Was Yahusha David's literal Son?

We have many teaching that Yahusha was a literal Son of David and came from his sperm and deny the virgin birth, thus, putting Yahusha on a common ground as we are without realizing that David in Pslams 51:5 says "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me".

They also teach Yahusha was designated as the Son of Elohim by the resurrection from the dead just as Adam was in an incorrupt state (before he sinned) and not a literal Son as Elohim can't have a Son. They are denying the Adon who bought them. This study is to see facts from scripture for a clearer understanding for those in doubt.

The promise to David:

2Sa 7:12 “When your days are filled and you rest with your fathers, I shall raise up your seed after you, who comes from your inward parts, and shall establish his reign.

2Sa 7:13 “He does build a house for My Name, and I shall establish the throne of his reign forever.

2Sa 7:14 “I am to be his Father, and he is My son. If he does perversely, I shall reprove him with the rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men.

2Sa 7:15 “But My loving-commitment does not turn aside from him, as I turned it aside from Sha’ul, whom I removed from before you.

2Sa 7:16 “And your house and your reign are to be steadfast forever before you – your throne is established forever.”

The Davidic covenant is the most misunderstood among the Yahudites and the Hebrew roots movement who deny the virgin birth. For they take 2 Sam 7:12 literally to show Yahusha came from the inward parts of David i.e. his sperm and further teach that since Yoseph was a descendant of David, he had sexual relationship with Miriam and the child Miriam bore was Yahusha.

Whereas the promise is dual, one in a literal lineage and one in typology. When you look at 2Sam 7:12-14 we see it speaking of Shelemoh who literally built a temple and verse 14 is clearer in seeing the chastisement on David's seed if he does perversely. Yahuah says He will reprove him with a rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men. The promise that David's house and his reign would be established forever would only be fulfilled by Yahusha ha Mashiyach. Hence, Yahusha falls into the typology of David as He came from the innermost/inward parts of Elohim.

Joh 16:27 For the Father himself loves you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came from Elohiym.

Joh 16:28 I came forth/exerchomai G1831 from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world and go to the Father.

Exerchomai G1831

While the Greek word exerchomai G1831 is also used as a generic term (literally or figuratively) for 'out/come/proceed/depart', it usually is an understanding of 'coming out forth/out of' which cannot be missed.

The word has 2 root words ex G1537 & erchomai G2064

1. ex G1537 A primary preposition denoting origin (the point whence motion or action proceeds), from, out (of place, time or cause; literally or figuratively; direct or remote):

2. erchomai G2064 to come or go (in a great variety of applications, literally and figuratively): - accompany, appear, bring, come enter, fall out, go, grow, X light, X next, pass, resort, be set

Hence, when Yahusha said He came forth from the Father, He accompanied the Father bodily in Himself as 'erchomai' also means ' to accompany/to bring/appear/come enter'. This fits so perfectly when we understand that it pleased the Father to dwell in fullness bodily. Hence, He is fulness of Elohim bodily. One cannot find the Father beyond Him.

Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

Col 2:9 For in him dwells all the fulness of Elohiym bodily.

That is why He told Philip "Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how say you then, show us the Father? "

Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him and have seen him.

Joh 14:8 Philip said unto him: Adonai, show us the Father, and it suffices us.

Joh 14:9  Yahusha said unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how say you then, show us the Father?

Joh 17:8 For I have given unto them the words which you gave me; and they have received them and have known surely that I came out/exerchomai G1831 from you, and they have believed that you did send me.

Monogenes Theos: Only begotten Elohim

Joh 1:18  ืืช No man has seen Elohiym at any time; the Hebrew: yachiyd (Greek: monogenes theos), which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.

John 1:18: The early Greek, Aramaic manuscripts say ‘Only Begotten Elohim” (Greek words: monogenes theos)

Aramaic says: ‘the Only Unique One/๐ค‰๐ค‡๐ค‰๐คƒ๐ค€ (yachyada) Alaha (Aluah)

Later Greek manuscripts say “ monogenes uihos/huios “which means “Only begotten Son” based on Father Son relationship, adding to the text based on John 3:16 and other places where it says of Him as “Only begotten Son”

‘yachyid’ The root words in it are as follows:

ื™ื—ื“ which means together, alike, likewise, unite, join (H3162) ๐ค‰๐ค‡๐คƒ -yachad

ื—ื™ื“ or  ื—ื™ื“ื”  which means a riddle (H2420) dark saying, hard question, dark sentence, proverb, dark speech ๐ค‡๐ค‰๐คƒ or ๐ค‡๐ค‰๐คƒ๐ค„-chaydah

ื—ื™  which means life (H2416) ๐ค‡๐ค‰-chay

ื™ื“ which means 'hand' ๐ค‰๐คƒ-yad

Looking at the root words we see that we are united by His hand into his life through the parabolic/riddle language.

Coming back to David:

Eze 37:24 while Dawiแธ My servant is sovereign over them. And they shall all have one shepherd and walk in My right-rulings and guard My laws and shall do them.

Eze 37:25 “And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Ya‛aqoแธ‡ My servant, where your fathers dwelt. And they shall dwell in it, they and their children and their children’s children, forever, and My servant Dawiแธ be their prince forever.

Jer 30:9 And they shall serve ื™ื”ื•ื” their Elohim and Dawiแธ their sovereign, whom I raise up for them.

Luk 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Miryam: for you have found favor with Elohiym.

Luk 1:31 And, behold, you shall conceive in your womb, and bring forth a son, and shall call his name Yahusha.

Luk 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of El Elyon: and Yahuah Elohiym shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

Luk 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Ya`aqov forever; and of his Kingdom there shall be no end.

1Ki 8:18 And Yahuah said unto El־David my father, whereas it was in your heart to build a house unto my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

1Ki 8:19 Nevertheless you shall not build the house; but your son that shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house unto my name.

David H1732 spelled in Hebrew as ื“ื•ื“  or ื“ื•ื™ื“ or ื“ื™ื“ as per H1730 which means 'Beloved/lover/friend/love/uncle'

Rom1:2 which He promised in advance through His prophets in the Set-Apart Scriptures.

Rom1:3 concerning the Word of His Son, be found/ginomai G1096 of a seed of Dawid according to the flesh,

Rom1:4 who was declared the Son of Elohim with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Ruach ha Qodesh, He was Yahusha the Mashiyach our Adon (Master).

The Son was of Elohim who was promised in advance through His prophets in the Set Apart Scriptures and was found of a seed of David according to the flesh. KJV translates the Greek word ginomai G1096 as 'made of the seed of David'. The Greek word used for seed is 'sperma' G4694 where we get our English word 'sperm'. Those who do not believe the virgin birth literally take the word 'sperm' to show Yahusha came from the 'sperm' of David, whereas the term is generic and also used for seed of the field. Now you tell me which plant or shrub has 'sperm'? e.g. Matt 13:24, 27, 32, 37, Mark 4:31.

Luk 3:38 Which was the son of Enosh, which was the son of Sheth, which was the son of A’dam, which was the son of Elohiym.

Adam is termed here as the son of Elohim. Was Adam begotten Elohim (monogenes theos)? Not at all. Adam fell in line with the Son of Elohim and was the figure of Him who was to come i.e. Yahusha.

Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from A’dam to Mosheh, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of A’dam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

1Co 15:45 And so it is written, the first man A’dam was found/ginomai G1096 a living soul; the last A’dam was made a quickening ruach.

Again, here in 1Corn 15:45 Adam 'ginomai G1096' is translated by KJV as 'was made' and the translators added the same context to Yahusha in italics which is not there in the original. With the same logic of understanding the Greek word 'ginomai G1096' and if it's added to Yahusha then it should read as 'the last Adam was found a quickening Ruach'.

This clearly shows us that Adam termed as 'son of Elohim' was figurative as Yahuah breathed in him the breath of lives (plural).

Gen 2:7 And Yahuah Elohiym formed the man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of lives/chayim; and the man became a living soul

Adam became a representation of all those who are earthy while Yahusha the heavenly man became a representation of all those born of the Ruach i.e. the ones who would believe in Him & acknowledge that He is the Son of Elohim who is the only begotten Elohim (monogenes theos/yachyid (only begotten)/yachayada Alaha).

Traditionalists teach Luke's genealogy is from Miriam (Mary). Luke's genealogy is not from Mary. Genealogies are never from women. Secondly, we need to look at Luke 3:23. The Hebrew renders as he is reckoned/counted as the son of Yoseph. Was He the actual son of Yoseph. No. He was conceived by the power of the Ruach ha Qodesh. Hence, in the lineage He is the firstborn, but from Elohim, ascending all the way to come in humanity to be counted as a Son of promise to keep the name of Yasharal alive. That is why Shaul in 1Corn 15:45 calls Him as "..the last Adam was found a LIFE GIVING RUACH" Some translations say "...as reckoned by law, son of Yosฤ•ph, of ฤšli/Heli,"

Luke3:23 And Yahusha began His work, and He was about thirty years old. He was reckoned/counted as (Hebrew: H2803 chashab ื—ืฉื‘) the son of Yoseph, the son of Eli,
The Greek word used is G3543 nomizō which also means 'to deem or regard: - suppose'.

