The virgin birth

I remember watching a video which had many loopholes where the guy was twisting the Matthew & Luke passages by saying after the Ruach came on Miryiam she and Yaaqob had sex while he had not yet taken her to be his wife and when he found out she was pregnant he wanted to put her away secretly being a just man but took her when in the dream was told to take her as wife as it was a divine arrangement from Yahuah, and was talking about Yahudite custom of engagement means marriage etc.  He then jumped to showing Yahusha had to be the physical seed of David or else he cannot be the son of David.

There are many flaws to this kind of teaching

1. Yahuah will never go against His Torah in allowing unmarried couple to have sex and His Son be born of this illicit relationship called fornication which Torah forbids

2. Secondly Matthew's account is crystal clear, before they came together she was found with child of the Ruach HaQodesh

Mat 1:18 Now the birth of YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH was on this wise: When as his mother Miryam was espoused to Yoceph, before they came together, she was found with child of the RUACH HA’QODESH.
Mat 1:19 Then Yoceph her man, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
Mat 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of YAHUAH appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Yoceph, son of David, fear not to take unto you את eth Miryam your woman: for that which is conceived in her is of the RUACH HA’QODESH.

3. If Yoseph had sex with her, he would never think of putting her away. He was a just man by not making her a public example for stoning as per Torah and thought of putting her away privily

4. Yahuah sent His malak in his dream not to fear to take her as wife as that which is conceived in her is of the Ruach HaQodesh

The man in the video was saying Yahuah cannot be unjust to give Miryiam a child and Yoseph should bear the reproach of not being the child's father. What he or the group fails to understand that Yahuah uses His people who are open for His perfect will to be done. Please see what Miryiam said

Luk 1:38 And Miryam said, Behold the handmaid/shipchah of YAHUAH; be it unto me according to your word. And the angel departed from her.

shipchah H8198 is rooted in the word mispachah which means family. Remember, Leah's and Rachel's handmaids/shipchah's gave 4 sons to be sons of Yaaqob with a tribal inheritance

Gen 29:24  And Laḇan gave his female servant Zilpah to his daughter Lĕ’ah as a handmaid/shipchah H8198

Gen 29:29  And Laḇan gave his female servant Bilhah to his daughter Raḥĕl as a handmaid/shipchah H8198

Bilhah gave birth to Dan and Naphtali (Genesis 30:3-8), while another handmaid, Zilpah, gave him Gad and Asher (Genesis 30:9-13)

Matthew is clear in letting us know that Yoseph did not have sex with Miriyam until she gave birth to her Son

Mat 1:24  And Yosĕph, awaking from his sleep, did as the messenger of יהוה commanded him and took his wife,
Mat 1:25  but knew her not until she gave birth to her Son, the first-born. And he called His Name יהושע.

Its right in saying the father would determine the tribe, and Aluahym being the Father of His Son did the determination already

Gen 49:9  “Yehuḏah is a lion’s cub; from the prey you have gone up, my son! He bowed down, he crouched like a lion. And like a lion, who does rouse him?
Gen 49:10  “The sceptre shall not turn aside from Yehuḏah, nor a Lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to Him is the obedience of peoples.

Shiloh is an epithet of Messiah, one who will bring tranquility to His people

Isa 11:1  And a Rod shall come forth from the stump of Yishai, and a Sprout from his roots shall bear fruit.

Rev 22:16  “I, יהושע, have sent My messenger to witness to you these matters in the assemblies. I am the Root and the Offspring of Dawiḏ, the Bright and Morning Star.

Who was David?

1Sa 17:12 Now David was the son of that Ephrathiy of Beyt Lechem Yahudah, whose name was Yishai; and he had eight sons: and the man went among men for an old man in the days of Sha’ul.

How was David an Ephrathite?

Rth 4:18  And this is the genealogy of Perets: Perets brought forth Ḥetsron.
Rth 4:19  And Ḥetsron brought forth Ram, and Ram brought forth Amminaḏaḇ.
Rth 4:20  And Amminaḏaḇ brought forth Naḥshon, and Naḥshon brought forth Salmon.
Rth 4:21  And Salmon brought forth Boʽaz, and Boʽaz brought forth Oḇĕḏ.
Rth 4:22  And Oḇĕḏ brought forth Yishai, and Yishai brought forth Dawiḏ.

Yahuah in His wisdom brought Boaz the Ephrathite &  Yahudite to redeem Ruth who formerly was a Reubenite and married to Machlon who was an Ephrathtie. Machlon died childless and Boaz in redeeming Ruth bore a son whose name was Obed. Here is the genealogy listed unto David.

Boaz was a close relative of Elimelech

Rth 2:1  And Naʽomi had a relative on her husband’s side, a man of great wealth, of the clan of Elimeleḵ, and his name was Boʽaz.

Ephrathites are mentioned twice more in Scripture. The sons of Naomi, Mahlon and Kilion, were “Ephrathites from Bethlehem, Judah” (Ruth 1:2). After Mahlon and Kilion died in Moab, their mother returned to Bethlehem along with Ruth, Mahlon’s widow (verses 6–22). Thus Ruth the Moabitess (by geographical location) became an Ephrathite. Another Ephrathite was Yesse, the father of King David, who was “from Bethlehem in Yahudah”(1 Samuel 17:12). Some translations also list Tsuph, an ancestor of Samuel, as an Ephrathite in 1 Samuel 1:1

Rth 1:1  And it came to be, in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a scarcity of food in the land. And a man from Bĕyth Leḥem, Yehuḏah, went to sojourn in the fields of Mo’aḇ, he and his wife and his two sons.

Num 21:25  And Yisra’ĕl took all these cities, and Yisra’ĕl dwelt in all the cities of the Amorites – in Ḥeshbon and in all its villages,
Num 21:26  for Ḥeshbon was the city of Siḥon the sovereign of the Amorites, who had fought against the former sovereign of Mo’aḇ, and had taken all his land from his hand as far as the Arnon.

Num 32:37  And the children of Re’uḇĕn built Ḥeshbon and Elʽalĕh and Qiryathayim,

Ruth was a Reubenite as Heshbon was the city of Sihon sovereign of the Amorites who had fought with the former king of Moab and taken in possession. When the land allotment came beyond the Yarden, Mosheh gave that land to the Reubenites who rebuilt the city of Heshbon. Hence Elkanah, Naomi and their sons who were Ephrathites went to sojourn in this piece of land, hence, Ruth is called a Mobitess by geographical location and not by descent. If she was from descent a Moabitess, then the Torah says that Moabites and Ammonites are forbidden from entering the sanctuary or inheritance of Yahuah.

Deu 23:3  “An Ammonite or Mo’aḇite does not enter the assembly of יהוה, even a tenth generation of them does not ever enter the assembly of יהוה,

Yahuah put a marker on 2 tribes Yoseph and Yahudah from where the Messiah would spring forth from

Gen 49:22  “Yosĕph is an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree, an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree by a fountain, his branches run over a wall.
Gen 49:23  “And the archers have bitterly grieved him, shot at him and hated him.
Gen 49:24  “But his bow remained in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty One of Yaʽaqoḇ – from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisra’ĕl –

Ephrahyim was Yoseph's younger son who was given the first born berekah/blessing and hence scriptures Interchangeably uses Eprahiym representing the 10 tribes of Yasharal while Yahudah represents the 2 tribes Yahudah and Binyamin. By bringing in Boaz and Ruth together, Yahuah in His wisdom brought forth Ephrayim and Yahudah together from where He Himself would spring forth from.

