Hos
2:16 “And
it shall be, in that day,” declares יהוה,
“that you call Me ‘My Husband,’ /ishi H376 and no longer call Me
‘My Ba‛al.’ /baali H1180
In scripture there are 2 words related to being a husband
and one is ish/ishi and the other baal/baali. While the word ‘baal’ means
‘lord/master’, ‘ish (aysh) means ‘man/husband’
With this perspective we now look at the question were Qayin
and Habal the first children of Adam and Chauah?
While the scriptures are silent on the other children of
Adam and Chahuah, we still have a question in hand as to how did Qayin marry
and whom did he marry if there were just Adam, Chauah, Qayin and Habal existent
at that time?
Gen 4:16 So Qayin went out from the presence of יהוה and dwelt in the land of Noḏ on the east of Ěḏen.
Gen 4:17 And Qayin knew his alaph tau wife, and she conceived and bore Ḥanoḵ. And he built a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son, Ḥanoḵ.
Gen 4:1 And Aḏam knew Ḥawwah his wife, and she
conceived and bore alaph tau Qayin,
and said, “I have gained a man/ish H376, alaph tau יהוה.”
Gen 4:2 And again, she gave birth to his brother Heḇel.
And Heḇel became a keeper of sheep, but Qayin became a tiller of the ground.
The word ‘ish’ is spelled as ‘alaph yod shan’ and has the
root word ‘ash’ which means ‘fire’. The word ‘ish’ used for husband/man and the
word ‘ashah’ (alaph shan ha) is used for wife. Both the words have ‘ash’ H784
fire in them. Hence, when Chauah said “ I have gained an ish alaph tau
Yahuah”, she meant that Qayin was acquired as a ‘man / husband’
representation in the priestly Malchitsedek family. There is no ‘from’ as
translators would add by rephrasing the verse as “ I have gained an ish/man from
Yahuah”,
Gen 4:3 And it came to be,
in the end/Qats H7093 of days/yom H3117, that Qayin brought an offering
of the fruit of the ground to יהוה.
The end of days reference
is made to the end of a yobel in a ‘Shemitah’ i.e. 7 years cycle x 7 years + 1 (there were years shemitah cycle in a jubilee/yobel), as we see later when
mankind is to be destroyed Yahuah in Himself reveals His counsel that the span
of mankind would be 120 years
Gen 6:3 And יהוה said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man
forever in his going astray. He is flesh, and his days shall be one hundred
and twenty years.”
The 120 years is not a
literal life span of a man as there were many including Abraham who outlived
120 years post the flood. The 120 years is the yobel/jubilee i.e. 50 x 120 =
6000 years
The yobel is broken down
into 7 cycles of 7 years of shemitah i.e.
7 x 7 + 1 =50 years
Kepha tells us one day with
Yahuah is as 1000 years and 1000 years as one day. Hence, when the mankind span
hits 6000th year the next year would be day of Yahuah ushering in
the 7000 years of rest.
2Pe 3:8 But, beloved ones,
let not this one matter be hidden from you: that with יהוה one day
is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
We are given two scriptural evidences that Adam was to till the ground but we must not miss that Gen 4:1 passage has the mark alaph tau before Qayin but the marker was removed from him and another marker placed which we will see a bit later
Gen 2:5 Now no shrub of the field was yet on the earth, and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for יהוה Elohim had not sent rain on the earth, and there was no man to till/abad H5647 alaph tau the ground/adamah H127,
Gen 3:23 so יהוה Elohim sent him out of the garden of Ěḏen to till/ abad H5647 (servant/bondman) alaph tau the ground from which he was taken,
And we are told Qayin was a tiller of the ground
Gen 4:2 And again, she gave birth to his brother alaph tau Heḇel. And Heḇel became a keeper of sheep, but Qayin became a tiller/abad H5647 ground/adamah H127.