This is clear that Yahusha was supposedly the son of Yoseph who a descendant of David was and thus supposedly Yahusha was placed in the lineage as the Son of David and not a literal Son, for He was Son of Elohim as begotten Elohim.

Also, the promises mentioned in Ee 37:24-25, Jer 30:9 which says while Dawiแธ My servant is sovereign over them & they shall serve him has to be decoded that it says of Yahusha and not David and remember we saw the name David H1732 spelled in Hebrew as ื“ื•ื“ ๐คƒ๐ค…๐คƒ or ื“ื•ื™ื“ ๐คƒ๐ค…๐ค‰๐คƒ or ื“ื™ื“ ๐คƒ๐ค‰๐คƒ as per H1730 means 'Beloved/lover/friend/love/uncle' & Eph 1:6 says we have been accepted in the Beloved

Eph1:5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Yahusha the Mashiyach to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

Eph 1:6 to the praise of the glory of His favor which He freely bestowed on us in/Bi ๐ค๐ค‰ His BELOVED (Hebrew: Dido ื“ื™ื“ืŸ ๐คƒ๐ค‰๐คƒ๐ค…).

That is why the emissary Kepha spoke of David that he is both dead and buried and that the oath was referring to Mashiyach Yahusha.

Act 2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

Act 2:30 Therefore being a prophet and knowing that Elohiym had sworn with an oath to him, ืืช that of the fruit of his loins (Hebrew: chalats H2504, Greek: osphus G3751), according to the flesh, he would raise up Mashiach to sit on his throne.

chalats ๐ค‡๐ค‹๐ค‘ H2504 is same word as H2502 & means to deliver, equip (for fight); present, strengthen: - arm (self), (go, ready) armed (X man, soldier), deliver, draw out, make fat, loose, (ready) prepared, put off, take away, withdraw self & hence H2504 says it's a seat of vigor/in a sense of strength. While the word is used literally, it is also used figuratively as verses which state that certain prophets and kings put a sackcloth around their loins where the same word is used for loins.

David in his old age lost his vigor and was forbidden by his men to go out to battle with them so that he would be preserved on the throne. With Kepha confirming that David is both dead and buried and his sepulchre is with us today is to show that as a prophet he spoke of the oath Elohim made to him that he would raise up Maschiyach on his throne. The Lion of Yahudah would live forever and is also called 'El-Gibbor' i.e. Mighty Elohim (Isaiah 9:6).

The Greek word osphus G3751 means of uncertain affinity; the loin (externally), that is, the hip; internally (by extension) procreative power: - loin.

Here again the Greek word is used for Yahuchanan the Immerser wearing a girdle around his loins, Eph 6:14 speaking of the armor of Elohim, Shaul the emissary says "Stand therefore, having your loins/osphus G3751 girt about with truth" & Kepha uses the word in 1 Pet 1:13 figuratively asking us to gird up the loins/osphus G3751 of our mind.

The word is also used figuratively about Levi who being in priesthood receive tithes from the people, being in the loins of his father Abraham when Malchitsedeq met him and figuratively paid the tithe to Malchitsedeq (Heb 7:5,10).

Matt 22:41 And it came to pass when the Prushim were assembled, Yahusha asked them, saying,

Matt 22:42 “What do you say about the Mashiyach? “Whose son is He?” And they said to Him, “The son of Dawid.”

Matt 22:43 He said to them, “Then how could Dawid, by the Ruach, call Him ‘Adon (Master),” when he said

Matt 22:44 Yahuah said to My Adon (Master), ‘Sit at My right hand until I put your enemies your footstool for your feet?’

Matt 22:45 “Now If Dawid calls Him ‘Adon,’ how is he, His son?”

In Yahusha's words itself questioning the rulers asks them if Messiah is the Son of David, then how could David by the Ruach call him Adon? This clearly shows that He was the Adon who was born into the lineage of David and not his literal son. David falls into the lineage of Yahusha's Malchitsedeq priesthood and not vice versa.

Heirs to David's throne:

A first glance at the genealogies of Matthew 1 & Luke 3 side by side shows a contradiction as the list of the genealogy from Daud/David is where the problem lies, here is the problem:

The problem lies as Matthew’s lineage shows the lineage from Shelemoh who was the son of David he got from Bathsheba and Luke’s genealogy records the genealogy from Nathan who was also Daud’s/David’s son. There is no contradiction in Yahuah’s dabar, to understand the genealogies better we must read and understand what this means.

Luk 3:23 And when ื™ื”ื•ืฉืข Himself began, He was about thirty years of age, being, as reckoned by law, son of Yosฤ•ph, of ฤšli/Heli,

Mat 1:16 And Yaสฝaqoḇ brought forth Yosฤ•ph the husband of Miryam, of whom was born ื™ื”ื•ืฉืข who is called Messiah.

How could Yoseph have two different fathers Yaaqob and Eli/Heli with two different genealogies?

In Luke 3:23 an emphasis is added to let us know that Yoseph was not the immediate son of Eli/Heli, the emphasis can be drawn out from the writing 'as reckoned by law' Matthew 1:16 shows his immediate father Yaaqob from the lineage of Shelemoh.

The emphasis 'as reckoned by law' lies in understanding the Torah where a dead brother's wife is given seed by his living brother to keep his name alive in Yasharal. You may refer to the Torah portion Deut 25:5-6 to understand the Torah of the dead brother. It is evident that Yoseph's immediate father was Yaaqob (Matt 1:16) because the emphasis added there is different as he was the occupying son of Heli to keep his name alive in Yasharal. Heli would have died childless and Yaaqob would have given seed to his wife to keep his name alive in Yasharal and hence, the parenthesis in Luke 3:23 'as reckoned by the law'

Genealogies are never from a woman, however when a woman is mentioned in a genealogy alongside her husband it has a significance. It means that the son born to them was as per the Torah of the dead husband which scripture is either silent or is explicitly describing that the produce through the relationship represented a tying up of 2 tribes. One from his actual father and one from the Torah of the dead husband of the woman to keep his name alive in Yasharal.

Rth 2:1 And Naสฝomi had a KINSMAN on her husband’s side, a man of great wealth, of the FAMILY of Elimeleḵ, and his name was Boสฝaz.

Elimelek was an Ephrathite and if Boaz was a relative to Elimelek, it's evident that he was both an Ephrathite as well as a Yahudite denoted by Rachab alongside her husband Salmon. No where else scripture tells us Rachab was married, and her first husband died and that she re-married Salmon. But how else could their son Boaz be a relative of Elimelek an Ephrathite if Rachab's first husband wouldn't be an Ephrathithe?

Mat 1:5 And Salmon (Yahudite) brought forth Boสฝaz by Racḥaḇand Boสฝaz brought forth Oḇฤ•ḏ by Ruth, and Oḇฤ•ḏ brought forth Yishai.

Boaz was able to redeem Ruth because he was fit as a kinsman redeemer, being an Ephrathite and a close relative of Elimelek. There was one closer KINSMAN to Elimelek than Boaz who refused to redeem Ruth and Boaz as per Torah gave him the first preference to redeem the right of a Kinsman.

Rth 3:12  And now it is true that I am your near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I.
Rth 3:13  Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto you the part of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman's part: but if he will not do the part of a kinsman to you, then will I do the part of a kinsman to you, as Yahuah lives: lie down until the morning.

Mat 1:5 And Salmon (Yahudite) brought forth Boสฝaz by Racḥaḇ, and Boสฝaz brought forth Oḇฤ•ḏ by Ruth, and Oḇฤ•ḏ brought forth Yishai.

Ruth is mentioned alongside Boaz in the same verse, and scripture explicitly shows us that Ruth was the wife of Machlun the Ephrathite who had died and left her childless and hence, Obed her son would be the son of Machlun the Ephrathite to keep his name alive in Yasharal as per the Torah of the dead person.

1Sa 17:12 Now David was the son of that Ephrathiy of Beyt Lechem Yahudah, whose name was Yishai; and he had eight sons: and the man went among men for an old man in the days of Sha’ul.

David was the direct son of Yishai with a tag now of 2 lineages as per Ephrayim as well as Yahudah. Hence, Matthew begins the genealogy to show Yahusha is the Kinsman redeemer through David of Eprahyim who represented the first born berekah for Yasharal and Yahudah.
Abraham is mentioned because the promise was of the SEED i.e. Mashiyach made to him and not of seeds as of many. And it was said "in you all the nations shall be blessed"

Matt1:6 Yishay fathered Dawid the king. Dawid fathered Shelomoh by the wife of UriYah.

It is interesting to see that Bathsheba's name is not mentioned but she is termed here as 'the wife of UriYah' and this is because David had UriYah killed in battle and the son in Bathsheba's womb was through adultery and cannot be accounted for a son as per Torah of the dead husband. For UriYah was alive when Bathsheba was pregnant. After the son died and so did UriYah, scripture attributes Shelemoh as the son of UriYah as the Torah of the dead husband to keep his name alive and UriYah was a Yahudite, a Hittite by geographical location.
I have touch based on this in my note. Here is a short transcript:

The discrepancy is, how Mashiyach is attributed to be the heir seated on David's throne, was it through Shelemoh or through Nathan?