How did the Lewites settle in Yahudah?

2Ch 11:13  And from all their borders the priests and the Lĕwites who were in all Yisra’ĕl took their stand with him (Rehoboam).
2Ch 11:14  For the Lĕwites left their open lands and their possessions and came to Yehuḏah and Yerushalayim, for Yaroḇʽam and his sons had rejected them from serving as priests unto יהוה,

1Sa 1:1  And there was a certain man of Ramathayim Tsophim, of the mountains of Ephrayim, and his name was Elqanah son of Yeroḥam, son of Elihu, son of Tohu, son of Tsuph, an Ephrayimite.
1Sa 1:2  And he had two wives, the name of one was Ḥannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but Ḥannah had no children.

1Ch 6:66  And some of the clans of the sons of Qehath (Lewites) had cities of their borders from the tribe of Ephrayim.

1 Chr 6:66 is further proof that Qehathites (Elqanah and Samuel were descendants of Qehath) had cities on their borders from the tribe of Ephrayim. The Tanak doesn't mention Bayth Lacham being alloted to which tribe but when we see both the Ephrathites and Yahudites dwelling there and the city being called 'Ephrathites of Bĕyth Leḥem, Yehuḏah', it is an evidence that they shared the city in the allotment or else an Ephrathite couldn't acquire a property in another tribe inheritance as mentioned in Torah.

Num 36:7  “And the inheritance of the children of Yisra’ĕl is not to change hands from tribe to tribe, for every one of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
Num 36:8  “And every daughter possessing an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to be the wife of one of the clan of her father’s tribe, so that the children of Yisra’ĕl possess each the inheritance of his fathers.
Num 36:9  “Thus the inheritance is not to change hands from one tribe to another, but every tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to its own inheritance.”

Samuel's lineage:

1Sa 1:1  And there was a certain man of Ramathayim Tsophim, of the mountains of Ephrayim, and his name was Elqanah son of Yeroḥam, son of Elihu, son of Tohu, son of Tsuph, an Ephrayimite.

Ramathayim is plural of Ramah, a place on the mountains of Ephrayim and Tsophim plural of Tsuph referring to Ramah in which one of its probable prominent head Tsuph an Ephrathite lived after whose name the place was called and he is named as one of the fathers of Elqanah. This Ramah shouldn't be confused with the Ramah in Yahudah where Matthew 2:16-17 shows Herod killing all children from two years and under in Bayth Lacham and all its coasts.

Now in understanding the genealogy of Elqanah in 1 Chr 6:27 Elqanah's immediate father is named as Yeroham son of Eliyab son of Nahath son of Tsuphay/Tsuph son of Elqanah (great grandfather of Elqanah father of Shemuel).

In 1 Chr 6:34 Elqanah's immediate father is named as Yeroham son of Eliel son of Tuach son of Tsuph (who was an Ephrathite as per 1 Sam 1:1) son of Elqanah (great grand father of Shemuel).

1Sa 1:1  And there was a certain man of Ramathayim Tsophim, of the mountains of Ephrayim, and his name was Elqanah son of Yeroḥam, son of Elihu, son of Tohu, son of Tsuph, an Ephrayimite.

1Ch 6:25  And the sons of Elqanah: Amasai and Aḥimoth.
1Ch 6:26  Elqanah – the sons of Elqanah: Tsophai his son, and Naḥath his son,
1Ch 6:27  Eliyaḇ his son, Yeroḥam his son, Elqanah his son.

1Ch 6:33  And these are the ones who stood with their sons: Of the sons of the Qehathites were Hĕman the singer, son of Yo’ĕl, son of Shemu’ĕl,
1Ch 6:34  son of Elqanah, son of Yeroḥam, son of Eli’ĕl, son of Towaḥ,
1Ch 6:35  son of Tsuph, son of Elqanah, son of Maḥath, son of Amasai,
1Ch 6:36  son of Elqanah, son of Yo’ĕl, son of Azaryah, son of Tsephanyah,
1Ch 6:37  son of Taḥath, son of Assir, son of Eḇyasaph, son of Qoraḥ,

According to the Torah of Masha if a man in Yasharal dies childless his brother/closest relative redeems the dead brother's wife and the seed born to her will be called after the dead man so that the dead mans name remains alive in Yasharal.

1Chr 6:26-27 Elqanah---two sons Tsuph/Tsuphay and Nahath

Elqanah---Nahath---Eliyab H446 (1Chr 6:27) or Eliel H447 (1 Chr 6:34) or Elihu H453 (1 Sam 1:1)---Yeroham---Elaqanah---Shemuel

This same person is mentioned with three name variants showing us that he was the seed given to keep the name of the dead man alive in Yasharal

Eliyab means -Al/Alahym is Ahb/Father ---Alahym is Father
Eliel means- Alay/My Alahym is Al/Alahym----My Alahym is Alahym
Elihu means- Alay/My Alahym of him/hu---My Alahym of him

1 Chr 6:34-35 Elqanah---Tsuph---Tuach/Towah-----Eliel/Eliyab/Elihu----Yeroham---Elqanah---Shemuel

It is evident that Elqanah (great grandfather of Elqanah, father of Shemuel) had two sons Nahath and Tsuph from different wives (one a Levite and one an Ephrathite). This can be seen in 1 Chr 6:25-26 the two sets of sons are mentioned separately and not clubbed together i.e. 1) Amasai & Ahimoth 2) Tsuph & Nahath.

The only possibility of Elqanah and his son the prophet Shemuel are called Ephrathite's  if we see Nahath being the son of Elqanah from his Levite wife and Tsuph being the son of Elqanah from his Ephrathite wife.

Nahath would have died childless and Tsuph of the Ephrathite mother would have given his son Tuach to give Nahath's wife a seed Eliyab/Eliel/Elihu who would be called after the dead man Nahath to keep his name as a Levite alive in Yasharal. In this way in Yahuah's description they would be both Levi as well as Ephrathites. Ephrayim was given the greater blessing than his younger brother Menashsheh and if Menashsheh's daughters also received an inheritance with their brothers, the Ephrathite women would have received a double portion as the name Eprath/Ephratah itself means 'ash heap'

3 sons of Qorah's genealogy:

1) Elqanah:

1Chr 6:26-27 Elqanah---two sons Tsuph and Nahath

Nahath---Eliyab/Eliel/Elihu---Yeroham---Elaqanah---Shemuel

1 Chr 6:34-35 Elqanah---Tsuph---Tuach-----Eliyab/Eliel/Elihu----Yeroham---Elqanah---Shemuel

2) Ebyasaph:

Qorah---Ebyasaph---Assir---Tahath---Tsephanyah---Azaryah---Yoel---Elqanah (another Elqanah from Ebyasaph lineage).

3) Assir:

1 Chr 6:24 Qorah---Assir---Taḥath---Uri’ĕl---Uzziyah---Sha’ul his son

Why were Amasai and Ahimoth other sons not considered to give seed to their step brother Nahath's wife?

The name Amasai H6022 means 'burdensome/impose a burden' (from H6006 amas)
The name Ahimoth H287 means 'ach/brother' 'muth/death' i.e. 'brother of death'. His name is also mentioned as 'Mahath' H4287 which means 'erasure' from H4229 'to blot out/abolish/wipe out'

1Ch 6:35  son of Tsuph, son of Elqanah, son of Maḥath H4287, son of Amasai,

Their names itself tells us that they were named by their father Elqanah for an unknown reason to us as a seed of burden and a seed of death/an erasure.
The son of Tsuph, Tuach H8430 means 'humble' and his father's name Tsuph H6689 means 'honey comb as in dripping honey' (from H6688)

This shows us names are very significant in scripture and gives us a clear picture why parents would name their children positively and negatively.