Hence, he followed in the office of his father Adam for which Adam was to do ie. Till the ground
In this sense as well Qayin was the ish acquired Yahuah. The servanthood would begin from the dust Adam was made from, hence, the name for ground was adamah which is a feminine passive for Adam. For out of it he was taken to tend and bring forth fruit and Qayin was a type who was acquired ish alaph tau Yahuah for it was Yahusha who tends the garden and keeps it. He gives the right to eat from the tree of life which is in the midst of the garden of Eden.
Scripture throws light only on covenanted people of Yahuah and those who missed it. Some examples Qayin & Habal, Yishmael & Yitshaq, Ephraim & Menasheh. In this account Habal was killed by Qayin and hence, Qayin lost it and it went to Seth. The berekah went down to the younger brother.Yahusha is the firstborn and we are younger, His firstborn blessing given to us while He loses it deliberately coz of His love And actually He loses it to attain His divine position back.
Now let’s look at the Yahusaph account who was given a double portion inheritance and his life shadows the suffering of Mashiyach:
Banyamin was the youngest son from Rachel and younger brother of Yahusaph,Yahusaph gives him Five changes of garments once revealed to his brothers.
Gen 45:22 He gave to all of them, to each man, changes of garments, but to Binyamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver and five changes of garments.
Five changes of garments shows the completeness of Turah where number 5 refers to the 5 Torah books. What about the three hundred pieces of silver?
Yahusaph was sold into slavery by his 10 brothers to the Midyanites who in turn sold him to the Yishmaelites who are non Yahudim for 20 pieces of silver, a value lesser than a slave.
Gen 37:28 And men, Miḏyanite traders passed by, so they pulled Yosĕph up and lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Yishmaʽĕlites for twenty pieces of silver. And they took Yosĕph to Mitsrayim.
Torah which came later listed the price of a male or female servant i.e. 30 pieces of silver. The same price Yahusha was valued at as prophesied
Exo 21:32 “If the ox gores a male or female servant, he is to give to their master thirty sheqels of silver, and the ox is stoned.
Zec 11:12 And I said to them, “If it is good in your eyes, give me my wages. And if not, refrain.” So they weighed out for my wages thirty pieces of silver.
Mat 27:3 Then Yehuḏah – he who delivered Him up – having seen that He had been condemned, repented, returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and to the elders,
Mat 27:4 saying, “I have sinned in delivering up innocent blood.” And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!”
Mat 27:5 And throwing down the pieces of silver in the Dwelling Place he left, and went and hanged himself.
Mat 27:6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces and said, “It is not right to put them into the treasury, seeing they are the price of blood.”
Mat 27:7 So they took counsel and bought with them the potter’s field, for the burial of strangers.
Mat 27:8 Therefore that field has been called the Field of Blood, until today.
Mat 27:9 Then was filled what was spoken by Yirmeyahu the prophet, saying, “And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of Him who was pierced, on whom they of the children of Yisra’ĕl set a price,
Mat 27:10 and gave them for the potter’s field, as יהוה had ordered me.”
Coming back to Yahusaph being sold
If the value of a slave is 30 shekels of silver as seen that if an ox gores a slave, the owner has to give the master of the slave 30 pieces of silver. No Hebrew was to ever be sold as a slave to a non Yahudite. The Talmud states the penalty for selling a Hebrew slave to a non-Yahudite is ten times the sale price, what is the total penalty? 30 x 10 brothers as in the case of Yahusaph representing the 10 tribes of Yasharal = 300 shekels of silver. It was considered a great evil to sell a Hebrew as a slave for the Torah commanded not to treat a Hebrew as a slave but a hired servant and every 7 years or at yobel/jubilee he went out free unless he chose to stay with his master. You may read these laws in Exo 21 and Lev 25.
Banyaman was not involved in the selling of his brother, hence the price a slave is valued at x 10 times restoration was made to the son of the right hand, that's what the name Banyaman means. He was even given 5 changes of garments, the completeness of Torah. Now why Banyaman was given this and not the other 10 brothers?
A little rewind to the account shows that Yahusaph called his brothers spies and his brothers replied to him as stated in Gen 42:13
Gen 42:13 And they said, “Your servants are twelve brothers, the sons of one man in the land of Kenaʽan. And see, the youngest is with our father today, and one is no more.”