While most of the biblical scholars attribute that Mashiyach came through the lineage of Shelemoh based on the following promise stated in 1 Ch 22:9-13 as an immediate inference:

1Ch 22:9 ‘See, a son is to be born to you, who is a man of rest. And I shall give him rest from all his enemies all around, for Shelomoh is his name, and peace and rest I give to Yisra’ฤ•l in his days.
1Ch 22:10 ‘He does build a house for My Name, and he is to be My son, and I am to be his Father. And I shall establish the throne of his reign over Yisra’ฤ•l forever.’

The first blush meaning seems to clearly show that Shelemoh's throne over Yasharal will be forever because of the immediate inference, but there is much depth to what is stated. Also, Shelemoh was called as Beloved of Yahuah as Yahuah loved him.

2Sa 12:24 And Dawiḏ comforted Bathsheḇa his wife and went into her and lay with her. So, she bore a son, and he called his name Shelomoh. And ื™ื”ื•ื” loved him,

Notice scripture names here Bathsheba to be David's wife and the son born was not a first-born son of David but a second son who was Shelemoh. The first son had already died.

2Sa 23:34 Eliphelet son of Aḥasbai, son of the Maสฝaḵathite, Eliyam son of Aḥithophel the Gilonite,

1Ch 3:5 And these were born to him in Yerushalayim: Shamah, and Shoḇaḇ, and Nathan, and Shelomoh  four by Bathshua the daughter of Ammi’ฤ•l. H5988 (father of Bathsheba also Eliyam)

Eliyam was one of the mighty men of king David and so was UriYah. We get a clue that Eliyam was the son of Ahithophel who a chief counsellor of David was and was a Gilonite (the one who suicided as Absalom who self-proclaimed himself as a king didnt accept his counsel). Giloh was a place in Yahudah and its evident that they were all Yahudites just as David was. Hence, Ahithophel was the grandfather of Bathsheba.
There was a need to switch from Shelemoh to someone else in the lineage and this switch is shown by Luke with Yekonyah whose loan son was Shealtiel. The switch also ended the kings ruling and switched to the governor system in Yahudah post the captivity. (for details, please refer to my note: Tents of Shem: Understanding the genealogy of Matthew and Luke (dsouzashodan72.blogspot.com)

What is important to see here is scripture placed Shelemoh as last in the sons of Bathsheba in 1Chr 3:5.
In this note I have shared how Abraham, Shem were not firstborn of their fathers, but they were placed above their brothers in the first born berekah. Numerous other Messianic ancestors, such as Seth, Yitshaq, Yaaqob, Yahudah, Yahusaph, Ephrayim, Perets, Masha, David, etc. were not firstborn sons but received the firstborn berekah. Shelemoh being placed as last in the sons who were heirs to David's throne is a mystery which we are seeing decoded.

The switch from Shealtiel ties to Nathan: Remember Matthew's genealogy goes from Abraham all the way down to Mashiyach (descent) and Luke's genealogy goes in an ascent to Mashiyach from Elohim. He is the end points of the ladder Yaaqob saw where Messengers were ascending and descending on (John 1:51). Luke shows the beginning from Elohim where He was as Yahuah and Matthew shows the descent down to Him as the Son of Man.

The switch: When we compare Luke 3:27 & Matt 1:12 we see a contradiction in the first blush meaning. But we must understand that Yekonyah died childless. In YarmeYahu 22:28-30 he is termed as KonaYahu and a curse is put on him that he would die childless. Hence, Neri is the loan son in his lineage who kept his name alive in Yasharal while YakonYah/KonaYahu himself died childless as prophesied of him.

Jer 22:28 Is this man Konyahu a despised broken idol? Is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? Wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?
Jer 22:29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the Word of Yahuah.
Jer 22:30 Thus says Yahuah, write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling anymore in Yahudah.

Luke 3:27 the son of Yahuchanan, the son of Reysha, the son of Zerubbabel, the son of Shealti’El, the son of Neri,
Luke 3:28 the son of Malki, the son of Addi, the son of Qosam, the son of Elmadam, the son of Er,
Luke 3:29 the son of Yahushua (Joshua), the son of Eliezer, the son of Yorim, the son of Mattath, the son of Lewi,
Luke 3:30 the son of Shimeon, the son of Yahudah, the son of Yoseph, the son of Yonam, the son of Eliaqim,
Luke 3:31 the son of Malah, the son of Manna, the son of Mattatah, the son of Nathan, the son of Dawid,

Matt 1:12 After the exile to Babel: YekonYahu fathered Shealti’El, and Shealti’El fathered Zerubbabel.

And Neri's lineage is tracked from Nathan to David. In the ZacharYah prophesy we see house of Nathan mourning for the Son as one that is in bitterness over a FIRSTBORN. Where is Shelemoh's house in this mourning?

Zec 12:10 I shall pour out on the house of Dawid and on the inhabitants of Yerushalam, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they shall look on Me whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they shall be bitter over Him as one that is in bitterness over a firstborn.
Zec 12:11 In that day there shall be great mourning in Yerushalam, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the plain of Megiddon.
Zec 12:12 “And the land shall mourn, every family by itself: the family of the house of Dawiḏ by itself, and their women by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their women by themselves.

According to Yahuah’s curse on Yakonayah he would be destitute and none of his descendants sitting on the throne of David would prosper or rule anymore in Yahudah. Hence, this lineage couldn’t bring forth the Mashiyach. In the 2 genealogies listed some of the sons listed there are not immediate sons of their fathers but descendants. I’m listing just the portions of it to make a point

Matthew                    Luke
Yeḵonyah
Addi
Meleḵi
Neri
She’alti’ฤ•l
She’alti’ฤ•l
Zerubbaḇel
Zerubbaḇel

1Ch 3:16 And the sons of Yehoyaqim: Yeḵoanyah H3204 his son and Tsiḏqiyah his son.
1Ch 3:17 And the sons of Yaḵonayah H3204 the captive: She’alti’ฤ•l his son,
1Ch 3:18 and Malkiram, and Peḏayah, and Shenatstsar, Yeqamyah, Hoshama, and Neḏaḇyah.
1Ch 3:19 And the sons of Peḏayah: Zerubbaḇel and Shimสฝi. The sons of Zerubbaḇel: Meshullam, and Ḥananyah, and Shelomith their sister,

According to 1Chr 3:17 Shealtiel is the son of Yekonyah, also, Zerubbabel is listed in both Matthew and Luke genealogy as the son of Shealtiel but is listed as the son of Pedayah, the son of Yakonayah. There is no contradiction in scriptures, the scroll of Chronicles only lists the descendants who carried on their father’s name and lineage as per Torah of the dead man’s name to be kept alive or as per the chief ruler to identify the lineage, and many of them listed in Chronicles are not immediate sons. Moreover, Yakonayah had no sons and this we can know from 2Kings 24:14-15

2Ki 24:14 And he exiled all Yerushalayim, and all the officers and all the mighty brave men – ten thousand exiles – and all the craftsmen and smiths. None remained except the poorest people of the land.
2Ki 24:15 And he exiled Yahoyaḵin H3078 to Baḇel. And the sovereign’s mother, and the sovereign’s wives, and his eunuchs, and the leading men of the land he exiled from Yerushalayim to Baḇel.

Here he is named as Yahoyakin H3078 which means the same as ‘Yahuah will establish firm’ When the king of Babylon carried him away captive, there is no mention of his sons which means that 1Chr 3:17-19 were not his sons but borrowed sons as per Torah. Shealtiel’s father listed in Luke’s genealogy is mentioned as Neri.

Luk 3:27 of Yoḥanan, of Rephayah, of Zerubbaḇel, of She’alti’ฤ•l, of Neri,

And this lineage is from Nathan, David’s son

1Ki 5:5 “And see, I intend to build a house for the Name of ื™ื”ื•ื” my Elohim, as ื™ื”ื•ื” spoke to my father Dawiḏ, saying, ‘Your son, whom I set/nathan H5414 on your throne in your place, he does build the house for My Name.’

Shelemoh built the physical house while Nathan built the spiritual house. If you notice the house of Dawid includes Nathan as Nathan was his son but ZecharYah mentioned the David's clan twice because Nathan was not the successor of Daivd. He by the Ruach keeps the difference between the royal seed which eventually died out as YechonaYah was the last of the kings of Yahudah and post exile there was no king in Yahudah but Governor's rule and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel was a governor. While the physical seed took David's throne, Yahuah was silently building the house of Dawid through Nathan and made the switch at Neri who was the father of Shealtiel.

Zec 12:12 “And the land shall mourn, every family by itself: the family of the house of Dawiḏ by itself, and their women by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their women by themselves.

While the house of Dawid is one, Yahuah deliberately shows us the difference to show us the switch from Shelemoh's kingly theocratic lineage to Nathan's lineage of the governing ruler

Mic 5:2  “But you, Bฤ•yth Leḥem Ephrathah, you who are little among the clans of Yehuḏah, out of you shall come forth to Me the One to become Ruler/Mashal H4910 in Yisra’ฤ•l. And His comings forth1 are of old, from everlasting.”

H4910 mashal ๐คŒ๐ค”๐ค‹ means governor: A primitive root; to rule: - (have, make to have) dominion, governor, X indeed, reign, (bear, cause to, have) rule (-ing, -r), have power.

