power and His kingdom and the authority of His Mashiyach have come for the accuser/shatan of our brothers has been thrown down and stands to accuse/shatanam them before our El day and night.

Luke 10:18 And He said to them, “I saw the satan/hashatan falling like lightning from the heavens.”

By the work of Mashiyach on the stake, the accuser is cast down from the heavenly pattern as no place is found for him to come among the sons of Elohim for there is a transference of priesthoods and transference of altars seen by the Messenger of Alahym telling ha shatan "Is this not a charcoal delivered from the fire?".

Jude 1:9 Yet Miyakel the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body (guyath) of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, Yahuah rebuke you.

Guyah: dead body/corpse/carcass
Goy: nation, heathen/gentiles

It is interesting to see the word used for ‘body’ of Moses. The word has the root ‘goy’ which means Gentiles/Heathen. The Gentiles/Heathen are those who are alienated from the covenant of Yahuah and are like a dead body or corpse.

The Greek word soma G4983 means body and also means a 'dead corpse', It is also used figuratively as the corporeal body, as distinguished from the psyche or soul and the pneuma or spirit from where we get our English word 'corporate' which means 'A large company or group'. However, there is a contrast between 'corporeal' and 'corporate' as 'corporeal' is related to 'a person's body' and 'corporate' is related to a 'group'

Was the devil disputing for the heathen before Yahuah? No that is not what it means. Shatan was accusing the coming near a dead corpse because in the pattern the high priest/chief priests under Torah were imperfect and filthy because the high priest had to offer sacrifice on day of Atonement first for himself and then for the people of Yasharal. Moreover, he and the chief priests were always touching dead bodies of beasts when they were slain. Hence, the transference had to happen when they would be fully disqualified when they came near Yahusha's dead body at the stake where the mikphad altar was. Yahusha was a high priest and ZacharYahu gives us a picture that the high priest and the entire priesthood he represented under Torah was imperfect and filthy as like the dung. When beasts were killed for sacrifice, their dung also emitted when they died which had to be burned outside the camp.

Ex29:14 But the flesh of the bull and its hide and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.

This burning was not to be done by the priests but the Levites who were not priests.
Thus, his garments shown as filthy/dung stunk, Yahuah would rebuke Shatan on the stake to give a change of costly garments of His Malchitsedek priesthood through the transition. He would switch sides and ha shatan standing at His right hand had nothing to accuse Him of.

John14:30 “I shall not speak much further with you because, behold, the ruler of this world is coming. He has nothing in Me,

And indeed, by a perfect sacrifice of being without khatah (sin) Yahusha our kahan ha gadal (high priest) rebuked Shatan. This was the true pattern of which Masha’s body stood as a shadow of and the ‘’goy’’ are those who were under the letter.

The Hebrew & Greek word simply shows us that the body is figurative of a 'corporeal body' which is distinguished from a physical body which has a psyche/soul/spirit.

Under the Torah of khatah (sin) and muth (death). By not understanding the Torah (spirit in the letter) the chief priests had already come near a dead body. Paul says by Torah the whole world becomes guilty before Alahym.

Romans 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the Torah says, it says to them who are under the Torah: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before Alahym.

The Torah of life was concealed and hidden in the Torah of khatah and muth (sin and death)
The Messenger of Yahuah tells Yahusha the high priest that his transgressions are forgiven and gives him clean costly garments. The change of vesture shows the change of the priesthood and the change of the Torah.

Heb 2:2 For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward.
Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Yahuah, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him.

Alahym used the angelic beings to go up and down the ladder of mediation till the true Mediator between Alahym and man would stand representing Alahym to man and man to Alahym. The body of Moses is Moses Torah which testifies of Messiah and was a shadow of the Tent from above.

1Th 4:16 For the Adon himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of Alahym: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first:

Have you wondered why Messiah would descend from heaven with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of Alahym?

What do you propose Satan was doing disputing the body of Moses? Was he planning to make a monument of Moses body and display it as idolatry. That’s the unscriptural rant I have heard in the Christianity teaching. The body of Moses was the Torah of sin and death which fell short of the Malchitsedek priesthood & required a perfect high priest who was clean. There was an imperfect high priest according to the Levitical order, himself being a sinner mediating for the sins of the people by daily coming close to dead bodies and dung of beasts and not even aware of his transgressions or falling short of what was written. These are spiritual things and need spiritual discernment. Moses Torah testifies Messiah as the true and sinless high priest with the face of Alahym standing as a Mediator of the Covenant.