Yahusaph pretended harshness on his brothers and asked them to bring their youngest brother Banyaman to him and put them 3 days in prison. Then they kept Shimon as a guarantee until they would return with Banyaman
Gen 42:16 “Send one of you, and let him bring your brother, while you are kept in prison. So let your words be proven to see whether there is any truth in you, or else, by the life of Pharaoh, you are spies!”
Gen 42:17 And he put them all together in prison for three days.
Gen 42:18 Now Yosĕph said to them the third day, “Do this and live, for I fear Elohim:
Gen 42:19 “If you are trustworthy, let one of your brothers be confined to your prison house, and you, go, bring grain for the scarcity of food of your houses.
Gen 42:20 “And bring your youngest brother to me, and let your words be confirmed, and you do not die.” And so they did.
Gen 42:24 And he turned himself away from them and wept, but came back to them and spoke to them. And he took Shimʽon from them and bound him before their eyes.
Gen 42:36 And Yaʽaqoḇ their father said to them, “You have bereaved me – Yosĕph is no more, and Shimʽon is no more, and you would take Binyamin! All this is against me.”
When the brothers returned with Banyaman, Yahusaph had his cup put in Banyaman's sack and when they were arrested and brought back to him, Yahusaph told them "The man in whose hand the cup was found, he becomes my slave"
Gen 44:17 But he said, “Far be it from me to do this. The man in whose hand the cup was found, he becomes my slave. And you, go up in peace to your father.”
And when Yahusaph couldn't restrain himself from his brothers, he made a full restoration of 300 pieces of silver and 5 changes of garments for his word to keep his brother as slave.
Similarly, the 10 tribes who are the lost sheep of the house of Yasharal, for which Yahusha came to seek and save, impaled Him on the stake. The Gentiles spoken of are from the 10 tribes of the house of Yasharal.
Act 4:26 ‘The sovereigns of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against יהוה and against His Messiah.
Act 4:27 “For truly, in this city there were gathered together against Your set-apart Servant יהושע, whom You anointed, both Herodes and Pontius Pilate, with the gentiles and the people of Yisra’ĕl
The restoration for selling Yahusha would also be 10 times as he was valued at 30 pieces of silver and the basarah is hidden in the Yahusaph's account with his brothers.
Jer 30:11 ‘For I am with you,’ declares יהוה, ‘to save you. Though I make a complete end of all gentiles1 where I have scattered you, yet I do not make a complete end of you. But I shall reprove you in judgment, and by no means leave you unpunished.’
Mariyam took a costly perfume of nard, anointed the feet of יהושע, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. When Yahudah from Qerioth who was to sell Yahusha for 30 pieces of silver along with others in the house of Shimon valued the perfume at 300 pieces of silver, Yahusha told them to leave her alone and said she has done this anoint My body for the burial.
Mar 14:3 And while He was in Bĕyth Anyah in the house of Shimʽon the leper, and sitting at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of perfume, genuine nard, very costly. And breaking the flask she poured it on His head.
Mar 14:4 But there were some who were much displeased among themselves, and said, “Why was this perfume wasted?
Mar 14:5 “For it could have been sold for more than three hundred pieces of silver and given to the poor.” And they were scolding her.
Mar 14:6 But יהושע said, “Leave her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for Me.
Mar 14:7 “For you have the poor with you always, and you are able do good to them, whenever you wish. But you do not always have Me.
Mar 14:8 “What she had, she used. She took it beforehand to anoint My body for the burial.
Mar 14:9 “Truly, I say to you, wherever this Good News is proclaimed in all the world, what this woman did shall also be spoken of, to her remembrance.”
Joh 12:3 Then Miryam took a pound of costly perfume of nard, anointed the feet of יהושע, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
Joh 12:4 Then one of His taught ones, Yehuḏah from Qerioth, son of Shimʽon, who was about to deliver Him up, said,
Joh 12:5 “Why was this perfume not sold for three hundred pieces of silver and given to the poor?”