Why would Tsuph not take his brother Nahath's wife to give the dead brother a seed?

If Tsuph would have been the blood brother from the same father and mother to Nahath then he had to obey Torah by taking his brother's wife as his to give her a seed, but it seemed him good to give his son Tuach to redeem her. Notice the Torah portion says 'When brothers live together' indicating under one roof....as of the same parents.

Deu 25:5  “When brothers live together, and one of them has died, and has no son, the widow of the dead man shall not become a stranger’s outside. Her husband’s brother does go in to her, and shall take her as his wife, and perform the duty of a husband’s brother to her.
Deu 25:6  “And it shall be that the first-born son which she bears does rise up for the name of his dead brother, so that his name is not blotted out of Yisra’ĕl.

We can determine this from the genealogy or else it won't make sense. The proof of the text lies in the three variant spelling of the son Eliyab/Eliel/Elihu which shows us he was a borrowed son by right of redemption by the near kinsman. The word 'Nahath (Nachath)' comes from the primitive root word H5181 which means 'to sink, descend,go down'. The same word H5183 means 'quietness/descent/to rest' and his name spiritually shows him resting in the sleep of death where H2844 'khat' means 'crushed; also afraid; abstractly terror: - broken, dismayed, dread, fear'

This is evidence that the prophet Shemuel was both an Ephrathite as well as a Lewite. Hence, his lineage served as priests in the heykal of Yahuah.

Luk 1:5  There was in the days of Herodes, the sovereign of Yehuḏah, a certain priest named Zeḵaryah, of the division of Aḇiyah. And his wife was of the daughters of Aharon, and her name was Elisheḇa.

Luk 1:36 “And see, Elisheḇa your/Miryiam closest relative, she has also conceived a son in her old age. And this is now the sixth month to her who was called barren,

1Ch 5:1  As for the sons of Re’uḇĕn the first-born of Yisra’ĕl – he was the first-born, but because he profaned his father’s bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Yosĕph, son of Yisra’ĕl, so that the genealogy is not listed according to the birthright,
1Ch 5:2  for Yehuḏah prevailed over his brothers, and from him came a ruler, although the birthright was Yosĕph’s –

There was a need that the Messiah be a Prophet, Priest and King and these 3 tribes Ephrayim (Prophet: remember Yoseph his father was interpreter of dreams), Lewite (Priesthood which translated to the Malchitsedeq priesthood) and Yahudah (Lion of Yahudah-Ruler)

Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the priestly regimen.
Heb 7:13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertains to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.
Heb 7:14 For it is evident that our ADONAI sprang out of Yahudah; of which tribe Mosheh spoke nothing concerning priesthood.
Heb 7:15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Malkiy-Tsedeq there arises another priest,
Heb 7:16 Who is made, not after the regimen of the commands of the flesh, but after the power of an endless life.
Heb 7:17 For he testifies, You are a priest forever after the order of Malkiy-Tsedeq. (Tehilliym 110:4)
Heb 7:18 For there is truly a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

Messiah is placed after the order/dabar of Malchitsedeq whose genealogy is not recorded. Without father, mother or descent

Heb 7:1  For this Malkitseḏeq, sovereign of Shalĕm, priest of the Most High Elohim, who met Aḇraham returning from the slaughter of the sovereigns and blessed him,
Heb 7:2  to whom also Aḇraham gave a tenth part of all, his name being translated, indeed, first, ‘sovereign of righteousness,’ and then also sovereign of Shalĕm, that is, ‘sovereign of peace,’
Heb 7:3  without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but having been made like the Son of Elohim, remains a priest for all time.

There is a study altogether which I did a few years ago that this Malchitsedeq was Shem, the son of Noah who outlived Abraham. Remember, before Yaaqob there were no tribes or tribal inheritance. Hence, the marker was placed on Yoseph and Yahudah only when the tribes came into existing. The marker was placed by Yahuah Himself.

If you remember David ate the shewbread which was only rightful for the priests to eat? How was he not killed ? Its because  He was in the lineage of the Malchitsedeq priesthood where it was promised to him that the Messiah from His lineage would be a Priest and a King forever.

David identified with the priests:

1Ch 15:25  And it was Dawiḏ and the elders of Yisra’ĕl, and the commanders over thousands, who went to bring up the ark of the covenant of יהוה from the house of Oḇĕḏ-Eḏom with joy.
1Ch 15:26  And it came to be, when Elohim helped the Lĕwites who bore the ark of the covenant of יהוה, that they offered seven bulls and seven rams.
1Ch 15:27  And Dawiḏ was dressed in a robe of fine linen, as were all the Lĕwites who bore the ark, the singers, and Kenanyah the leader of the service with the singers. And Dawiḏ wore a linen shoulder garment.

If Saul could be among the prophets (1 Sam. 10:12), 1 Chronicles presents David as among the priests, i.e., he was “clothed with a robe of fine linen, as were all the Lewites.”

Samuel (1 Sam. 2:18), AhiYah (14:3), and the priests of Nob (22:18) all wore ephods. (It’s probably not too much to say that the one wearing the ephod is a priest, cf. 1 Sam. 2:28). Accordingly, when David wears an ephod, his priestly status is suggested, if not declared.

1Sa 2:18  But Shemu’ĕl was attending before יהוה – a youth, wearing a linen shoulder garment.

1Sa 14:3  And Aḥiyah son of Aḥituḇ, Iḵaḇoḏ’s brother, son of Pineḥas, son of Ěli, the priest of יהוה in Shiloh, was wearing a shoulder garment. And the people did not know that Yonathan had gone.

1Sa 22:18  And the sovereign said to Do’ĕḡ, “You turn and come against the priests!” So Do’ĕḡ the Eḏomite turned and came against the priests, and put to death on that day eighty-five men who wore a linen shoulder garment.
1Sa 22:19  And he smote Noḇ, the city of the priests, with the edge of the sword, from men even to women, from children even to nursing infants, and oxen and donkeys and sheep, with the edge of the sword.

Moreover, he wrote the Psalms and many of his Psalms were priestly prayers ascending to the throne of Yahuah. Song of ascents

Mat 22:42  saying, “What do you think concerning the Messiah? Whose Son is He?” They said to Him, “The Son of Dawiḏ.”
Mat 22:43  He said to them, “Then how does Dawiḏ in the Spirit call Him ‘Master,’ saying,
Mat 22:44  ‘יהוה said to my Master, “Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool of Your feet” ’?
Mat 22:45  “If then Dawiḏ calls Him ‘Master,’ how is He his Son?”
Mat 22:46  And no one was able to answer Him a word, and from that day on no one was bold enough to ask Him any more questions.

The most important aspect is Yahusha's question to the Pharisees, stating if Messiah if the Son of David, how does David call him ADON in the RUACH?

If Messiah was a literal son of David from his loins, He could never be the ADON of David. Hence, the birth was from virgin birth without human intervention.

Luk 3:23 And when יהושע Himself began, He was about thirty years of age, being, as reckoned by law, son of Yosĕph, of Ěli/Heli,

Mat 1:16 And Yaʽaqoḇ brought forth Yosĕph the husband of Miryam, of whom was born יהושע who is called Messiah.

How could Yoseph have two different fathers Yaaqob and Eli/Heli with two different genealogies?