Moses died thousands of years back. The disputing of body of Moses was not a literal body but the Torah of khatah and muth (sin and death) in which the sinful high priest stood mediating for the sins of the people. The instances of Jude 1:9 and Zec 3 are one and the same as NT confirms OT and Yahudah (Jude) is not speaking of some mystical event which was not known. The name 'Yahusha' in ZecharYah 3 is figuratively used to show a contrast to the Messenger whose identity is concealed but was a spokesperson for Yahuah who would switch sides.

Zec3:1 Then he showed me Yahusha the high priest standing before the Messenger of Yahuah, and hasatan standing at his right hand to accuse him.

So, in the vision a High Priest representing the Levitical priesthood bearing the name 'Yahuah is Salvation' was standing before the actual concealed in name High Priest Yahusha (who was Yahuah Himself). The adversary was standing at the right hand of the earthly high priest to accuse him.

We have further testimony of scripture when Messiah was transfigured Peter, James and John saw Moses and EliYah speak with Messiah when his raiment became white and was glistering. Compare it with the raiment of Yahusha the high priest in Zec 3 and the promise of change of garments that was to be given,

Luk 9:28 And it came to pass about eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.
Luk 9:29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.
Luk 9:30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and EliYah:

Here we have Moses representing the Torah and EliYah the prophets upholding the sinless and blameless high priest Messiah who alone is worthy of the high priesthood. This was just a vision and no literal Moses or EliYah came because they are still awaiting the resurrection.

Mat 17:9 And as they came down from the mountain, Yahusha charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

Hosea 6:1-2 Come and let us return unto Yahuah : for he has torn, and he will heal us; he has smitten, and he will bind us up. [2] After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

After two days he will revive us and in the third day he will raise us up. This is related to Time (muaed), Times (muaedim) and dividing of time (khatsay). The time (muaed) and times (muaedim) relate to a carnal observation of muaedim (feasts) of the shemitah . It’s like touching the dead body of Masha (Moses) as going back to the old Levitical pattern.
After two days he will revive us:in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Yahusha saved us as he was three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Matt 12:40 “for just as Yunah (Jonah) was three days and three nights in the belly of the sea monster, so shall the Son of the Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”

He took our darkness of being blinded to his Torah.

Romans 8:1-2 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Mashiyach Yahusha, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [2] For the Torah of the Spirit of life in Mashiyach Yahusha has made me free from the Torah of sin and death.

2 Corinthians 6:16-17 And what agreement has the temple of Alahym with idols? for you are the temple of the living Alahym; as Alahym has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them ; and I will be their Alahym, and they shall be my people. [17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, says Alahym and touch not the unclean thing ; and I will receive you,

De 34:5 ¶ So Moses the servant of the YAHUAH died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the YAHUAH. 6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, opposite Bethpeor: but no man knows of his sepulchre unto this day.

Beth (House) Peor (Wide open)

BethPeor was given to the children of Reuben who was the firstborn of Yasharal and lost his birthright.

Jos 13:15 So Mosheh gave an inheritance to the tribe of the sons of Reuben according to their families.
Jos 13:16 Their territory was from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, with the city which is in the middle of the valley and all the plain by Medeba;
Jos 13:17 Heshbon, and all its cities which are on the plain: Dibon and Bamoth-baal and Beth-baal-meon,
Jos 13:18 and Jahaz and Kedemoth and Mephaath,
Jos 13:19 and Kiriathaim and Sibmah and Zereth-shahar on the hill of the valley,
Jos 13:20 and Beth-peor and the slopes of Pisgah and Beth-jeshimoth,
Jos 13:21 even all the cities of the plain and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites who reigned in Heshbon, whom Mosheh struck him with the chiefs of Midian, Evi and Rekem and Zur and Hur and Reba, the princes of Sihon, who lived in the land.
Jos 13:22 The sons of Yasharal killed Balaam the son of Beor, the diviner, with the sword among their slain.
Jos 13:23 The border of the sons of Reuben was the Yarden (Jordan), and the border. This was the inheritance of the sons of Reuben according to their families, the cities and their villages.