Joh 12:6 And he said this, not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and he used to take what was put in it.
This basharah when preached in all the world will be preached to her rememberance/zakar. The Hebrew name 'Maryam' means "sea of bitterness" or "sea of sorrow." The lost sheep of the house of Yasharal are in dispersion of nations away from their ethnicity in a pagan land as being in the 'sea of sorrow'. They shall look on Me whom they have pierced and mourn for Him as a yachid/only begotten is the picture.
The Auth mark: H226 sign, token
The auth is spelled (alaph uau tau) is an outward token and his way became the way of Qayin
Jud 1:6 And the messengers which did not guard את eth-their first estate, but left את eth-their own habitation, he has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Jud 1:11 Woe to them! Because they have gone in the way of Qayin, and gave themselves to the delusion of Bilʽam for a reward, and perished in the rebellion of Qoraḥ.
Qayin left his first estate from being a representation of Malchitsedek priesthood “ I have gained an ish alaph tau Yahuah” to a new form of worship. For details as to why his sacrifice was not accepted, you may visit my study on 'The Manchah offering' here:
https://dsouzashodan72.blogspot.com/2017/12/the-manchah-offering.html
We saw in Genesis 4:3 what 'end of days means'
Gen 4:3 And it came to be, in the end/Qats H7093 of days/yom H3117, that Qayin brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to יהוה.
The Hebrew phrase 'way’hiy miqets yamim'
Wa Yahiy is rendered as 'And it came to pass' and is understood better as 'here’s what happened next'
You may look up H1961 hayah where 'yahay' is rooted. Hayah means to exist, that is, be or become, come to pass (always emphatic, and not a mere copula or auxiliary): - beacon, X altogether, be (-come, accomplished, committed, like), break, cause, come (to pass), continue, do, faint, fall, + follow, happen, X have, last, pertain, quit (one-) self, require, X use.
Hiy H1958 means lamentation: - woe.
Wa/Uau means 'And'
yahiy: *'And it came to pass/Let it be* is the Hebrew phrase *'yahiy ‘or wayahiy'
Gen 4:3 And here is what happened next in lamentation/woe, in the end/Qats H7093 of days/yom H3117,
The spiritual picture is amazing, the beginning of the first Shemitah in a yobel had the woe of Adam and Chauah sinning against Yahuah and the end of the days of yobel/jubilee waited another woe i.e. the blood of Habal was going to cry out to Yahuah from the ground. This blood of Habal is compared to the blood of Mashiyach, the blood of Mashiyach speaking better than Habal
Heb 12:24 and to יהושע the Mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling which speaks/dabar better/tub than the blood of Heḇel
While I don't like to quote from any Apocrypha, the book of Jubilees 3:17 states Adam and Chauah sinned in the end of the first Shemitah which cannot be verified in what is in the texts. And it cannot be possible for them to be inside the Garden of Eden and have many children who were outside the garden (remember we see Qayin took a wife and dwelt in Nod) for they had not sinned yet. Hence, the evidence is the first woe/lamentation happened at the beginning of the first Shemitah (at the start of the 7 year cycle) for scripture tells us Yahuah sent Adam out of the garden of Eden to till/abad the ground/adamah from which he was created. This is evidence Adam was not created from the soil of Eden but outside of it.
Gen 3:23 so יהוה Elohim sent him out of the garden of Ěḏen to till the ground from which he was taken,
Also Yahusha is called the firstborn over all creation & firstborn among sons, hence, He was the Alaph and He is also the Tau, First and the Last (rishon akharon) indicating a time frame between which the whole of Adamic race fits including Adam.
Rom 5:14 But death reigned from Aḏam until Mosheh, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Aḏam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
The children of Adam and Chauah before Qayin and Hebel were covenant less and went away from the east of Eden and the first marker of covenant children were 'Qayin and Habal' who were accounted for as worthy to sacrifice to Yahuah. Hence, at the end of days they came to Yahuah to sacrifice.