In Luke 3:23 an emphasis is added to let us know that Yoseph was not the immediate son of Eli/Heli, the emphasis can be drawn out from the writing 'as reckoned by law' Matthew 1:16 shows his immediate father Yaaqob from the lineage of Shelemoh.

To understand the promise made to Daud/David better we need to understand whether the promise made to sit upon his throne and the building of the house was attributed to Shelemoh?

Reading without the emphasis would read Yahusha himself at the beginning of his ministry was about thirty years old, son of Eli."

The emphasis 'as reckoned by law'  lies in understanding the Torah where a dead brother's wife is given seed by his living brother to keep his name alive in Yasharal. Here is the Torah portion

Deu 25:5 If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the woman of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her man's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to be his woman, and perform the duty of a man's brother unto her.

Deu 25:6 And it shall be, that the firstborn which she bears shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Yashar’el.

While many argue that Matthew genealogy is of Yoseph and Luke is of Miryiam, it is clear from scriptures that no genealogy is ever listed from a woman. It is always the male, however, scripture does mention some women due to their tribal inheritance which we will look at a bit later.

It is evident that Yoseph's immediate father was Yaaqob (Matt 1:16) because the emphasis added there is different as he was the occupying son of Heli to keep his name alive in Yasharal.

Heli would have died childless and Yaaqob would have given seed to his wife to keep his name alive in Yasharal and hence, the parenthesis in Luke 3:23 'as reckoned by the law'

If you notice that both genealogies were from David who was a Yahudite as well as an Ephrathite.

You will be shocked to know that Shelmoh is mentioned as son of Bathsheba the wife of Uriyah which shows he was a loan son of Uriyah as per Torah to keep his name (Uriyah's name) alive in Yasharal

****Please note that the genealogy in Luke 3 is until Adam son of Aluahym, I have placed it in reverse and have only accounted from Abraham until Mashiyach to match with the Matthew’s genealogy*****

Mat 1:6  And Yishai brought forth Dawiḏ the sovereign, and Dawiḏ the sovereign brought forth Shelomoh by Uriyah’s wife.

The physical house was built by Shelemoh but the spiritual house was built by Nathan, David's other son. ZecharYah records Nathan

Zec 12:10 “And I shall pour on the house of Dawiḏ and on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim a spirit of favour and prayers. And they shall look on Me whom they pierced, and they shall mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son. And they shall be in bitterness over Him as a bitterness over the first-born.
Zec 12:11 “In that day the mourning in Yerushalayim is going to be great, like the mourning at Haḏaḏ Rimmon in the valley of Meḡiddo.
Zec 12:12 “And the land shall mourn, every clan by itself: the clan of the house of Dawiḏ by itself, and their women by themselves; the clan of the house of Nathan by itself, and their women by themselves;
Zec 12:13 the clan of the house of Lĕwi by itself, and their women by themselves; the clan of Shimʽi/Shimeon (LXX) by itself, and their women by themselves;
Zec 12:14  all the rest of the clans, every clan by itself, and their women by themselves.

Scripture says Mary was a close relative of Elizabeth (Luke 1: 36), Elizabeth was a Lewite. Didn't we read Boaz was a close relative of Elimelech, while Elimelech was an Ephrathite, it goes on to say Boaz was both Ephrathite as well as Yahudite?
Elizabeth married ZacharYah a priest of the division of AbiYah being a Lewite, while Miryiam was espoused to Yoseph a Yahudite, this is evidence that Miryiam was both a Lewite (being a close relative of Elizabeth) and also a Yahudite

Isa 11:1  And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch/Netser H5342 shall grow out of his roots:

Luk 1:26  And in the sixth month the messenger Gaḇri’ĕl was sent by Elohim to a city of Galil named Natsareth,
Luk 1:27  to a maiden engaged to a man whose name was Yosĕph, of the house of Dawiḏ. And the maiden’s name was Miryam.

Luk 1:30  And the messenger said to her, “Do not be afraid, Miryam, for you have found favour with Elohim.
Luk 1:31  “And see, you shall conceive in your womb, and shall give birth to a Son, and call His Name יהושע
Luk 1:32  “He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Most High. And יהוה Elohim shall give Him the throne of His father Dawiḏ.
Luk 1:33  “And He shall reign over the house of Yaʽaqoḇ forever, and there shall be no end to His reign

Note that Miryiam does not say “How will this be, since I am a virgin AND not descended from David?” Moreover, in terms of inheritance, the Torah teaches that if a man dies and leaves no sons but only daughters, the inheritance is passed on through the daughters and their husbands, as long as they marry within their tribe. (See Numbers 27:1–11, 36:1–11). In Miriyam's case, we read about her having only a single sister and no brothers. (John 19:25) So the inheritance does apply to Miryiam

Joh 19:25  And by the stake of יהושע stood His mother, and His mother’s sister, Miryam the wife of Qlophah, and Miryam from Maḡdala.

Num 27:8  “And speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘When a man dies and has no son, then you shall cause his inheritance to pass to his daughter.

What does Matthew 24:36 & Mark 13:32 mean of the Son not knowing the day and the hour?

Mark13:32  “But  the  time  of  the  coming  of  that  day  and  that  hour,  no  one  knows  --   not  even  the  messengers  in  the  heavens  nor  even  the  Son  --  except  the  Father.”

Matt 24:36  “But concerning that day and the hour no one knows, not even the messengers of the heavens, but My Father only

Scriptures read at face value without a scriptural understanding will result in different interpretations.

There are three interpretations in Christendom carried over to Hebrew mentality

1. Trinitarian view: Messiah was hybrid, in human body he chose not to know and in spirit He knows

2. Unitarian: Messiah was a created being not knowing as he can only do what he sees His Father doing

3. Oneness: Messiah emptied himself when he came on earth and hence, he didn't know when in human body

All 3 views are wrong as they lack scriptural reasoning and understanding

The renewed testament if read in isolation from Old covenant which is everlasting, many errors are concluded. The context here is the Second coming of Mashiyach and the events that must take place before He returns.

Without understanding the appointment with Yahuah one would never understand why there is a need to get back into the Shemitah which seems to be lost.

Shemitah: The Shemitah was a sacred seven year custom that was put into practice by the Hebrew communities which had the explicit purpose of forgiving all the debts that accumulated during the previous 7 years.

The beginning of Shemitah is seen in the commands to observe the muaedim/appointed times of Yahuah as stated in Lev 23.

Mashiyach fulfilled the spring feasts/appointed times literally.

He died on Passover day and became the Passover Lamb (1Corn 5:7)

Mashiyach was the unleavened bread who came down from heaven and slept 3 days and 3 nights burying our leaven i Himself in the depths of the earth (1Corin 5:7-8, John 6)

He rose from the dead exactly when the Shabbat was transitioning to morrow after the Shabbat being the first fruits.

1Corn 15: 20  But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having fallen asleep.

He walked 40 days after his resurrection with the talmidim/disciples after he rose from the dead.

Acts 1:3  to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them for forty days, speaking concerning the reign of Elohim.

He poured out His Ruach exactly on the 50th day from firstfruits and 10th day after He ascended into the shamayim/heaven .While He literally fulfilled the spring feasts, the fall feasts are yet to be fulfilled. The fall feasts are related to his Second coming beginning with the blowing of the trumpets i.e. the appointed time of blowing of the trumpets

1Thess 4:15  For this we say to you by the word of the Master, that we, the living who are left over at the coming of the Master shall in no way go before those who are asleep 16  Because the Master Himself shall come down from heaven with a shout, with the voice of a chief messenger, and with the trumpet of Elohim, and the dead in Messiah shall rise first. 17  Then we, the living who are left over, shall be caught away together with them in the clouds to meet the Master in the air – and so we shall always be with the Master.