Deut 34:6 tells us that Masha (Moses) was buried in the land of Moab opposite Beth-Peor (House wide open). The house of the first born of Yasharal is wide open for those chasing the body of Masha (Moses) which was buried in the land of Moab.

Deut34:6 And He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, opposite Beth-Peor; but no man knows his burial place to this day.

Num 21:25 And Yisra’ĕl took all these cities, and Yisra’ĕl dwelt in all the cities of the Amorites – in Ḥeshbon and in all its villages,
Num 21:26 for Ḥeshbon was the city of Siḥon the sovereign of the Amorites, who had fought against the former sovereign of Mo’aḇ, and had taken all his land from his hand as far as the Arnon.
Num 21:27  That is why those who speak in proverbs say, “Come to Ḥeshbon, let the city of Siḥon be built and established.

Masha gave this land to Reubenites,to the Gadites and to half the tribe of Menashsheh

Num 32:33 So Mosheh gave to the children of Gaḏ, to the children of Re’uḇĕn, and to half the tribe of Menashsheh, son of Yosĕph, the reign of Siḥon sovereign of the Amorites and the reign of Oḡ sovereign of Bashan, the land with its cities within the borders, the cities of the land round about.

Num 32:37 And the children of Re’uḇĕn built Ḥeshbon and Elʽalĕh and Qiryathayim.

Lu 5:37 And no man puts new wine into old wine skins; else the new wine will burst the wine skins, and be spilled, and the wine skins shall perish.
38 But new wine must be put into new wine skins; and both are preserved.
39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desires new: for he says, The old is better.

The Messiah spoke of the above parable when he was at Levi's house with all the publicans and the Pharisees murmured telling his disciples why are they eating with publican and sinners. The Messiah tells them that they have drunk the old wine (referring to the law of sin and death) and do not desire the new (new creation) for to them the old is better.

Lu 5:29 And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.
30 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do you eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

Joh 9:28 Then they reviled him, and said, You art his disciple; but we are Moses' disciples. A besorah (gospel) full of legalisms, do's and don'ts, judging externally, observing the carnal ordinances without understanding the law of liberty is the gospel of a servant bound hand and foot in the house of bondage but the Yerushalayim from above is the mother of all those who understand the law of the liberty in Messiah.

2Co 3:15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Adon, the vail shall be taken away.
17 Now Adon is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Adon is, there is liberty.

By Him all things consist-Part 2

In the previous study By Him all things consist-Part 1 we saw Col 1:15-17 How Messiah became the firstborn over all creation in order to reconcile all things back to Alahim.
We compared spiritual things with spiritual to see that the present earth and the heavens stood as a shadow of the new heavens and the new earth and the spiritual is hidden in the natural.

Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the YAHUAH Alahim made the earth and the heavens

The natural/carnal lies under the waters of judgement of Alahim and Alahim's Spirit moved on this deep (Gen 1:2) in working out salvation in fishing out a people called by his name from the deep to be citizens of the new heavens and the new earth which stands out of the water of Alahim's judgement (2 Peter 3:5-6).

We saw the testimony of many scriptures which show how Messiah descended into the lower parts of the earth by being part of his creation which was subject to vanity (Rom 8:20-21, Psalms 8:4) to deliver us from death by the baptism of his death and raise us up to a new life by his resurrection thus fishing us out of the natural to the spiritual, from death to life, from wrath to peace.

We then saw how the type was outlined in the OT when all our fathers went through the cloud and all passed through the Red Sea as the Rock that followed them in the pillar of cloud during the day and the pillar of fire by night was Messiah.

Finally we saw how all things were reconciled back to Alahim through Messiah, things in heaven and things on earth  (Eph 1:9-10) when Messiah who is our life and hope delivers us from the corruption of death which is the last enemy yet to be destroyed. With that hope in us we as all our fathers look for the heavenly country in which righteousness dwells and are pilgrims and sojourner's here having no inheritance in this world. We saw Alahim's covenant of the rainbow in the cloud spiritually a promise of his deliverance from the present world which is under the wrath of the waters of his judgement and we saw the Messenger who descended from heaven covered with the cloud and rainbow on his head (Rev 10:1) is Messiah.