Remember, the abad/slave or servanthood curse reversal promise was in a yobel/jubilee. Yahuah had cursed the ground for Adam and his race and hence, through sacrifice to Yahuah would the curse be reversed, Yahusha being the ultimate sacrifice in whom the curse of Turah would be completely reversed.
Gen 5:3 And Aḏam lived one hundred and thirty years, and brought forth a son in his own likeness, after his image, and called alaph tau his name Shĕth.
Adam was 130 years when Seth was born to him post Habal was killed, Adam was not a child created and placed in Eden. Hence a good 100+ years would have passed from him having other children and those children having their children who were scattered from the east of Eden, including a yobel/jubliee in his lifespan post which completion Qayin and Habal came with their offering. While scriptures are silent on other covenant less children, scripture throws light only on covenanted people of Yahuah and those who missed it.
Let’s revisit Yahusaph. Speaking of Yahusap, His name means 'He will add' and it was prophesied about him as follows:
Gen 49:22 “Yosĕph is an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree, an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree by a fountain, his branches run over a wall.
Gen 49:23 “And the archers have bitterly grieved him, shot at him and hated him.
Gen 49:24 “But his bow remained in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty One of Yaʽaqoḇ – from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisra’ĕl –
It was also prophesied about Yahudah as follows:
Gen 49:9 “Yehuḏah is a lion’s cub; from the prey you have gone up, my son! He bowed down, he crouched like a lion. And like a lion, who does rouse him?
Gen 49:10 “The scepter shall not turn aside from Yehuḏah, nor a Lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to Him is the obedience of peoples.
Gen 49:11 “Binding his donkey to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his robes in the blood of grapes.
Gen 49:12 “His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk.
It was forbidden in Yasharal for women receiving an inheritance to intermarry between tribes so that the inheritance of the tribes should be within the tribe
Num 36:6 “This is the word which יהוה has commanded, for the daughters of Tselophḥaḏ, saying, ‘Let them marry who is good in their eyes, but let them marry only within the clan of their father’s tribe.’
Num 36:7 “And the inheritance of the children of Yisra’ĕl is not to change hands from tribe to tribe, for every one of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
Num 36:8 “And every daughter possessing an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to be the wife of one of the clan of her father’s tribe, so that the children of Yisra’ĕl possess each the inheritance of his fathers.
Num 36:9 “Thus the inheritance is not to change hands from one tribe to another, but every tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to its own inheritance.”
Num 36:10 As יהוה commanded Mosheh, so did the daughters of Tselophḥaḏ.
Yahuah in His wisdom emptied the Ephrathites Elimelech, Naomi, Machlun and Kilyun from their tribal inheritance and they went into the land of Moab i.e. Hebron where Reubenites dwelt to sojourn. And there Elimelech died and his sons Machlun and Kilyun took them wives and died childless
Rth 1:2 And the name of the man was Elimeleḵ, and the name of his wife was Naʽomi, and the names of his two sons were Macḥlun and Kilyun – Ephrathites of Bĕyth Leḥem, Yehuḏah. And they went to the fields of Mo’aḇ and came to be there.
Num 21:26 for Ḥeshbon was the city of Siḥon the sovereign of the Amorites, who had fought against the former sovereign of Mo’aḇ, and had taken all his land from his hand as far as the Arnon.
Num 32:37 And the children of Re’uḇĕn built Ḥeshbon and Elʽalĕh and Qiryathayim,
Jos 13:15 And Mosheh gave to the tribe of the children of Re’uḇĕn, for their clans:
Jos 13:16 and their border was from Aroʽĕr, which is on the bank of the wadi Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the wadi, and all the plain by Mĕyḏeḇa,
Jos 13:17 Ḥeshbon and all its cities that are in the plain: Diḇon, and Bamoth Baʽal, and Bĕyth Baʽal Meʽon,
Jos 13:18 and Yahtsah, and Qeḏĕmoth, and Mĕphaʽath,
Jos 13:19 and Qiryathayim, and Siḇmah, and Tsereth Shaḥar on the mountain of the valley,
Jos 13:20 and Bĕyth Peʽor, and the slopes of Pisgah, and Bĕyth Yeshimoth;
Jos 13:21 and all the cities of the tableland, and all the reign of Siḥon sovereign of the Amorites, who reigned in Ḥeshbon, whom Mosheh had smitten with the princes of Miḏyan: Ewi, and Reqem, and Tsur, and Ḥur, and Reḇa, princes of Siḥon dwelling in the land.