This is followed by the Day of Atonement, when Yasharal will receive the forgiveness and incorporation to His former estate, when He receives His inheritance in Mashiyach. When the Gentiles who are Yasharal in dispersion will receive the true tribe name

Followed by the feast of Tabernacles i.e. the marriage supper of the Lamb. The tabernacle of Yahuah will everlastingly be with man.

How was the feast/appointed time of blowing of trumpets in the 7th month observed?

Lev 23:24  “Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘In the seventh new moon, on the first day of the new moon, you have a rest, a remembrance of Teruʽah, c a set-apart gathering.

25  ‘You do no servile work, and you shall bring an offering made by fire to יהוה.’ ”

It was on sighting of the new moon witness that the trumpets were blowing announcing the beginning of the seventh month or feast of trumpets.

What is significant of the Angels or the Son not knowing the day or the hour and what does it mean?

The plague of thick darkness for three days:

Exo 10: 21  And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Stretch out your hand toward the heavens, and let there be darkness over the land of Mitsrayim, even a darkness which is felt.”

22  And Mosheh stretched out his hand toward the heavens, and there was thick darkness in all the land of Mitsrayim for three days.

23  They did not see one another, nor did anyone rise from his place for three days, while all the children of Yisra’ĕl had light in their dwellings.

While there is no direct reference in scriptures on three days of darkness, we must look at historical evidence of what happened in Mitsrayim and how it relates to end times

There are various scriptures indicating the sun will turn black and the moon not give its light. Here are a few

Rev 6:12  And I looked when He opened the sixth seal and saw a great earthquake came to be. And the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.

Joel 3:15  Sun and moon shall become dark, and stars shall withdraw their brightness.

16  And יהוה shall roar from Tsiyon, and give forth His voice from Yerushalayim. And the heavens and earth shall shake, but יהוה shall be a refuge for His people

Its called the Day of Yahuah

Joel 2:1  Blow a shophar in Tsiyon, and sound an alarm in My set-apart mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the earth tremble, for the day of יהוה is coming, for it is near: 2  a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains – a people many and strong, the like of whom has never been, nor shall there ever be again after them, to the years of many generations.

Zech 14: 5  And you shall flee to the valley of My mountain – for the valley of the mountains reaches to Atsal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziyah sovereign of Yehuḏah. And יהוה my Elohim shall come – all the set-apart ones with You. 6  And in that day it shall be: there is no light, it is dark. 7  And it shall be one day which is known to יהוה, neither day nor night, but at evening time there shall be light.

Isaiah 13:9  See, the day of יהוה is coming, fierce, with wrath and heat of displeasure, to lay the earth waste, and destroy its sinners from it. 10  For the stars of the heavens and their constellations do not give off their light. The sun shall be dark at its rising, and the moon not send out its light. 11  “And I shall punish the world for its evil, and the wrong for their crookedness, and shall put an end to the arrogance of the proud, and lay low the pride of the ruthless.

While the spiritual fulfilment is in progress as most of Yasharal is in apostasy, the literal will happen known as the Day of Yahuah.

The ninth plague in Mitsrayim was this plague of thick darkness when the constellations ceased giving light over the land of Mitsrayim while Yasharal had light in their dwelling.

How can we know that this will be a three days period?

Mashiyach in Matthew 24 speaks of the sign of Yonah which he literally fulfilled by being three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Hos 6:1  ‘Come, and let us turn back to יהוה. For He has torn but He does heal us, He has stricken but He binds us up. 2  After two days He shall revive us, on the third day He shall raise us up, so that we live before Him.

While Mashiyach went through the three days and nights of darkness in Sheol, he brings us through His death into His resurrection, into eternal life through Him.

There was a 3 hours literal darkness when Mashiyach hung on the stake (from 12pm to 3pm) which is also significant of the 'Day and the hour'

Hos 6 speaks of us returning to Yahuah to be healed after being torn by Him, to be bound up and in the third day/ bayom shalashay he will raise us up and we shall live before Him

ZacharYah says in 14:7 and its shall be achad yom which is KNOWN TO YAHUAH

The word achad can be translated as One or to unify. We will understand what this means in a bit but whats important to know is that it is a yom/day known to Yahuah.

What is the sign of appointed time/ feast of Trumpets? The sighting of the New Moon. But when the sun and moon and stars will not give their light, how will the witness watchers announce the trumpets?

The Yahudite Midrash says there were two witnesses who waited for the sighting of the new moon on their watch post and would report the sighting to the High Priest and immediately the trumpets would be blown on their witness

Remember the two witnesses spoken of in Revelation 11? The living creature made war and overcame them and their dead bodies were lying on the streets of Yerushalam which spiritually is called Mitsrayim and Sodom, where our Master was impaled. For three and a half days their bodies were lying and the Ruach of life entered them and they were taken into the shamayim/heavens

Rev11:8  and their dead bodies lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Seḏom and Mitsrayim, where also our Master was impaled,9  and some of the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations see their dead bodies for three and a half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be placed into tombs, 10  and those dwelling on the earth rejoice over them and exult. And they shall send gifts to each other, because these two prophets tortured those dwelling on the earth. 11  And after the three and a half days a spirit of life from Elohim entered into them, and they stood upon their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. 12  And they heard a loud voice from the heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up into the heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them.

While there is a lot of speculation on who these two witnesses are as some say Alayahu and Chanoch will return as two witnesses, some say Mosheh and Alayahu are the two witnesses, these all men died and no man has ever ascended into heaven but the Son who came down from heaven and ascended.

The two witnesses are representing the Torah and the Prophets whose witness Yerushalam on earth refused and Shaul likened the Yerushalam in his days as Hagar

Gal 4:24  This is allegorical, for these are the two covenants: one indeed from Mount Sinai which brings forth slavery, which is Haḡar, 25  for this Haḡar is Mount Sinai in Araḇia, and corresponds to Yerushalayim which now is, and is in slavery with her children. 26  But the Yerushalayim above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Hence, the two witnesses is allegorical to the two fold witness of the Father and the Son in the Torah and the Prophets. John gives us additional information on the days that after three and a half days the Ruach of life quickened the two witnesses

Another half day is added here whereas Hoshea says in the third day. Is this a contradiction? These are spiritual things and need spiritual discernment.

Achad yom: What happened on Day One in Genesis 1?

3  And Elohim said, “Let light come to be,” and light came to be. 4  And Elohim saw the light, that it was good. And Elohim separated the light from the darkness. 5  And Elohim called the light ‘day’ and the darkness He called ‘night.’ And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, first day/ achad yom

Shaul tells us what the Divine utterance means.

2Corin 4:5  For we do not proclaim ourselves, but Messiah יהושע the Master, and ourselves your servants for the sake of יהושע. 6  For Elohim, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts for the enlightening of the knowledge of the esteem of Elohim in the face of יהושע Messiah.

The esteem of Alahym shines forth through the face of Yahusha Messiah who is face to face with His creation.

Gen 1:3 shows the whole earth and heavens were lit up with Yahusha the Light, the sun moon stars were not yet created until day four.

John in his basharah and letter introduces Yahusha as the Dabar of Life, the Light.

John 1:4  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5  And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 6  There was a man sent from Elohim, whose name was Yoḥanan. 7  This one came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all might believe through him. 8  He was not that Light, but that he might bear witness of that Light. 9  He was the true Light, which enlightens every man, coming into the world. 10  He was in the world, and the world came to be through Him, and the world did not know Him.