Matthew is precise in quoting Micha's prophecy showing us that Yahusha was also a Governor

Mat 2:6 And you Beyt Lechem, in the land of Yahudah, are not the least among the princes of Yahudah: for out of you shall come a Governor/Mashal, that shall rule my people Yashar’el.

Gen 45:26 And they told him, saying, “Yosฤ•ph is still alive, and he is governor/mashal ๐คŒ๐ค”๐ค‹ H4910 over all the land of Mitsrayim.” And Yaสฝaqoḇ’s heart ceased, for he did not believe them.

While Yahusha is the King of kings (Melek Hamlakim) & Master of masters (Adon ha adoniym), the attribution as governor is to show that Elohim gave His Son as a loan son into David's lineage as a gift, and yes, the word nathan ๐ค๐ค•๐ค H5414 in Hebrew means 'gift/to give/lend/trade/let out', also, we saw the word David in Hebrew means 'Beloved/loved'.

John 3:16 “For the Elohim loved those from ancient time/ha olam ๐ค„๐ค๐ค…๐ค‹๐คŒ with an abundant love, to the extent that He gave/nathan ๐ค๐ค•๐ค His only/yachid ๐ค‰๐ค‡๐ค‰๐คƒ Son so that all who believes in Him shall not perish but rather live eternal life. (Revised translation)

Olam H5769 ๐ค๐ค…๐ค‹๐คŒ properly concealed, that is, the vanishing point; generally time out of mind (past or future), that is, (practically) eternity; frequentative adverbially (especially with prepositional prefix) always: - always (-s), ancient (time), any more, continuance, eternal, (for, [n-]) ever (-lasting, -more, of old), lasting, long (time), (of) old (time), perpetual, at any time, (beginning of the) world (+ without end)

Olam is generally an eternal time from past to present to without end and gives us an understanding His purpose for His chosen whom He loved from ancient times with a perpetual love never ending.

Yahusha is called as Yahuah Goel i.e. our Kinsman redeemer and David was made the promise as David represents both Ephraim (through Torah of a dead brother son) i.e. a tribe which represents Yasharal as Ephraim received the first born berekah as well as Yahudah. That is why He is able to relate to each and every one of us from the 12 tribes as our Kinsman.

The Mount Karmel typology

 Yahuah vs Baal:

Baal H1167 ื‘ַּืขַืœ means lord, master or husband

Karmel means fruitful field/full green ears of of corn

Lev 2:14  And if you offer an oblation of your firstfruits unto Yahuah, you shall offer for the oblation of your firstfruits green ears of grain dried by the fire, ืืช even grain beaten out of full ears/karmel H3759

In the firstfruits festival the Yasharalites were commanded not to eat the bread nor parched grain nor green ears/karmel of the new harvest until they had offered from the new harvest to Yahuah

Lev 23:14  And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears/karmel H3759, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your Elohiym: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

Yahusha is the firstfruits over all creation and also firstfruits from the dead. The minchah offering and the firstfruits offerings all pointed to Him

EliYahu's altar on Mount Karmel:

1Ki 18:30  And Eliyahu said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of Yahuah that was broken down.

1Ki 18:31  And Eliyahu took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Ya`aqov, unto whom the Word of Yahuah came, saying, Yashar’el shall be your name:

1Ki 18:32  And with the stones he built an altar in the name of Yahuah: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.

1Ki 18:33  And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the ascending smoke sacrifice, and on the wood.

1Ki 18:34  And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.

1Ki 18:35  And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.

1Ki 18:36  And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Eliyahu the prophet came near, and said, Yahuah Elohai of Avraham, Yitschaq, and of Yashar’el, let it be known this day that you are Elohiym in Yashar’el, and that I am your servant, and that I have done ืืช all these things at your word.

1Ki 18:37  Hear me, O Yahuah, hear me, that this people may know that you are Yahuah Elohiym, and that you have turned their heart back again.

1Ki 18:38  Then the fire of Yahuah fell, and consumed the ascending smoke sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

1Ki 18:39  And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, Yahuah, he is Elohiym; Yahuah, he is Elohiym.

EliYahu built the altar with 12 stones representing the 12 tribes of Yasharal as Yahuah had told Yaaqob

"...unto whom the Word of Yahuah came, saying, Yashar’el shall be your name" 1Kings 18:31

The 12 tribes referred to are the Covenanted Yasharal

EliYahu made a trench around the altar. The Abary word translated as trench is talah ืชְּืขָืœָื” H8585 which has the root word alah ืขָืœָื” H5927 which means to ascend, intransitively (be high)

The tau ืช before the word along with alah ืขָืœָื” shows a covenant of the deep rising out of Sheol towards resurrection and it's Mashiyach who rose from the dead.

While the pieces of the bullock were placed on the wood where wood stands in typology as the stake/cross and the bullock ืคืจ stands in typology for Mashiyach's death as par ืคืจ is rooted in aparath ืֶืคְืจָืช  which means ash heap or fruitfulness and is rooted in Aparyam/Ephraim who received the firstfruits berekah being the younger brother. Scriptures portray Aparyam/Ephraim representing the 10 lost tribes of the house of Yasharal in many places

Aparyam ืֶืคְืจַื™ִื

Fruitful: ืืคืจืช (aparath) H672 and ืคืจื” ( parah ) H6509

The water was poured over the blood shed bullock (to portray this is he who is to come by water and blood) again a confirmation that it's Yahusha who would come by water and blood

1Kings 18:32 states he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.

The shanayam ืฉื ื™ื or shathayam ืฉืชื™ื seah ืกְืָื” where shanayam or shathayam means repeat/dual/two fold and  seah ืกืื” means measures

The two fold measures were as of a seed /zerah ื–ืจืข H2233 which shows Mashiyach and we in Him as the firstfruits

The water was poured three times

1Ki 18:33  And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the ascending smoke sacrifice, and on the wood.

1Ki 18:34  And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.

The three times shows that Mashiyach Yahusha was in the heart of the earth denoted by the word talah ืชืขืœื” H8585 ( Remember we saw the word alah ืขืœื” rooted which means to ascend or rise up) translated as trench from where He rose up and we rise up in Him being partakers of the first resurrection

1Ki 18:38  Then the fire of Yahuah fell, and consumed the ascending smoke sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

Fire represents judgement, cleansing, testing, consummation

The fire falling on the sacrifice, the wood, the twelve stones by which the altar was made of ( representing 12 tribes), the dust and water in the trench shows the judgement, fiery trial and consummation which Yahusha alone will endure and we being in Him would be cleansed and sanctified by the fiery trial while the whole world outside of Yahusha ha Mashiyach would be destroyed by the fire and they represent the dust from where carnal man was made of

The fire to fall:

2Pe 3:5  For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the Word of Elohiym the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

2Pe 3:6  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

2Pe 3:7  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of wicked men.

2Pe 3:8  But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with Yahuah as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

2Pe 3:9  Yahuah is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

2Pe 3:10  But the day of Yahuah will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

2Pe 3:11  Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all purity of conversation and holiness,

2Pe 3:12  Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of Elohiym, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

2Pe 3:13  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for a renewed heavens and a renewed earth, wherein dwells righteousness.

Scriptures teach that the earth stands on pillars and in the water and outside the waters

Job 9:6 Who shakes the earth under heaven from its foundations, and its pillars totter.

1Sa 2:8 He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are Yahuah’s, and he has set the world upon them.

Psa 75:2 When I shall receive the assembly I will judge uprightly.

Psa 75:3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah!

While many see this as metaphorical, when we see Kepha saying that the earth stands out of the water and in the water is only possible with the earth having pillars.

Scriptures are also silent on number of pillars the earth stands on but the pieces of the puzzle as seen in the altar made from 12 stones as a base shows the earth stands on 12 pillars representing the 12 tribes of Yasharal by which the earth is elevated above the waters.

We also see the clue from New Yerushalayim which is the renewed purified earth having 12 pillars as foundations for its wall, 12 gates and furthermore it says the length, breadth and height were of the same measure of 12,000 furlongs/stadion where number 12 again stands for 12 tribes and number 1000 their complete number

Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

Rev 21:16 And the city lies foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand stadion. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal

Coming back to Kepha, he says that the earth was destroyed by water and the heavens and the earth which are now are reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of wicked men.

The same thing we saw with the altar made by EliYahu where he first poured water over it and then the fire fell from Yahuah out of heaven on the sacrifice, the wood, the 12 stones, the dust and licked up all the water in the trench.

Yahusha Himself taught that everyone shall be salted with fire and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.

Mrk 9:49 For everyone shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.

The earth stands in the depths of the oceans and seas which is water having salt. When the fire of Yahuah falls it will consume the wicked people who are like sacrifice without the covenant of salt while the waters on which the earth stands is salted and consumed by the fire.

Mrk 9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

Lev 2:13 And every offering of your oblation shall you season with salt; neither shall you suffer the salt of the covenant of your Elohiym to be lacking from your oblation: with all your offerings you shall offer salt.