This place was called 'fields of Moab' and it was in this place that Alaymalak and Naomi turned to, to find their bread. It's interesting to see that they named their children who were already born to them in 'Bayth Lalachm' of 'Ephrath' and naming them negatively is a proof that 'Alaymalak's' hand failed him in the land of his inheritance because of which they had to move to the 'fields of Moab'. There was no one from the tribes of Yasharal on this side of the land to lift this family from poverty. Hence, Ruth was a Moabitess by geographical location but from the tribe of Reuben. She married Machlun and he died childless. She clung to her mother in law Naomi and came back to Yahudah
The name 'Machlun' comes from the root word 'machalay' H4251 and means 'sick/disease'. It also has the root word 'chal' which means 'hole/pain' and 'chalah' H2470 which means 'weak/wounded/sick/infirmity/sore/be sorry'
The name 'Kalyun' H3630 comes from the word 'kalah' H3615 means 'waste/destroy/fail/faint'. 'Kalyun' H3630 is from H3631 which means 'destruction/failing'.
Why would the parents who have positive names 'Alaymalak' which means 'My Alahym is king' and 'Naamay' H5281 which means 'delight/beauty/pleasantness' from H5278 'naam' keep negative names for their sons?
Ruth 1:1 says that there was scarcity of food in the land, KJV and other translations use the word 'raab' H7458 and translate it as famine. They are correct to translate it as 'famine' but the same word 'raab' also means 'hunger'. Ruth 1:1 also begins with 'in the days when the rulers ruled', it is not possible to place the account of Ruth in the days of which judge ruled as a prominent one in Yasharal over the 12 tribes as scriptures are silent on this matter. So should we take the word 'raab' to mean 'famine or scarcity of food' to all of Yasharal in the land or only limited to Alaymalak and his family? If there was such a famine then all the tribes on this side of the Yarden would also cross over to the fields of Moab to sojourn there but again scripture is silent on this.
Hence we must seen the pattern in scripture to determine why the parents would name their sons negatively just as Alaymalak and Naamay did i.e. Machlun which means 'sick/disease' and 'Kalyun' which means 'destruction/failing'
In scripture whenever any pain or evil befell the mother or father in Yasharal would negatively name the child who was born.
The Turah portion says that if the land outside a walled city (village/country side) sold by a brother in poverty can be redeemed by the closest kinsman, or in the year of the Jubilee it will be returned automatically back to him. The Turah portion also says (please see verse 30 of Lev 25) that if the house is in a walled city then it had to be redeemed within a space of a year and if not it would not return to the owner even in the jubilee. So it's evident that this piece of land sold was not in the walled city of Bayth Lacham of Yahudah because Bayth Lacham was only a fortified city (walled city) built by Shelemoh's son Rehaboam and we are speaking of a time two to three generations before king Daud/David.
Lev 25:29 ‘And when a man sells a house in a walled city, then his right of redemption shall be at the end of the year after it is sold. His right of redemption lasts a year.
Lev 25:30 ‘But if it is not redeemed within a complete year, then the house in the walled city shall be established beyond reclaim to the buyer of it, throughout his generations. It is not released in the Jubilee.
Lev 25:31 ‘The houses of villages, however, which have no wall around them are reckoned as the field of the country. A right of redemption belongs to it, and they are released in the Jubilee.
2Ch 11:5 And Reḥaḇʽam dwelt in Yerushalayim, and built cities for a defence in Yehuḏah.
2Ch 11:6 And he built Bĕyth Leḥem, and Ěytam, and Teqowa,
Hence, since Naomi's inheritance which was sold was outside a walled city had a right of redemption which Boaz did, he also redeemed Ruth by marrying her and David was her offspring
Rth 4:18 And this is the genealogy of Perets: Perets brought forth Ḥetsron.