In the first letter John says in 1:1  Alaph Tau was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Dabar of life:

The whole creation lit up the world until the three and a half days, when Yahuah was working in finishing creating the sun, moon and stars and appointing their order for His appointed times

Psalms 104:19  He made the moon for appointed times; The sun knows its going down.

Gen 1: 14  And Elohim said, “Let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and appointed times, and for days and years,

The achad yom Light was spiritually separated from the thick darkness while the literal lights which came as signs and appointed times came with the literal separation of light from darkness seen to the physical eyes.

The two witnesses were revived after three and a half days and now here it will be different, coz the sun, moon and stars will cease to give light and then Yahusha ha Mashiyach will shine forth as the LIGHT as was on achad yom until the rebiy yom /fourth day

The word rebiy /רבעי in Hebrew means four. Its rooted in the word Rabbi/רבי which means Teacher

This was the signs in the shamayim Yahuah placed in His wisdom, that those seeing the signs should turn to the true Rabbi who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings

Mal 4: 2  “But to you who fear My Name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. And you shall go out and leap for joy like calves from the stall.

The arrangement of the signs of appointed times was completed on the rebiy yom/ fourth day.

Remember the wise men, they saw His star in the east and came to see Yahusha. The signs led them to Mashiyach to worship Him. Now that the sun, moon and stars would be darkened, no one would know the day and the hour which the Father put in His own power, because there was no Son until the birth of the man child. Yahusha prayed that He would receive the same esteem as He had being as the One true Alahym before the world was established

John 17: 5  “And now, esteem Me with Yourself, Father, with the esteem which I had with You before the world was.

The Son was given in a lower esteem in the Order/Dabar of Yahuah and everything fell in line as per the Order/Dabar including the manifestation of Yahuah Himself in a low human body as the Son.

In the beginning was the Dabar/Order or WORD and in the Order was made flesh and dwelt/tabernacled with us. Yahuah was now face to face with His creation in Mashiyach, His esteem being radiated through a human body which was prepared in the Order

With the no sighting of the new moon as the sun, moon and stars being darkened and the two witnesses being dead. There was no one to report to the High Priest the Day of return of Yahuah.

The entire earthly pattern is turned to Hagar into slavery.

Then comes the Rabbi as Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings letting the entire creation know that He is Yahuah Himself. The heavenly pattern consummation takes place so that Yahuah will be all in all

1Corin 15:27  For “He has put all under His feet.” Psa. 8:6 But when He says “all are put under Him,” it is clear that He who put all under Him is excepted. 28  And when all are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself shall also be subject to Him who put all under Him, in order that Elohim be all in all.

The Son will be revealed as the One true Alahym.

1John 5:20  And we know that the Son of Elohim has come and has given us an understanding, so that we might know the true One. And we are in the true One, in His Son יהושע Messiah. This is the true Elohim and everlasting life.

John says we are in the true One/achad who is Mashiyach and this is the true Alahym and everlasting life

Hence, the ADON Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the CHIEF MESSENGER. Who was this Chief Messenger? The Messenger of Yahuah who was Yahuah Himself leading Yasharal in the wilderness by a pillar of Cloud by Day and Pillar of fire by night.

Shaul further says in 1Thess 4:15 that He will sound the trumpet of Alahym as He is the Watcher which Daniel spoke  of One coming down from heaven to bring down the king of Babylon and his empire until 7 times pass by

Daniel 4: 13  “In the visions of my head on my bed, I looked and saw a Watcher, even a set-apart one, coming down from the heavens. 14  “He cried aloud and said this, ‘Hew down the tree and cut off its branches, strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the beasts flee from under it, and the birds from its branches. 15  But leave the stump of its roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and bronze, in the tender grass of the field. And let it be wet with the dew of the heavens, and let his portion be with the beasts on the grass of the earth. 16  Let his heart be changed from man’s, let him be given the heart of a beast, and seven times pass over him. 17  This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the command by the word of the set-apart ones, so that the living know that the Most High is ruler in the reign of men, and gives it to whomever He wishes, and sets over it the lowest of men

The day and the hour will be a consummation of us being translated from adopted sons into the sons of the living Alahym with the Son Himself being revealed as the One true Alahym whose Light will shine forever with no time keepers or signs required

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, ADONAI, will you at this time restore again the Kingdom to Yashar’el? Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in his own power.

The Father has put in His own power when the Son subjects the kingdom to be Alahym all in all.

The yield of the ground finding its spiritual pattern

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground YAHUAH ELOHIYM formed /yatsar H3335 every beast/chay H2416 of the field/sadah H7704, and את eth every fowl/auph H5775 of the heavens; and brought them unto the man to see what he would call them: and whatsoever the man called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Gen 2:20 And the man gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for the man there was not found a help meet for him.

yatsar H3335 'mould into a form'
chay H2416 'living'
sadah H7704 soil, field, also H5475 sud is rooted which means 'counsel/secret/inward/hidden'

Genesis 2 is a historical brief of Genesis 1.

Gen 2:4 These are the generations/taldah H8435 of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that YAHUAH ELOHIYM made the earth and the heavens,

The word taldah has the root word lad which means 'child/lad' & yalad which means 'bear beget, bring forth, midwife'

The correct translation should be ''These are the births of the heavens and of the earth when they were created/bara'

Where was Adam created?

Gen 3:23 Therefore YAHUAH ELOHIYM sent him forth from the Garden of Eden, to till את eth-ground from whence he was taken.

Adam was driven out from the garden of Eden to till the ground from where he was taken. This shows he was created from the soil outside of Eden

Is Adam a name?

Gen 5:1 THIS is the cepher of the generations of A’dam. In the day that ELOHIYM created man, in the likeness of ELOHIYM made he him;
Gen 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called את eth-their name/shem H8034 A’dam, in the day when they were created.

While scripture records both the man and the woman were named/shem ADAM, Adam is a generic term in Hebrew which means 'Man'. Yahusha called Himself so many times as 'Son of Adam/Man', identifying Himself to the seed of man He took on. It is interesting to see Yahusha takes hold of the seed of Abraham, it doesn't say Adam but Abraham. Its because Abraham means 'father /Ahb of exaltation of  many/rum'. Abraham is a proper noun while Adam is a common noun. Scriptures call man as adam which also means 'man of low degree'. That's why we have the 'song of ascents' in the Psalms where the man of low degree has to rise up into the heavenly by the Ruach to reach Yahuah in halal/praise

Heb 2:16  For, doubtless, He does not take hold of messengers, but He does take hold of the seed of Aḇraham.
Heb 2:17  So in every way He had to be made like His brothers, in order to become a compassionate and trustworthy High Priest in matters related to Elohim, to make atonement for the sins of the people.

Man/Adam in his flesh is earthy and represents the ground/soil and Yahusha by bowing down the heavens taking the form of man/Adam ascended into the heavenly pattern which He represents and from where He came

Heb 2:6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man/Adam, that you are mindful of him? or the Son of A’dam/Man, that you visit him?
Heb 2:7 You made him a little lower than ELOHIYM; you crowned him with glory and honour, and did set him over the works of your hands:Heb 2:9 But we see YAHUSHA, who was made a little lower than ELOHIYM for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of YAHUAH should taste death for every man.
Heb 2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their yeshu`ah perfect through sufferings.