Lev 2:14 And if you offer an oblation of your firstfruits unto Yahuah, you shall offer for the oblation of your firstfruits green ears of grain dried by the fire, ืืช even grain beaten out of full ears/ื›ַּืจְืžֶืœ karmel

The Torah portion clearly teaches that the firstfruits offering should not lack the seasoning of salt and the offering of firstfruits was of green ears/karmel.

It's only in Yahusha that the kind of firstfruits ie. We have the seasoning of the salt and salt is a cleanser

Jas 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the Word of Truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures

We are kind of firstfruits of His creatures

It's now in Mashiyach to be salted and purified by the cleansing fire as those outside of Yahusha ha Mashiyach would be saltless and consumed by the fire of Yahuah's wrath when the elements of the heavens and earth will melt with the fervent heat.

Kepha ties all this to one day with Yahuah is as thousand years and thousand years as one day.

The Genesis account shows Yahuah created the earth and the heavens in 6 days and He rested on the 7th day where each day represents a thousand years of creation which He designed to be found in Him. But all will not find Him. Man was created on the 6th day to journey into His rest through a purification by fire process into His rest ie. The 7th day which is the 7,000th year.

People outside the covenant fall short of this rest and never come out of the trench to rise up (talah/ ืชืœืขื”).

Psa 90:4 For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

Psa 90:5 You carry them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which grows up.

Psa 90:6 In the morning it flourishes, and grows up; in the evening it is cut down, and withers.

Psa 90:7 For we are consumed by your anger, and by your wrath are we troubled.

Psa 90:8 You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your countenance.

Psa 90:9 For all our days are passed away in your wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.

Moses as a mediator between Yasharal and Yahuah pleads the cause of Yasharal before Yahuah and likens their state as of the wicked that perish in the wrath of Yahuah.

Psa 90:13 Return, O ื™ื”ื•ื”! How long? And be sorry for Your servants.

The typology has the fate of all Baal/master, lord or husband who did not make Yahuah their Master, Husband and Adon and has those whose hearts turned back to Yahuah and their salvation in Yahusha who alone endured the wrath of Elohim by making us firstfruits in Him.

Finally Shaul the emissary pleads that as offer our bodies as a living sacrifice to the Adon which is our reasonable service

Rom 12:1 I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Elohiym, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Elohiym, which is your reasonable service.

Speaking of the tongue Yaaqob the emissary says the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity which defiles the entire body

Jas 3:5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindles!

Jas 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of Gey Hinnom.

In the parable of the rich man and Alazar, the rich man requests Abraham to send Alazar to dip his finger in water to cool his tongue.

Luk 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Avraham, have mercy on me, and send El`azar, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

The mouth has to render by confession the Adon Yahusha our Yahuah in repentance and is termed as the 'bull/par ืคืจ H6499 of our lips'

Hos 14:2 Take with you words, and turn to El־Yahuah: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the bull of our lips.

This is only possible when the body is surrendered to Mashiyach Yahusha as a living sacrifice as the elements of it is cleansed by the cleansing fire. For the wicked it's not so, for their tongue confesses Baal /master,lord or husband other than the true Adon and husband Yahusha our Yahuah.

Does the Son know the Day and the Hour?

Mark 13:32  “But concerning that day and the hour no one knows, not even the messengers in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Greek word for Day:

Hemera G2250

Also used figuratively a period (always defined more or less clearly by the context): - age, + alway, (mid-) day (by day, [-ly]), + for ever, judgment, (day) time, while, years.

In NT it’s translated as singular ‘day’  as well as plural ‘days’

The ‘days’ shows a building up of a time frame or an age.

In Matthew 28:20 it’s translated as ‘always’

Mat 28:20  teaching them to guard all that I have commanded you. And see, I am with you always/ pas G3956 (all, every, whole , daily ) hemera G2250, until the end of the age.” Aman.

The English ignores the Greek word ‘pas’ G3956 as it should actually render as “all the days”

The Hebrew word for day or days is ‘yom’ H3117 which is also defined figuratively (a space of time defined by an associated term), (often used adverbially): - age, + always, + chronicles, continually (-ance), daily.

The Greek word in Mark 13:32 for ‘hour’ is hora G5610

Apparently a primary word; an “hour” (literally or figuratively): - day, hour, instant, season, X short, [even-] tide, (high) time.

It is also used in many places in NT as ‘hours’ in the plural form again indicating a ‘smaller time period’ as a ‘season’

The Hebrew word for "hour" is sha'ah (ืฉืขื”). The plural of sha'ah is sha'ot (ืฉืขื•ืช).

The word sha'ah comes from the Aramaic word sha-on, which means "a short segment of time". In the Book of Daniel, the word sha-on appears five times.

So when Yahusha was using the words ‘day’ and ‘hour’ , He was using a Hebrew idiom indicating a longer period and a shorter period of time or an age which the Greek renders the same.

Hence, the ‘time/ age/season’ defined by these two words would have an end point as in English it can be rendered as ‘Time has an end’ and during the end those not knowing will come to know.

The contextual text in the first blush meaning shows the Son inferior as He is categorised as ‘No one knows’ along with any creature, including the ‘messengers’ and puts the ‘Father’ as the only superior entity knowing.

A parallel verse where the disciples of Yahusha asked Him  whether at this time He would restore the reign to Yasharal shows that the disciples perfectly understood that Yahusha had the capability of understanding the period of when He Himself would restore the reign back to Yasharal. It was just that they couldn’t discern the time frame that at the present time (in the days when He stood amongst them) He didn’t know the ‘longer period’ and the ‘shorter period’ defined as ‘time and season’ and hence, He says “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

Act 1:6  So when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Master, would You at this time restore the reign to Yisra’ฤ›l?”

Act 1:7  And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

The Greek word exousia G1849 translated as ‘authority’ actually means ‘in the sense of ability’ or ‘capacity’ or ‘jurisdiction’ and comes from the root word G1832 exesti which means ‘lawful’

Before we understand the lawfulness, ability, capacity or jurisdiction of the Father, first we must look at ‘Times and season’

Times G5550 chronos a space of time , season , a particular interval or period and is a longer period distinguished from kairos G2540 which is a shorter period of time and is the next word translated as ‘seasons’ in Acts 1:7.

Hence, here too we see a longer and a shorter period of time showing that this ‘Time will have an end’

The Father put everything lawfully, in a jurisdiction with a capability of knowing with the expiry of the times and the seasons.

Hence, the Greek words ‘hemera’ G2250 and ‘chronos’ G5550 show a longer period and the Greek word ‘hora’ G5610 and kairos G2540 show a shorter period of time.

The lengthy time period and the shorter period is in relation with ‘Yasharal’. The lengthy is in reference to Yasharal’s dispersion and the shorter period is in reference to the Great Tribulation where the days were shortened.

What does The Father put everything lawfully, in a jurisdiction with a capability of knowing with the expiry of the times and the seasons mean?

For this we must understand the Daniel passages

Dan 12:8  And I heard, but I did not understand, so I said, “My master, what is the latter end of these matters?”

Dan 12:9  And he said, “Go, Dani’ฤ›l, for the words are hidden/satham H5640 ืกืชื and sealed/ chatham H2856 ื—ืชื till the time of the end.

satham ืกืชื H5640 means ‘stopped’ or ‘shut up’

chatham ื—ืชื H2856 means ‘to seal as with a kings ring’

Hence, until the time of the end the end of all things was ‘stopped and sealed with a kings ring’ and that King was Yahuah

Yahuchanan when receiving the scroll of Chazun/Revelation was told not to seal the words of the prophecy of the scroll for the time was near

Rev 22:10  And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book,  because the time is near.

There was no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth who was able to open the scroll  or to look at it except for the Lion of Yahudah who had prevailed

Rev 5:3  And no one in the heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.

Rev 5:4  And I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it.

Rev 5:5  And one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. See, the Lion of the tribe of Yehuแธah, the Root of Dawiแธ, overcame to open the scroll and to loosen its seven seals.”

The Hebrew text uses the same word ‘chatham’ ื—ืชื H2856 and we saw the word means ‘to seal as with a kings ring’

Yahuchanan is further given information that the scroll was ‘sealed with the kings ring’ with seven seals where the word seven in Hebrew ืฉื‘ืขื” H7651 has the root word H7650 ืฉื‘ืข shaba means to swear seven times with a declaration

This shows that Yahusha before the transitioned form as Yahuah was the one who swore in seven declarations and sealed the scroll with His ring and only He is worthy to open the scroll and He does that as Yahusha. This was placed within His jurisdiction and lawfully and this is translated as He putting everything in His own power or authority.

Twice in the book of Chazun/Revelation Yahusha says to watch or else He would come as a thief

Rev 3:3  “Remember, then, how you have received, and heard. And watch and repent. If, then, you do not wake up, I shall come upon you as a thief, and you shall not know at all what hour I come upon you.

Rev 16:15  “See, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who is staying awake and guarding his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

This is a clear indication that He knows the hour when He would come as the judge to judge or else He wouldn’t tell the assembly that He would come upon them at an hour as a thief which they would not know. Until He would open the seven seals when He would be glorified, it was lawfully within the jurisdiction of His Fatherhood to conceal what was written.