Rth 4:19 And Ḥetsron brought forth Ram, and Ram brought forth Amminaḏaḇ.
Rth 4:20 And Amminaḏaḇ brought forth Naḥshon, and Naḥshon brought forth Salmon.
Rth 4:21 And Salmon brought forth Boʽaz, and Boʽaz brought forth Oḇĕḏ.
Rth 4:22 And Oḇĕḏ brought forth Yishai, and Yishai brought forth Dawiḏ.
Yahuah watched over the Torah of the death of the brother and his younger brother would marry his brothers wife to give her offspring who will be called the son of the dead brother. Obed H5744 means 'serving' comes from the same root word abad H5647 and means 'servant/slave/till' as we saw both Adam and Qayin were tillers of the ground i.e. they were servants of the ground.
Daud was an Ephrathite (Yahusaphs seed) and also Yahudite (Boaz ) seed.
1Sa 17:12 Now Dawiḏ was the son of that Ephrathite of Běyth Leḥem in Yehuḏah, whose name was Yishai, and he had eight sons, and in the days of Sha’ul the man was old among men.
Ephraim son of Yahusaph (Joseph) received the firstborn berekah and hence represents the 10 lost tribes. And he is the prodigal son among pigs coming to his senses and returns to his fathers house. Shatan tried his best to corrupt the lineage through breaking of Torah. But he didn’t know the lineage brought about by Yahuah in His wisdom through the dead brother Torah. And that’s why we see corruption among sons of men as wherever shatan saw covenanted people of Yahuah, he caused them to sin and it fell perfectly in Yahuah’s plan. As He intended the berekah to go to the younger.
This was the significance of the plague of the death of the firstborn. Yasharal is my firstborn, Let my firstborn go said Yahuah to Pharaoh. Out of Mitsrayim I called my Son. Yasharal was Yaaqob, actually the younger. And he wrestled with Yahusha as the Messenger of Yahuah and prevailed. Yahusha allowed him to prevail as he met him as a man , his equal and wrestled.
And when Shatan causes Yasharal to break Turah in intermarrying when they married foreign women and also causing the covenanted or firstborn to sin and lose his birthright, Yahuah changed the mark in the lineage which he placed as alaph tau in His wisdom. He brought forth Obed/serving or tiller of the ground by bringing two sticks together i.e. Ephraim and Yahudah to bring forth a Redeemer in Yasharal to redeem him from slavery, a price He was valued at and He is Yahuah our Yahusha.
Exo 21:32 “If the ox gores a male or female servant, he is to give to their master thirty sheqels of silver, and the ox is stoned.
He is the ox depicted as the 'alaph' who gore the male and female He created, and He came on the other side to be valued at 30 pieces of silver to be killed to redeem the male and female He created who was bound to slavery to the ground. HalaluYah! what a beautiful Savior we have.
Obed was the son called after Machlun meaning sick/disease and by his birth and through his lineage would come the blessed Yahuah ''I have acquired ish alaph tau Yahuah" who would through His one sacrifice redeem Yasharal from slavery and he became our 'Yahuah Goel' (Kinsman Redeemer).
Shelemoh beloved of Yahuah was a son of Uriah through Turah of dead brother. And that’s why we see ZacharYah quotes Nathan as one of Dauds son mouring for the one who was pierced. Shelemoh is not named there
Zec 12:12 “And the land shall mourn, every clan by itself: the clan of the house of Dawiḏ by itself, and their women by themselves; the clan of the house of Nathan by itself, and their women by themselves;

Here is an extract from the study:
1Ch 3:5 And these were born to him in Yerushalayim: Shamah, and Shoḇaḇ, and Nathan, and Shelomoh – four by Bathshua the daughter of Ammi’ĕl.