In this study we will see how our salvation from the wrath of Alahim is outlined in spiritual vs spiritual comparison with the deliverance of the waters of judgement and the deliverance from our enemies. The spiritual hidden in the natural.

Noah's flood stood as a type of the judgement Messiah bore for us by descending into the deep and preached deliverance to the spirits in the prison (these are his elect who were bound captive under the waters of Alahim's wrath in this natural world).

1 Peter 3:18-21 For Messiah also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to Alahim, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: [19] By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; [20] Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of Alahim waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. [21] The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward Alahim,) by the resurrection of Yahusha Messiah:

It is clearly outlined in the scriptures above that Noah's flood stood as a type of Alahim's wrath and the deliverance of Noah and his sons a type of deliverance of all the elect of Alahim through the baptism of Messiah's death and his resurrection.

Now let's see Israel out of Egypt

Ps 77:16 The waters saw thee, O Alahim, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

17 The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.
18 The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
19 Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.
20 Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

The Psalmist here clearly shows that Alahim's way is in the SEA and his path in the GREAT WATERS and his footsteps are not known. He made his people pass through the Red Sea as on dry land while the horse and the rider he has cast into the sea.

We see the song of Moses in which he sang unto Yahuah for the strong deliverance by his right hand through their enemies by making them pass through on dry land whereas the enemy who pursued them sank at the bottom of the deep as a stone.

Ex 15:1 ¶ Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the YAHUAH, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the YAHUAH, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.

2 The YAHUAH is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my Alahim, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's Alahim, and I will exalt him.
3 The YAHUAH is a man of war: the YAHUAH is his name.
4 Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.
5 The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone.
6 Thy right hand, O YAHUAH, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O YAHUAH, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.

Rev 15:2  And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand (histemi) on the sea of glass, having the harps of Alahim.

Rev 15:3  And they sing the song of Moses the servant of Alahim, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Yahuah Alahim Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
Rev 15:4  Who shall not fear thee, O Yahuah, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

The song of Moses and the song of the Lamb are one and the same sung by those who had gotten victory over the beast and over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name and these stood on the sea of glass mingled with fire

The Greek word in 2 Peter 3:5 'sunistemi' is from the root word 'histemi' and is translated as 'standing' which is a plural form of 'stand/stood' which 'histemi' means

2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of Alahim the heavens were of old, and the earth standing (sunistemi) out of the water and in the water:

This is clear as crystal to us that the sea of glass mingled with fire is the judgement of Alahim which they have overcome. Alahim deliberately uses the words 'sea' and 'fire' to relate to what he says through Peter in 2 Peter 3:5-7 because he shows his judgement through the waters of Noah's flood and then he will show the same judgement through fire by which he will consume the sons of perdition. The elect being part of the new earth are standing on this sea of transperence (English renders it as glass but Greek renders it as transperence) mingled with fire

2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of Alahim the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Alahim's judgement is transparent and his way in the sea is known to his elect and unknown to the unrighteous.

Psalms 77:19 Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.

We wouldn't have known his footsteps in the great waters unless he had revealed it to us.What a great deliverance he brings about to his people. The kings of the earth/false prophets think they have escaped the judgement because they think they are not in captivity and they are safe without realizing that they are captivated by Mystery Babylon. They will never learn the new song which only the elect could learn. The new song is the hidden manna that Messiah gives his elect to see the transperence of his judgement of waters and fire so that they be escaped of it.

Re 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

Peter before he begins telling us of the earth standing out of the water and in water speaks of the false prophets. The whole of 2 Peter 2 speaks of the judgement of the false prophets. We saw in the study on this blog itself named 'Merchandise of slaves and souls of men' that it's not enough to physically come out of churches but we must spiritually loath all those false doctrines we were deceived by. There false prophets see Alahim's judgement carnally and have come out without realizing that 'Mystery Babylon' is a spiritual beastly kingdom which they are still part of because they follow her false doctrines. They will be caught unaware of the coming of Messiah because don't know his footsteps in the great waters. They are busy buying and selling 'slaves and souls of men' and wailing and weeping over Mystery Babylon.