The Son bears the name, image of the invisible Elohim and all judgment has been committed to Him, and Him not knowing the day and hour is impossible. It’s just that people blow this up out of proportion without understanding the timing of His putting the seal on the scroll and Him unsealing it.

Torah of the Dead Brother

In the OT we see that if a brother died childless then his brother or closest relative if no brother is available, should marry the dead brother's wife and raise a seed for her to keep his name alive in Yasharal. The seed born to her would be called after the name of the dead man and so was the tribal inheritance be with the son born called after the dead man.

We see the story of Ruth the Moabitess (by geographical location and not Moab itself) as an example where Elimelech the Ephrathite sold his inheritance due to severe famine in the land and went to the fields of Moab to sojourn there with his wife Naomi and 2 sons Machlon and Chilyon. Machlon married Ruth (Ruth 4:10) and Chilyon married Orphah and Elimelech and his 2 sons died in the land of sojourning and both his sons died childless. While Orphah went back to her people (Reubenites), Ruth clung to Naomi and she was redeemed along with the inheritance which was sold by Elimelech, it was redeemed by Boaz the Yahudite and their son Obed was now both and Ephrathite as well as a Yahudite and from this lineage came David.

Num 21:23 But Siแธฅon would not allow Yisra’ฤ›l to pass through his border. So Siแธฅon gathered all his people together and went out against Yisra’ฤ›l in the wilderness, and he came to Yahats and fought against Yisra’ฤ›l.

Num 21:24 And Yisra’ฤ›l struck him with the edge of the sword and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Yabboq, as far as the children of Ammon, for the border of the children of Ammon was strong.

Num 21:25 And Yisra’ฤ›l took all these cities, and Yisra’ฤ›l dwelt in all the cities of the Amorites – in แธคeshbon and in all its villages,

Num 21:26 for แธคeshbon was the city of Siแธฅon the sovereign of the Amorites, who had fought against the former sovereign of Mo’aแธ‡, and had taken all his land from his hand as far as the Arnon.

Num 21:27 That is why those who speak in proverbs say, “Come to แธคeshbon, let the city of Siแธฅon be built and established.

Jos 12:4 and the border of Oแธก, sovereign of Bashan, who was of the remnant of the Repha’ites, who dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Eแธre‛i,

Jos 12:5 and ruled in Mount แธคermon, and in Salแธตah, and in all Bashan, as far as the border of the Geshurites and the Ma‛aแธตathites, and the half of Gil‛aแธ as far as the border of Siแธฅon sovereign of แธคeshbon.

Jos 12:6 Mosheh the servant of ื™ื”ื•ื” and the children of Yisra’ฤ›l had stricken them. And Mosheh the servant of ื™ื”ื•ื” had given it as a possession to the Re’uแธ‡ฤ›nites, and to the Gaแธites, and to half the tribe of Menashsheh.

Num 32:37 And the children of Re’uแธ‡ฤ›n built แธคeshbon and El‛alฤ›h and Qiryathayim,

This is how we know that Ruth and Orphah were Reubenites.

Rth 4:18 And this is the genealogy of Perets: Perets brought forth แธคetsron.

Rth 4:19 And แธคetsron brought forth Ram, and Ram brought forth Amminaแธaแธ‡.

Rth 4:20 And Amminaแธaแธ‡ brought forth Naแธฅshon, and Naแธฅshon brought forth Salmon.

Rth 4:21 And Salmon brought forth Bo‛az, and Bo‛az brought forth Oแธ‡ฤ›แธ.

Rth 4:22 And Oแธ‡ฤ›แธ brought forth Yishai, and Yishai brought forth Dawiแธ.

1Sa 17:12 Now Dawiแธ was the son of that Ephrathite of Bฤ›yth Leแธฅem in Yehuแธah, whose name was Yishai, and he had eight sons, and in the days of Sha’ul the man was old among men.

The Davidic covenant came with a promise that the Messiah would be seated on his throne forever keeping his name alive in Yasharal with his tribal inheritance of Ephrayim and Yahudah as Ephrayim was the son of Yoseph who was promised one lot more than his brothers and from this tribe was the Stone of Yasharal.

Gen 49:22 “Yosฤ›ph is an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree, an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree by a fountain, his branches run over a wall.

Gen 49:23 “And the archers have bitterly grieved him, shot at him and hated him.

Gen 49:24 “But his bow remained in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty One of Ya‛aqoแธ‡ – from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisra’ฤ›l –

By bringing Ruth and Boaz together Yahuah made it possible as Ephrayim represents Yasharal as per the firstborn blessing and Yahudah represents the Kingly Malchitsedeq priesthood.

Gen 48:22 “And I, I have given to you one portion (Shechem) above your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow.”

While scriptures are silent on the war Yaaqob made with the Amorite with his sword and bow, we understand from the name of the place 'Shechem' translated as portion here, where Yahuchanan records Yahusha entering one of the cities of Shomeron called Sukar across from the parcel of the field which Yaaqob gave to his son Yoseph. This parcel of the field was 'Shechem'

John 4:5 He entered to one city of the cities of Shomeron called Sukar, across from the parcel of the field that Yaaqob had given to his son Yoseph.

Now that we have briefly understood the Torah of the dead brother, no where in the New Testament do, we find any reiteration of this law to be kept and there is a reason for it. While it is obvious it’s related to kinsman redeemer and termed as Goel in Hebrew, it’s a law perfectly kept and fully realized in Yahusha who is our Yahuah Goel.

To understand this law, I showed how the law also related to redemption of land along with the woman whose husband died leaving her childless to keep the dead husband’s name and inheritance alive in Yasharal.

The New Testament records a lot of persecution of those who believed in Yahusha as the chief priests and rulers had already determined that those who profess Yahusha will be excommunicated from Yasharal’s inheritance. That’s why they sold their lands and laid the money at the emissary’s feet.

Act 4:34 For there was not anyone needy among them, for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of what was sold,
Act 4:35 and laid them at the feet of the emissaries, and they distributed to each as anyone had need.

While the first blush plain reading of scripture one would conclude that they sold their lands to distribute to the needy, a comparison of the text with the blind man who by birth was blind and healed by Yahusha shows us how the persecution existed.

Jhn 9:20 His parents answered them and said, “We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind,
Jhn 9:21 but how he now sees we do not know, or who opened his eyes we do not know. He is of age, ask him, he shall speak concerning himself.”
Jhn 9:22 His parents said this because they were afraid of the Yehuแธim, for the Yehuแธim had already agreed that if anyone confessed that He was Messiah, he should be put out of the congregation.

John 9:34 They answered and said to him (blind man healed), “You were completely born in sins – and are you teaching us?” And they cast him out.

Once excommunicated the person would lose his tribal inheritance. Later the tribes were dispersed to the ends of the earth when the Romans attacked Yerushalayim.

And they lost all their tribal inheritance and eventually over a period of time they all lost their ethnicity.

Yahusha had told that His kingdom is not of this world. And he promises inheritance in New Yerushalayim from above.

Luk 22:29 “And I covenant for you, as My Father covenanted for Me, a reign,
Luk 22:30 to eat and drink at My table, in My reign, and to sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Yisra’ฤ›l.”

Jhn 18:35 Pilate answered, “Am I a Yehuแธi? Your own nation and the chief priests have delivered You to me. What did You do?”
Jhn 18:36  ื™ื”ื•ืฉืข answered, “My reign is not of this world. If My reign were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Yehuแธim. But now My reign is not from here.”

Rev 3:12 “He who overcomes, I shall make him a supporting post in the Dwelling Place of My Elohim, and he shall by no means go out. And I shall write on him the Name of My Elohim and the name of the city of My Elohim, the new Yerushalayim, which comes down out of the heaven from My Elohim, and My new Name.
Rev 3:13 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.” ’

Hence, He is the kinsman redeemer who gives His people back their ethnicity which was lost, an inheritance in Him forever and not like a temporary dwelling in Kenaan which Moshe the man of Elohim warned Yasharal that they won’t be long in the land Elohim gives them but will be dispersed.

Deu 4:26 “I shall call the heavens and earth to witness against you on that day, that you soon completely perish from the land which you pass over the Yardฤ›n to possess – you do not prolong your days in it but are completely destroyed.
Deu 4:27 “And ื™ื”ื•ื” shall scatter you among the peoples, and you shall be left few in number among the nations where ื™ื”ื•ื” drives you.
Deu 4:28 “And there you shall serve mighty ones, the work of men’s hands, wood and stone, which neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell
Dry 4:29 “But from there you shall seek ื™ื”ื•ื” your Elohim, and shall find, when you search for Him with all your heart and with all your being.

Yasharal was bound to the physical Torah of the land to the literal command of the Torah of the dead brother pointing to the fulfilment in Yahusha ha Mashiyach.

Even before written Torah came, we see Yahudah taking a Kenaanite woman ‘Shuwa’ which was forbidden to take (foreign wives forbidden) and she bore him ER who was wicked and Yahuah killed him. Yahuah asked Onan his brother to take Tamar his wife to raise seed for his brother, but he too was wicked as he spilled his seed on the ground and Yahuah killed him too. Yahudah told Tamar his daughter in law to wait until Shelah his son grows and later forgets to give her to him, and she conceals her identity and Yahudah mistaken her for a whore and went into her and raises a seed for himself without knowing it. You may read the entire account in Genesis 38. The seed raised couldn't be of ER as the Torah required the living brother to take his dead brother's wife to raise a seed for her and Shelah was the potential candidate to do this which Yahudah failed in giving him to Tamar.