While we know for sure that Shelemoh was born to David and Bathsheba after the death of the nameless child through their illicit relationship, in the chronological descent to Mashiyach he was placed above his brothers but scripture places him the last and we will see the reason for this. Our focus is on Shelemoh’s descendant Yakonyah who is named as Konayahu in Yermeyahu/Jeremiah 22:28
Mat 1:10 And Ḥizqiyahu brought forth Menashsheh, and Menashsheh brought forth Amon, and Amon brought forth Yoshiyahu.
Mat 1:11 And Yoshiyahu brought forth Yaḵonayah H3204 and his brothers at the time of the exile to Baḇel.
Mat 1:12 And after the exile to Baḇel, Yeḵonayah H3204 brought forth She’alti’ĕl, and She’alti’ĕl brought forth Zerubbaḇel.
Jer 22:28 “Is this man Konayahu H3659 a despised broken pot, or an undesirable vessel? Why are they hurled out, he and his descendants, and cast into a land which they do not know?
Jer 22:29 “O land, land, land! Hear the word of יהוה!
Jer 22:30 “Thus said יהוה, ‘Write this man down as destitute, a strong man who is not to prosper in his days, for none of his descendants shall prosper, sitting on the throne of Dawiḏ, or rule any more in Yahuḏah.’ ”
Yakonyah means ‘Yah will establish’ and Konayahu means ‘Place/Foot/Base of Yahu’. He is named as Konayahu in Jer 22:28
The one who was to be established by Yah would now be placed at the base/place/foot of Yah. In the Matthew’s genealogy in Matt 1:11-12 it says and Yoshiyahu brought forth Yaḵonayah and his brothers at the time of the exile to Baḇel.
Mat 1:12 And after the exile to Baḇel, Yaḵonyah brought forth She’alti’ĕl, and She’alti’ĕl brought forth Zerubbaḇel.
But in Yermeyahu we read Yahuah saying in 22:30 “Thus said יהוה, ‘Write this man down as childless, a strong man who is not to prosper in his days, for none of his descendants shall prosper, sitting on the throne of Dawiḏ, or rule any more in Yahuḏah
So, if this man didn’t have any descendants how can he after the exile bring forth She’alti’ĕl, and She’alti’ĕl brought forth Zerubbaḇel?
Yakonyah the descendant of Shelemoh was cursed and hence his seed could never prosper on David’s throne, while many people take 1Chr 3:17-19 to show these as Yakonyah’s literal sons, yet there are others who say this Shealtiel and Zerubabel were a pair of different entity in both lineages. But no one clearly can show how Yakonyah’s seed could continue until Mashiyach if his seed was cursed. The only answer to this is understanding Neri giving a legal heir to Yakonyah to keep his name alive in Yahudah and that son was Shealtiel. Shealtiel was now the borrowed son to be the successor to the throne of David and the breaker of the curse for he was as per Torah the son of Yakonyah and by descent the son of Neri from Nathan’s lineage. Since, just as his great grandfather David was both an Ephrathite as well as a Yahudite, Shealtiel still remained a Yahudite by descent from Nathan and by Torah through Yakonyah.
Shealtiel H7597 means ‘borrowed/shaal H7592 from AL/H410’. Names mean a lot in Hebrew and his name shows he was the borrowed one from AL (short form for Alahym) to show kindness to the house of David. Shealtiel brought forth Pedayah and Pedayah Zerubbabel (1 Chr 3:17-19)
John3:16 “For the Elohim loved the world with an abundant love, to the extent
that He gave/nathan His only Son so that all who believes in Him shall not perish
but rather live eternal life.”
To summarize the ISH/Husband or MAN alaph tau Yahuah is Yahusha who put a marker on the seed of Adam and when ha shatan chased the potential seed in the Malchitsedek priesthood, Yahuah changed the invisible marker by keeping the intended seed in covenant with Him and through his covenanted seed He would come to be Yahuah Goel, while the forsaken seed who were once marked and sacrificed became the Way of Qayin, leaving their former estate to be cast into chains of darkness
Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Set-apart Spirit,
Heb 6:5 and have tasted the good Word of Elohim and the powers of the age to come,
Heb 6:6 and fall away, to renew them again to repentance – having impaled for themselves the Son of Elohim again, and put Him to open shame