2Pe 2:1 ¶ But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Yahuah that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 ¶ And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

'Where is the promise of his coming?' At first glance reading would mean to say that they don't believe his coming at all. That's not true they proclaim and believe that Messiah is coming but they are scoffers. Scoffers are those who do not accept the testimony of the elect. Though the elect are proclaiming and showing Alahim's footsteps in the great waters, they will not accept their testimony but are mocking them.

2Pe 3:3 ¶ Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

They are IGNORANT of the spiritual in the natural. They are carnal. They can't see that the creature was made subject to vanity not willing but by the reason of him who subjected the same in hope (Rom 8:20). They see Adam was perfect before he sinned. They see he fell by his free will. They can't see the heavens and the earth in the earth and the heavens. They can't see that man of dust has no hupostasis of Alahim in him to connect him back to Alahim and only Messiah who dived into the deep carries the hupostasis (susbtance) of Alahim which connects us to Alahim and thus reconciles all things in heaven and on earth (Eph 1:9-10) back to Alahim through him because BY HIM ALL THINGS CONSISTS.

2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of Alahim the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

They put Messiah on the same ground as we are i.e. as a creature who was subject to vanity without seeing that he became part of his creation because by him all things consist and he is the only hope of releasing the spirits who are in this prison of vanity and therefore he had come in the likeness of sinful flesh and take the wrath of Alahim on him.

These all as Gog and Magog (false brethren) surround the camp of the saints but fire will come down from heaven and consume them.

Re 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from Alahim out of heaven, and devoured them.

This is the sea of transperence mingled with fire that the elect stand on

Ps 18:15 Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O YAHUAH, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

16 He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.
17 He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me.

Gog and Magog, Egypt, Moab, Palestine, Edom are all false brethren and you may refer to my studies on this blog 'The purpose of Genealogies' , 'Gog and Magog' & 'Brethren or enemies of the Yahuah'.

In the song of Moses these false brethren are mentioned who are enemies of Israel.

Ex 15:14 The people shall hear, and be afraid: sorrow shall take hold on the inhabitants of Palestina.
15 Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.
16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O YAHUAH, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased.

The Yahuah's people will pass over whom he has purchased because he leads them in a pillar of cloud by day and pillar of fire by night.

Ex 13:21 And the YAHUAH went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:

Re 10:1 ¶ And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire

The cloud speaks of the baptism of his death which he endured for us and delivered us from the wrath of Alahim by which he leads us and the pillar of fire his judgement which went before his people to destroy all those enemies who wouldn't let his people pass over. The mighty angel who came down from heaven was clothed with a cloud and his feet were pillars of fire. This is a picture of Messiah who plunged himself into the deep to rescue his elect from the wrath of Alahim as well as their enemies who pursued them.

This is the vision Ezekiel saw of Messiah's glory. He saw in an imagery of the likeness of a man seated on the throne and his loins upward and downward were as the appearance of fire round about it and the brightness round about was as the appearance of the rainbow that is in the cloud in the day of rain. This is exactly what we saw 'cloud' and 'fire' because he is a Alahim of COVENANT and rainbow is his promise of his covenant to his elect.

Eze 1:26 ¶ And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.
27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.
28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the YAHUAH. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

All his elect will stand on the sea of transperence mingled with fire with harps in our hands gaining victory over the beast and his mark and his image and the number of his name because our Yahuah plunged into the deep fire of Alahim's wrath for us to rescue us to make us part of the new heavens and the new earth which stands out of Alahim's wrath and rescues us from the enemy who is too strong for us.

By him all things consist-Part 1

When we read Col 1:15-17 we read that Messiah is the firstborn of every creature and by him were all things created that are in heaven and earth visible and invisible. By looking at these stand alone passages many conclude wrongly and that's why we have various false gospel's floating around giving Messiah an image which he is not.