Heb 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death את eth he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

1Co 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1Co 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1Co 15:45 And so it is written, The first/rashun man/adam  A’dam was made a living soul (Bere’shiyth 2:7); the last A’dam was made a quickening ruach (spirit).
1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

If you notice 1 Corin 15:45 the rash/first head man is repeated twice in the text whilst the last Adam is only mentioned once in the scripture. This is because the Last Adam referring to Messiah represents in Himself the whole Adamic race 'man man' to translate them into Himself in the Heavenly, as He is the quickening Ruach. He Himself is the rashun/rashayaith

Gen 1:1  In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth.
Gen 1: 1 in Hebrew Barashayith bara Alahym alaph tau hashamayim uau alaph tau haarets

Barashayith has the root words 'bar' which means son, rashayith which means 'first' and bara which means 'create', ba which means 'In'

Hence, Ba/In the bar/son  He bara/created the rash/first

Mashiyach was already in the 'BARASHAIYTH' as adam adam (man man) representing the spiritual marked pattern (alaph tau) heavens/hashamayim and the spiritually marked (alaph tau) earth/haarets, translating the entire pattern into Himsellf. That is why He is called the Dabar of Alahym who is Alahym. The Dabar was made flesh and dwelt amongst us.

Dabar: Dalet Bet Resh

Dalet is the door and Best Resh form the word 'bar' which means Son.

Shaul the emissary goes on to say in 1 Corin 15:46  that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. While the spiritual heavenly pattern stood invisible in the DABAR, the natural pattern came first visible as out of nothing Yahuah created the heavens and the earth

Let's revisit Gen 2:4

Gen 2:4  These are the births of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that יהוה Elohim made earth and heavens

The births/taldah were of the spiritual heavens and the earth', a pattern concealed in the natural 'earth and the heavens'

Gen 1:20  And Elohim said, “Let the waters teem with shoals of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens.”
Gen 1:21  And Elohim created great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters teemed, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And Elohim saw that it was good.
Gen 1:22  And Elohim blessed them, saying, “Bear fruit and increase, and fill the waters in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”
Gen 1:23  And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the fifth day.
Gen 1:24  And Elohim said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: livestock and creeping creatures and beasts of the earth, according to its kind.” And it came to be so.
Gen 1:25  And Elohim made the living/chay of the earth according to its kind/mayan H4327, livestock/behemah H929 according to its kind/mayan H4327, and all that creep/remes H7431 on the earth according to its kind/mayan H4327. And Elohim saw that it was good.
Gen 1:26  And Elohim said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the livestock, and over all the earth and over all the creeping creatures that creep on the earth.”

Gen 1:31 And ELOHIYM saw את eth-everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Coming back to the naming of creatures, Yahuah Alahym made living creatures of the waters and birds on the FIFTH day and living of the earth, livestock, creeping things on the earth according to its kind on the SIXTH day. Man was also created on the sixth day

The word 'mayan' H4327  in the Gen 1:25 text has the root word H4480 man which means 'like/kind of' which shows these creatures including Adam/man represented a kind of. We already saw Gen 2:4 recording the births of the heavens and the earth (spiritual pattern) when Yahuah Alahym made the earth and the heavens (natural) and that the natural comes first.

Gen 2:20 And the man gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for the man there was not found a help meet for him.

yatsar H3335 'mold into a form'
chay H2416 'living'
sadah H7704 soil, field, also H5475 sud is rooted which means 'counsel/secret/inward/hidden'
auph H5575 a winged bird also means H5774 'wings/fly/shine forth'

Yahuah Alahym molded every living thing of the field/soil concealing something and fowl/ winged creatures of the heavens. That's why we see it is  written in scripture as quoted by Messiah Himself He is called as the Adon of the living and identifies Himself as the Adon of Abraham, Yitshaq and Yaaqob, for to Him all live.

Mat 22:31 But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by ELOHIYM, saying,
Mat 22:32 I am the ELOHIYM of Avraham, and the ELOHIYM of Yitschaq, and the ELOHIYM of Ya`aqov ? ELOHIYM is not the ELOHIYM of the dead, but of the living.

He was also seen in visions amongst the winged/auph creatures as cherubim & seraphim. Same Yahuah is also seen as 'adam adam (man man) as stated in 1 Corin 15:45. Genesis 1 is amazing and all this makes sense when we understand this

Day 1 : From formless , void, darkness to Let there be Light and there was light. 2 Corin 4:6 says the light of the knowledge of the esteem of Yahuah is through the face of Yahusha. Day 1 is about Yahusha in the Barashaiyth concealing all pattern into Himself being Alahym Himself

2Co 4:6 For YAHUAH, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of YAHUAH in the face of YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH.

Day 2 & 3 : Division of the patterns, waters beneath from waters above & all herbs of the earth and plant kingdom

Gen 1:7  And Alahym made the firmament, and divided/badal H914  bayan H996 the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

Badal means separate and bayan means 'between'

Day 3 seed sprout after its mayan/kind

Gen 1:11  And Elohim said, “Let the earth bring forth/dasha  grass/dasha, the plant that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth.” And it came to be so.

Again we see the repetition of words 'dasha dasha' which means 'sprout sprout' which shows us there was a kind of/man seed in a seed

Gen 1:11  And Alahym said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding/zera seed/zera, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

Again repetition 'zera zera' which means 'seed seed' after its kind/mayan which we saw has the root word 'man' H4480 which means 'like/kind of'

Hence, Day 2 & 3 is witnessing oneness & separation, unity and diversity. Number 2 and 3 in scripture speaks of witnesses/witness. As Torah says 'In the hearing of 2 or 3 witnesses every word is established'. The word is One but it came as words to the ears in establishing doctrine.

Day 4: Sun, moon and stars. Number 4 in Hebrew is 'rebiy' which comes from the word 'arabah' H702 which speaks of ends of the earth. The sun, moon and stars are visible to the eyes of all who dwell on the face of the earth as these lights rotate to be seen as per the time set for them.

Gen 1:14  And Alahym said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide/badal bayan the day from the night; and let them be for signs/aut H226, and for appointed times /muaed H4150 , and for days/yom H3117, and years/shanah H8141

The lights would separate between day and night and would be for signs/aut distinguishing between light and dark, Yahuah's appointed times (feast days), days (normal days) and years (normal vs Sabbatical years)

Day 5 & Day 6: We already saw on Day 5 Yahuah Alahym molded/yastsar the winged/auph kind/man of creatures and in visions He was seen among winged like creatures. He formed/yatsar the living of the waters and living of the earth and He is the ADON of the living, same Yahuah is also seen forming/yatsar the man out of the ground as 'adam adam (man man) as stated in 1 Corin 15:45.

If you notice in Gen 1 not a single created/bara, formed/yatsar thing or creatures were named. He brought everything to the feet of the man to name them and whatever the man named it, it was named accordingly, while the man/adam was himself not named because Adam would find his name in Yahusha ha Mashiyach. But with a condition of overcoming

Rev 2:17  “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Ruach says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes I shall give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I shall give him a white stone/labanah, and on the stone a renewed Name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ’

The name would come engraved on a white stone/labanah. The Hebrew word 'labanah' is translated as 'brick' and has the root word 'lab' which means 'heart'. Hence, the renewed name would be given only to the man/adam who would ascend through the songs/shir of ascents to the throne of Yahuah in the face of Mashiyach i.e. through the heavenly pattern Yahusha by being washed in His blood. The rest will be earthy and into dust they shall return.

Number 5 in scripture stands for the Torah of life. The Torah of life came concealed/sud in the Torah of a fleshly command engraved on stones. Shaul the emissary wrote to the Corinthian assembly about speaking in tongues that he would speak 5 words in understanding than 10,000 words in an unknown tongue, indicating that the five words are the Torah of life which convicts & saves a person whose heart Yahuah opens.