Tamar bore Perets and Zerah to Yahudah as a direct seed and Yahusha ha Mashiyach came through the lineage from Perets and not through Shelah as Er, Onan and Shelah were born through Shuwa the Kenanite woman. We can see example of Esau who also took foreign wives which became a snare to Yitshaq and Rebecca.

Rut 4:12 “And let your house be like the house of Perets, whom Tamar bore to Yehuแธah, of the seed which ื™ื”ื•ื” does give you from this young woman.”

It clearly says that Tamar bore Yahudah Perets and not to Er.

Mat 1:2  Aแธ‡raham brought forth Yitsแธฅaq, and Yitsแธฅaq brought forth Ya‛aqoแธ‡, and Ya‛aqoแธ‡ brought forth Yehuแธah and his brothers.
Mat 1:3 And Yehuแธah brought forth Perets and Zeraแธฅ by Tamar, and Perets brought forth แธคetsron, and แธคetsron brought forth Ram.
Mat 1:4 And Ram brought forth Amminaแธaแธ‡, and Amminaแธaแธ‡ brought forth Naแธฅshon, and Naแธฅshon brought forth Salmon.
Mat 1:5 And Salmon brought forth Bo‛az by Raแธฅaแธ‡, and Bo‛az brought forth Oแธ‡ฤ›แธ by Ruth, and Oแธ‡ฤ›แธ brought forth Yishai.

Matthew record’s Mashiyach coming through lineage of Perets. Why would he not come through Shelah if he was not of a foreign woman?

1Ch 4:21 The sons of Shฤ›lah the son of Yehuแธah: ฤšr the father of Lฤ›แธตah, and La‛dah the father of Marฤ›shah, and the clans of the house of the linen workers of the house of Ashbฤ›a;
1Ch 4:22 and Yoqim, and the men of Kozฤ›แธ‡a, and Yo’ash, and Saraph who ruled in Mo’aแธ‡, and Yashuแธ‡i-Leแธฅem. But the records were ancient.
1Ch 4:23 These were the potters and those who dwell at Neta‛im and Geแธฤ›rah; there they dwelt with the sovereign for his work.

Hence, we see the Torah of the dead brother was related to the land as it pointed to the Goel (kinsman redeemer) to have mercy in redemption of the widow who was childless along with her dead husband’s inheritance and it all depended on the kinsman redeemer to redeem or refuse to redeem his right just as we see Naomi had a closer relative who refused to redeem Ruth and then Boaz stepped in to redeem her.

Rut 3:12 “And now, it is true that I am your redeemer. However, there is a redeemer nearer than I.
Rut 3:13 “Stop over tonight, and in the morning, it shall be that if he does redeem you, good – let him do it. But if he is not pleased to redeem you, then I shall redeem you, as ื™ื”ื•ื” lives! Lie down until morning.”

Rut 4:3 He then said to the redeemer, “Na‛omi, who has come back from the fields of Mo’aแธ‡, sold the piece of land which belonged to our brother Elimeleแธต.
Rut 4:4 “And I thought that I should disclose it to you, saying, ‘Buy it back in the presence of the inhabitants and the elders of my people. If you do redeem it, redeem it. But if you do not redeem it, inform me, so that I know. For there is no one but you to redeem it, and I am next after you.’ ” And he said, “I redeem it.”
Rut 4:5 And Bo‛az said, “On the day you buy the field from the hand of Na‛omi, you shall also acquire Ruth the Mo’aแธ‡itess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead on his inheritance.”
Rut 4:6 And the redeemer said, “I am not able to redeem it for myself, lest I ruin my own inheritance. Redeem my right of redemption for yourself, for I am not able to redeem it.”

Hence, the law saw a fulfilment in Yahusha Himself as Yasharal was tied to the physical law and were not able to be found in Yahuah to kinsman redeem them as Yahuah was not their brother until He came through the same womb and hence when Yahuah brought them to Kenaan, He told them they won’t be in Kenan for long and that He would scatter them to the ends of the earth because they couldn’t be redeemed by the physical law related to their carnal fleshly inheritance as that was never the intent of the law of the dead brother given.

1Tim2:15 But she shall be saved in child bearing  if they continue in faith and in love and in sanctification with propriety.

Rev12:2 and she being with child cried out in birth pangs, and in agony of giving birth.

Rev12:3 And another sign was seen in the heavens, and behold, a great red dragon with fire having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads were seven diadems

Rev12:4 And his tail dragged a third of the stars of the heavens and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her child.

Rev12:5 And she (Covenant Yasharal) brought forth a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron. And her child was caught up to the Elohim and to His throne

Few of His remnant as Abraham understood the spiritual inheritance in Yahusha as he saw His day and rejoiced.

Heb 11:8 By belief, Aแธ‡raham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he was about to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
Heb 11:9 By belief, he sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsแธฅaq and Ya‛aqoแธ‡, the heirs with him of the same promise,
Heb 11:10 for he was looking for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.

Heb 2:11 For both He who sets apart and those who are being set apart are all of One, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers,
Heb 2:12 saying, “I shall announce Your Name to My brother's, in the midst of the congregation I shall sing praise to You.”

Yahuah’s true intent of giving the Torah of the dead brother was that His people be found in His transitioned form in the New Creation related to New Yerushalayim, being related to Him as His brothers so that He could become their Yahuah Goel (Yahuah the kinsman redeemer). Our name and inheritance would remain alive in Him reserved to be revealed in the last time.

Php 3:9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through belief in Messiah, the righteousness, which is from Elohim on the basis of belief,
Php 3:10 to know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,

Hence, we see the New Testament coming with discernment of whom to consider as widow.

1Ti 5:3 Respect widows who are truly widows.
1Ti 5:4 But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them first learn to treat their own house reverently, and to repay their parents. For this is good and acceptable before Elohim.
1Ti 5:5 And she who is truly a widow, and left alone, trusts in Elohim and continues in petitions and prayers night and day.
1Ti 5:6 But she who is living in luxury is dead while she lives.
1Ti 5:7 And command these matters, in order for them to be blameless.
1Ti 5:8 And if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the belief and is worse than an unbeliever.
1Ti 5:9 Do not enrol a widow unless she is over sixty years of age, having been the wife of one man,
1Ti 5:10 well reported for good works, if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the feet of the set-apart ones, if she has assisted the afflicted, if she has closely followed every good work.
1Ti 5:11 But refuse the younger widows, for when they become headstrong against the Messiah, they desire to marry,
1Ti 5:12 having guilt because they set aside their first belief.
1Ti 5:13 Moreover, they learn to be idle, going about from house to house, and not only idle but also gossips and busybodies, speaking what is improper.
1Ti 5:14 So I resolve that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, giving no occasion to the adversary for reviling.
1Ti 5:15 For already some have turned aside after Satan.
1Ti 5:16 If any believing man or woman has widows, let such assist them, and do not let the assembly be burdened, in order to assist those who are truly widows.

The younger widows were to be refused to be considered as widows and the assembly was not to be burdened but the believing man or woman having widows at home were to assist those who are truly widows and were encouraged that they be married off, bear children and manage the house. Shaul the emissary also set a cut of age to consider a widow i.e.. 60 years and above and that too she should have been the wife of one man.
Shaul was aware of the situation that happened when the assembly was found, all widows were being treated as widows and taken care of by the assembly and there were complaints about the daily distribution to them.

Act 6:1 And in those days, when the taught ones were increasing, there arose a grumbling against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were overlooked in the daily serving.

Hence, he brings order to discern who the true widows actually are vs the widows who live in sin and not worthy of being called a widow and moreover, it was perfectly understood by the assembly that the transitioning believers from being a Yahudite tied to the physical land and a carnal inheritance had a fulfilment in Yahusha ha Mashiyach as the true Yahuah Goel and hence, the additional information on how to consider widows.

We have Yahusha telling the Yahudite as to whom EliYahu was sent to when the heavens were shut for three years and six months.

Luk 4:25 “But truly I say to you, many widows were in Yisra’ฤ›l in the days of ฤšliyahu, when the heaven was shut up for three years and six months, and there was a great scarcity of food in all the land,
Luk 4:26 and ฤšliyahu was sent to none of them, but to Tsarephath of Tsiแธon, to a woman, a widow.

Firstly, we must understand who EliYahu was and what was his prophetic role.

1Ki 17:1   And ฤšliyahu the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gil‛aแธ, said to Aแธฅaแธ‡, “As ื™ื”ื•ื” Elohim of Yisra’ฤ›l lives, before whom I stand, there shall be no dew or rain these years, except at my word.”

EliYahu was a Tishbite of the inhabitants of Gilead and was part of the tribe of Menashsheh, the first-born son of Yoseph whose first born berekah was given to his younger brother Ephrayim. Hence, the elder was to make way for the younger as the promise of the Shepherd of Yasharal was from Ephrayim which we saw in the book of Ruth as how the dead man Machlon the Ephrathite’s name was kept alive in Yasharal and David was both an Ephrathite as well as a Yahudite.