Col 1:15  Who is the image of the invisible Alahim, the firstborn of every creature:
Col 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Therefore the burden of proof lies in comparing spiritual things with spiritual to see how Messiah is before all things and how by him all things consist. It is very important to get freed from false gospel because a first glance at the stand alone passages without spiritual vs spiritual comparison many have concluded that Messiah is a created creature who was in the mind of Alahim when Alahim created all things in heaven and on earth, some say Alahim was with his Son eternally besides him creating all things for him etc

In this study we will see how Alahim relates to his creation ONLY through Messiah who came forth from Alahim to be part of creation carrying his substance and connecting creation to Alahim. Before we get into understanding how all things relate to Alahim through Messiah let's quickly look at Heb 1:3 to see that Messiah is the engraving of the substance of Alahim which he carries.

hos, hay ho (Which) eimi (exists) apaugasma (brightness) ho,hay,to (of the) doxa (glory) kai (and) charakter (Engraving) ho hay to (of the) hupostasis (substance) autos (he) phero (carry/bear) te (even) ho hay to (of the) pas (all) ho hay to (of the) rhema (word) ho hay to (of the) dunamis (power) autos (he) dia (by) heautou (himself) katharismos (cleansing) poieo (doeth) ho hay to (of the) hamartia (offence) ego (I/me) kathizo (sat) en (in) dexios (right) ho hay to (of the) megalosune (majesty) en (in) hupselos (esteem)

In English: Which exists as brightness of the glory and engraving of the substance he carries even all of the word of the power he by himself cleansing doeth of the offence of me sat down in right of the Majesty in esteem

This is consistent with John 16:27 where Messiah claimed that he came out from Alahim.

Joh 16:27  For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from Alahim.

Alahim is utterly transcendent and hence he is beyond all creation & creature and the same Alahim is immanent to his creation through the person of Messiah.

Col 1:15-20 needs to be understood with a comparing of spiritual vs spiritual

2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of Alahim the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
2Pe 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

At first glance the scripture seems to say that the earth is standing out of the oceans and seas (water) and in the oceans and seas (water) but we must compare spiritual vs spiritual to see what this exactly means

Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the YAHUAH Alahim made the earth and the heavens

Alahim created the heavens and the earth (the spiritual heavenly Jerusalem) in the day he created the earth and the heavens (the existing earth and the heavens with the clouds, stars, planets and galaxies). Let’s look at 2 Peter 3:5 in the Greek to see this beautiful truth.

2 Pet 3:5 lanthano (being ignorant) gar (seeing) autos (his) houtos (the same) thelo ethelo (intent) hoti (concerning) ouranos (heaven) eimi (exists) ekpalai (for a long while) kai (and) ghay (world) ek (by) hudor (water) kai (and) dia (by reason of) hudor (water) sunistao (stand) ho (that) ho he to (of) theos (Alahim) logos (expression)

In simple English: Being ignorant of seeing his same intent concerning heaven exists for a long while and the world by water and by reason of water stands out of Alahim’s expression.

The ungodly who perished in the waters of judgment couldn't see the purpose of Alahim in creating the existing world to be a shadow of the new earth and thus were submerged in the waters of his judgment along with the earth while the earth ( in reference to the new earth) would stand out of that water of judgment by being in Messiah who was submerged in the wrath of Alahim's judgment for us. Peter in the next verse i.e. verse 6 talks about this judgment by water and then goes on to say that this earth is now reserved to be burnt by fire (verse 7).
The earthy man is of the earth submerged by water’s of Alahim’s judgment as he cannot relate to Alahim (having an earthy substance) but the spiritual man is the one who is part of the earth that stands out of water by Alahim’s own expression i.e. being connected by faith to Messiah who was submerged in the water's of Alahim's judgment for our sins.

The standing out of water speaks of his resurrection of which we are part of having a hope to enter heavenly Jerusalem being part of the first resurrection.

Rev 20:6  Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of Alahim and of Messiah, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Joh_11:25  Yahusha said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Rom_6:5  For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

When we read Gen 1:2 we see a picture of the earth without form and void and darkness upon the face of the DEEP which spiritually shows us the condition of the world which is not related to Alahim and in the judgment of his wrath being void and with darkness upon the face of the deep. Then Alahim shows us in the same verse his love for us that he moved upon the face of the waters (deep) which is his act of saving those immersed in that deep to bring them out of the deep to be part of the new earth which stands out of water.

Gen 1:2  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Alahim moved upon the face of the waters.

Paul spiritualizes the literal passing through the red sea and the cloud that covered them as being baptized unto Moses (law) and then goes on to say that the Rock that followed them was Messiah

1Co 10:1  Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea
1Co 10:2  And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
1Co 10:4  And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Messiah.

So we see even those in the old covenant were baptized into Messiah and his baptism is symbolic of his plunging to be part of the creation which was immersed under Alahim's judgment which was subject to vanity so that he could remove the creature of vanity through the hope of his resurrection making him a citizen of the Heavenly Jerusalem which is the new earth standing out of water which Peter speaks of in 2 Peter 3:5.

Rom 8:20  For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

Psa 8:4  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

Compare with Heb 2:6  But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Heb 2:7  Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:

Heb 2:9  But we see Yahusha, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of Alahim should taste death for every man

Col 2:11  In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Messiah:
Col 2:12  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of Alahim, who hath raised him from the dead.
Col 2:13  And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Those immersed with him in baptism are risen with him relating us to Alahim in his PERSON HOOD. beyond him one can never find Alahim and is under Alahim's wrath because his life is not hid in Messiah who took the plunge into the deep being part of his creation.

We read in Gen 1:2 that Alahim's Spirit moved upon the face of the waters and Paul in 2 Corin 3:17 speaks of Yahusha as that Spirit through whom the veil of ignorance is removed.

2Co 3:15  But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
2Co 3:16  Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Yahuah, the vail shall be taken away.
2Co 3:17  Now the Yahuah (Yahusha) is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Yahuah is, there is liberty.

2Pe 3:5  Being ignorant of seeing his same intent concerning heaven exists for a long while and the world by water and by reason of water stands of Alahim’s expression.

Those who don't see the earth under Alahim's judgment and run for refuge to the one who plunged himself for mankind to rescue them and make them part of the new earth which stands out of water are in this ignorance of seeing his intent from Alahim's law. Those who see this are the ones who lives are hid in him.

Col 3:3  For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Messiah in Alahim.

Those seeking the Father beyond Messiah will be in for a big disappointment as the Father is personified in the Son. The Son descended into the lower parts of the earth and has ascended far above all heavens that he might fill all things.

Eph 4:9  (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
Eph 4:10  He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

Messiah's descension into the lower parts of the earth shows him plunging into the judgment to taste death for us and his ascension far above all heavens shows him connecting us to Alahim from where he came out to be part of his creation thus being the firstborn over all creation.

Rom 5:9  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to Alahim by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

We see from Alahim's word that the law is spiritual and man carnal and slave of sin hence he cannot see the spiritual in the natural. He cannot see that the first earth stood as a shadow for the heavenly country. Even the Israelites couldn't see in the law and ordinances delivered to them this blessed truth which relates all of creation to Alahim through Messiah who came out from him and became part of his creation. They sought Canaan to be their land of promise and sought inheritance in it without understanding that Canaan stood as a shadow for the new earth and even father Abraham who was promised that his seed would inherit Canaan did not seek Canaan a country to be desired but dwelt as a sojourner in it and looked for the new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Heb 11:9  By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
Heb 11:10  For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is Alahim.

Looking back at 2 Peter 3, Peter says that we look for new heavens and new earth wherein dwells righteousness and goes on to say that seeing that ye look for such things be DILIGENT THAT YE MAY BE FOUND OF HIM IN PEACE

2Pe 3:13  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
2Pe 3:14  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

We can only be found of him in peace by seeing all things which sprung forth from him and reconciled back to Alahim through him. It wouldn't have been possible without the MEDIATOR.

Eph 1:9  Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
Eph 1:10  That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Messiah, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Being unified to Messiah we are reconciled to Alahim in Messiah. Most important of all my search for Alahim ends in Messiah. I stand out of the water by his resurrection.

Finally the judgment of the flood was a type to show how dark the deep is and all those who are earthy what their fate will be.

The rainbow in the cloud was the promise of Alahim of rescue from the waters of judgment.

The rainbow in the cloud was the promise of Alahim of rescue from the waters of judgment.

Ge 9:13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Revelation 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

The rainbow around the throne shows Alahim is a Alahim of covenant who rescues his people from his wrath.

Revelation 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

This messenger who came down from heaven is Messiah clothed with cloud speaks of baptism of his death in which are hidden. And rainbow on head shows he is mindful of his covenant

1 Corinthians 10:1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
The Rock that followed them was Messiah who was in the pillar of cloud testifying through spirit of prophecy of his death and rescue to his people from that death being mindful of his covenant of bow in the cloud. Alahim bless.