Num 26:28 Sons of Yosฤ›ph according to their clans, by Menashsheh and Ephrayim:
Num 26:29 Sons of Menashsheh: of Maแธตir, the clan of the Maแธตirites. And Maแธตir brought forth Gil‛aแธ; of Gil‛aแธ, the clan of the Gil‛aแธites.
Num 26:30 These are sons of Gil‛aแธ: of Iyezer, the clan of the Iyezerites; of แธคฤ›leq, the clan of the แธคฤ›leqites;
Num 26:31 of Asri’ฤ›l, the clan of the Asri’ฤ›lites; of Sheแธตem, the clan of the Sheแธตemites;

We don’t have time to look in detail, but we see Abraham was not the firstborn of his father Terah, Esau’s birthright was given to Yaaqob the younger, Menashsheh’s birthright given to Ephrayim, Reuben’s birthright given to Yoseph.

1Ch 5:1   As for the sons of Re’uแธ‡ฤ›n the first-born of Yisra’ฤ›l – he was the first-born, but because he profaned his father’s bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Yosฤ›ph, son of Yisra’ฤ›l, so that the genealogy is not listed according to the birthright,
1Ch 5:2 for Yehuแธah prevailed over his brothers, and from him came a ruler, although the birthright was Yosฤ›ph’s

The firstborn birthright spoke of Yahuah in His transition becoming the elder brother of His people in the person of Yahusha who would pass on the firstborn berekah to His remnant.

Mal 4:5 “See, I am sending you ฤšliyah the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of ื™ื”ื•ื”.
Mal 4:6 “And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with utter destruction.

Many traditionalists teach that EliYahu will come before the great day of Yahuah and is one of the two witnesses of Revelation 11 which is false, and I have touched based this in my note Did Elijah and Enoch ascend into heaven.

Malachi 4:5-6 is a prophecy of Yahuchanan the immerser who came in the Ruach of EliYahu to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to the fathers.

Luk 1:13 But the messenger said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zeแธตaryah, for your prayer is heard. And your wife Elisheแธ‡a shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Yoแธฅanan.
Luk 1:14 “And you shall have joy and gladness, and many shall rejoice at his birth.
Luk 1:15 “For he shall be great before ื™ื”ื•ื”, and shall drink no wine and strong drink at all. And he shall be filled with the Set-apart Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.
Luk 1:16 “And he shall turn many of the children of Yisra’ฤ›l to ื™ื”ื•ื” their Elohim.
Luk 1:17 “And he shall go before Him in the spirit and power of ฤšliyahu, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’

Yahuchanan was son of ZakarYah who was from the Tsadok lineage, but he was not part of the temple priesthood and served Yahuah by preparing His way outside the temple in turning the hearts of the people towards Yahusha who is our Yahuah.

Mrk 9:11 And they asked Him, saying, “Why do the scribes say that ฤšliyahu has to come first?”
Mrk 9:12 And He said to them, "ฤšliyahu indeed, having come first, restores all matters. And how has it been written concerning the Son of Aแธam, that He is to suffer much and be despised?
Mrk 9:13 “But I say to you that even ฤšliyahu has come, and they did to him whatever they wished, as it has been written of him.”

Similarly, EliYahu stood against the Omri dynasty in serving Yahuah outside of the temple worship which was corrupted and filled with Baal worship.

Jas 5:17  ฤšliyahu was a man with feelings like us, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain. And it did not rain on the land for three years and six months.
Jas 5:18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the land brought forth its fruit.

Heavens shut for 3 years and six months typology:

Gentiles trampling the outer court (Rev 11) for 42 months. 42/12 =3.5 years

Woman was given place in the wilderness away from the Serpent for 1260 days. 1260/360 (lunar year) = 3.5 years

Time, times and dividing of time (Rev 12).
Time (360), Times (360 x 2 =720) and dividing of time (360/2 =180)

360 + 720 + 180 =1,260 days.

EliYahu shutting heaven for 3 years and 6 months which is equivalent to 3.5 years, it was a typology of the Woman who fled into the wilderness prophecy before the coming of the Great Day of Yahuah fulfilled in Yahuchanan coming in the Ruach and power of EliYahu and him being a Levite in the Tdadok priesthood, serving Yahuah and preparing His way outside the temple worship shows us that the corruption of the Corporate worship was prominent in his days when the chief priests, Pharisees and Saducees were ruling just as EliYahu withstood the Omri dynasty when Ahab and Ysezebel were ruling.

Yahusha says EliYahu was sent to a widow during these 3.5 years of heaven shutting up while there were many widows in Yasharal during his time. This widow was from Tsarepath (a place of dispersed exiles who had returned back) and she was already having a son (and not a widow to be accounted for Torah of the dead brother). This shows this widow was right in Yahuah’s eyes and was walking as a true widow having washed the Set Apart people's feet (as she gave her last meal which was for her and her son to EliYahu).

1Ki 17:8 Then the word of ื™ื”ื•ื” came to him, saying,
1Ki 17:9 “Rise up, go to Tsarephath, which belongs to Tsiแธon, and dwell there. See, I have commanded a widow there to sustain you.”
1Ki 17:10 And he rose up and went to Tsarephath, and came to the gate of the city and saw a widow there gathering sticks. And he called and said to her, “Please bring me a little water in a vessel to drink.”
1Ki 17:11 And as she was going to get it, he called and said to her, “Please bring me a piece of bread in your hand.”
1Ki 17:12 And she said, “As ื™ื”ื•ื” your Elohim lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar. And see, I am gathering a couple of sticks and shall go in and prepare it for myself and my son, and we shall eat it, and die.”
1Ki 17:13 And ฤšliyah said to her, “Do not fear, go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me. And afterward make some for yourself and your son.
1Ki 17:14 “For thus said ื™ื”ื•ื” Elohim of Yisra’ฤ›l, ‘The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor the jar of oil run dry, until the day ื™ื”ื•ื” sends rain on the earth.’”
1Ki 17:15 So she went and did according to the word of ฤšliyahu, and she and he and her household ate for many days.
1Ki 17:16 The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of ื™ื”ื•ื” which He spoke by ฤšliyahu.

Speaking of the widow who lives in luxury or sin we see the typology to her being part of Mystery Babylon as written

Rev 18:7 “As much as she esteemed herself and lived riotously, so much torture and grief give to her, because in her heart she says, ‘I sit as queen, and I am not a widow, and I do not see mourning at all.’

Yahusha fulfilled the sanctification of His people in getting the rebellious children who were sent out with a certificate of divorce by Yahuah as they went after many lovers and the Torah clearly stated that the woman who is put away with a certificate of divorce couldn’t return to her first husband. The woman in the land couldn’t relate to Yahuah to be found in Him and hence, he drove them away from His face and scattered them to the ends of the earth and transitioned into coming in a human body to sanctify and restore her to the intended image of being his bride but not before bringing them into a realization that they are widows as the bridegroom is taken away from them in His death and they weep and mourn for Him in their widowhood garments to be found in Him in remarrying Him who was raised from the dead in transitioning them in Himself so that they be found in Him.

Jer 3:8 “And I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Yisra’ฤ›l had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Yehuแธah did not fear but went and committed whoring too.

Deu 24:1 “When a man takes a wife and shall marry her, then it shall be, if she finds no favour in his eyes because he has found a matter of uncoveredness in her, and he shall write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand, and send her out of his house,
Deu 24:2 and if she left his house and went and became another man’s wife,
Deu 24:3 and the latter husband shall hate her and write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand, and send her out of his house, or when the latter husband dies who took her to be his wife,
Deu 24:4 then her former husband who sent her away is not allowed to take her back to be his wife after she has been defiled, for that would be an abomination before ื™ื”ื•ื”. And do not bring sin on the land which ื™ื”ื•ื” your Elohim is giving you as an inheritance.

Rom 7:2 For the married woman has been bound by Torah to the living husband, but if the husband dies, she is released from the Torah concerning her husband.
Rom 7:3 So then, while her husband lives, she shall be called an adulteress if she becomes another man’s. But if her husband dies, she is free from that part of the Torah, so that she is not an adulteress, having become another man’s.
Rom 7:4 So my brothers, you also were put to death to the Torah through the body of Messiah, for you to become another’s, the One who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to Elohim.

This transition of Himself and His people in Him was the intention of Yahuah to bring His people into being partakers of His Divine nature to an inheritance which is Spiritual Yerushalayim from above.

1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Master ื™ื”ื•ืฉืข Messiah, who according to His great compassion has caused us to be born again to a living expectation through the resurrection of ื™ื”ื•ืฉืข Messiah from the dead,
1Pe 1:4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and unfading, having been kept in the heavens for you,
1Pe 1:5 who are protected by the power of Elohim through belief, for a deliverance ready to be revealed in the last time,

The Torah of the Dead brother to keep His name and inheritance alive in Yasharal by marrying the widow was fulfilled by Yahusha Himself and the Dead brother who transitioned to give His name now as  Yahusha which means ‘Yahuah is Salvation/Deliverance’ and is a memorial name and name above every name for all eternity. One can’t find Yahuah beyond Yahusha.