Number 6 in scripture signifies falling short of perfection. Beasts, creeping things and man were created on the 6th day from dust. Hence, in Ecclesiastes 3:19 says what befalls a beast befalls a man. All have one breath and man/adam has no preeminence over a beast. Hence, the man of dust or low degree has to rise up in  a song of ascent to the throne of Yahuah in Yahusha who is the pattern of both the heavenly as well as the earthly, in taking hold of the seed of Abraham (father exalted of many)

Ecc 3:19 For that which befalls the sons of men/adam  befalls beasts/behemah; even one thing befalls them: as the one dies, so dies the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man has no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.

The Yahudites boasted we are the seed of Abraham and are not in bondage, Yahusha told them whoever sins is a slave of sin and indicated to them that if the Son sets you free you are free indeed, and they took up stones to stone Him.  As we learnt adam is a common noun and Abraham a proper noun and all the elect find their exalted Father in Mashiyach and not in the man of low degree/adam and for the sake of suffering Yahusha became lower than Alahym and took the earthly pattern to translate His people into Himself in the heavenly pattern.

Number 7:

Scripture records the heavens and the earth (spiritual) were finished and all the host of them and Yahuah Alahym rested on the 7th day and sanctified the 7th day as Qodesh.
The entire pattern Day 1 to Day 6 finds its fulfillment in the accomplishment of the Ruach pattern Yahuah Alahym made and concealed as coming in the form of Yahusha

Gen 2:1 THUS the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day ELOHIYM ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And ELOHIYM blessed את eth-the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which ELOHIYM created and made.

Heb 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Heb 4:8 For if Yahusha (the son of Nun) had given them rest, perchance another would speak again of this day.
Heb 4:9 There remains therefore a Shabbath for the people of YAH.

There remains a Shabbath for the people of Yah as we are still in the natural and the written Shabbath came as a command and as a sign/aut of the Covenant of the Spiritual Shabbath in Mashiyach which Yahuah in his counsel already rested having finished the works before the foundation of the world. The entire earthy pattern finds its fulfillment in the number 7 which stands for totality and completion. We sons of adam, a common noun find our way into the heavenly to the sons of Yahuah in the last Adam who would translate us into the Ruach, with a renewed name.

Is it One or Two demon possessed men at Decapolis?

When we read the basharah accounts on the demon possessed men at face value we may land up with contradictions and hence, without the Ruach understanding and looking at scriptures below the surface level we will not see the beautiful picture and harmony in scriptures.

Now lets look at the same account mentioned in different basharah's to see the harmony in scripture

Matthew's account: Matthew's account states there were 2 possessed with devils and the region stated here is Gergesenes from Strongs H1622 which is 'Girgashiy', one of the native tribes of Kenaan.

Mat 8:28 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Girgashiym, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

Mark's account: Mark's account states there was a man with an unclean spirit and the region stated there is Gadarenes

Mar 5:1 AND they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes

Mar 5:2  And when He came out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,

Luke's account: Luke's account states a certain man from the city who had demons for a long time and the region mentioned there is Gadarenes which is opposite Galil.

Luk 8:26  And they sailed to the country of the Gaḏarenes, which is opposite Galil.

Luk 8:27  And as He went out onto the land, He was met by a certain man, from the city, who had demons for a long time. And he wore no garments, and he was not living in a house but in the tombs.

Yahuchanan/John's basharah is silent on this incident and states that there is much else that Yahusha did and if everyone of them were written down, the world itself would not contain the written books.

Joh 21:25  Now there is much else that יהושע did. If every one of them were written down, I think that the world itself would not contain the written books. Amĕn.

The question is were there two demon possessed men or just one?

Firstly we must understand that Matthew was one of the 12 disciples of Yahusha whilst John Mark who wrote basharah of Mark and Luke were companions of emissary Shaul's journeys were not among the 12 disciples of Yahusha. Whilst John Mark was separated from Shaul due to the sharp argument between Shaul and Barnabah as Barnabah wanted John Mark to be a part of their journey in preaching the basharah to the GENTILES, Shaul refused as John Mark had left them in between to go back to Yerushalayim. Hence, Barnabah split ways with Shaul and took John Mark with him.

Remember the Ruach had separated Shaul and Baranabah to the work of the ministering to the Gentile (Yahudim in dispersion) and with John Mark returning to Yerushalayim where Kepha (Peter), Yaaqob (James) & Yahuchanan (John) were who were emissaries to the Yahudi's, Shaul may have thought John Mark was not fit for ministering the basharah to the Gentiles and was not clear in his calling.

Act 12:25  And Barnaḇah and Sha’ul returned from Yerushalayim, having completed the service, and having taken with them Yoḥanan who was also called Mark.

Act 13:5  And having come into Salamis, they proclaimed the word of Elohim in the congregations of the Yehuḏim. And they also had Yoḥanan as an attendant.

Act 13:13  And having put out from Paphos, Sha’ul and those with him came to Perge in Pamphulia. And Yoḥanan, having left them, returned to Yerushalayim.

Act 15:36  And after some days Sha’ul said to Barnaḇah, “Let us now go back and visit our brothers in every city where we proclaimed the Word of יהוה, and see how they are.”

Act 15:37  And Barnaḇah purposed to take with them Yoḥanan called Mark.

Act 15:38  But Sha’ul thought it not fit to take with them the one who withdrew from them in Pamphulia, and had not gone with them to the work.

Act 15:39  A sharp feeling therefore came to be, so that they parted from one another. And so Barnaḇah took Mark and sailed to Cyprus.

Act 15:40  And Sha’ul chose Sila and went off, being committed by the brothers to the favour of Elohim

Later Shaul realizes his mistake and while Barnabah is not mentioned after the split (probably he was martyred by then) , Shaul asks Timothy to bring Mark along with him because Mark was indeed preaching basharah to the Gentiles.

2Ti 4:11  Luke alone is with me. Take Mark and bring him with you, for he is of good use to me for service.

Nevertheless John Mark and Luke were later converts. Hence, Matthew being one of the 12 writes as an eye witness whilst the other 2 write what they have heard from the testimony of men (second witnesses) and of course by the Ruach jotted down what was only revealed to them.

The first time John Mark is named in Acts when Kepha (Peter) was miraculously released by the messenger from the prison and had come to his house where many were gathered to pray

Act 12:12  And having realised this, he went to the house of Miryam, the mother of Yoḥanan who was also called Mark, where many had gathered to pray.

Later on we see John Mark back in emissary Shaul's journey. It's interesting to see that Mark was the relative of Barnabah, the emissary and Barnabah saw Mark's calling even though he had left for Yerushalayim whilst Shaul saw his calling later

Col 4:10  Aristarchos my fellow prisoner greets you, with Mark the relative of Barnaḇah about whom you received instructions: if he comes to you, welcome him,

Phm 1:23  Epaphras, fellow prisoner of me in Messiah יהושע, greets you,

Phm 1:24  and Mark, Aristarchos, Demas, Luke, my fellow workers.

This indicates that Mark the relative of Barnabah was with Shaul during his First Imprisonment in Rome, during which he wrote the four Prison Epistles (Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, and Philippians).

1Pe 5:13  She who is in Baḇel, chosen together with you, greets you, also my son, Mark.

Kepha mentions Mark being with him which is an indication that Mark wrote the basharah as second witness, the one who heard about the witness of Yahusha from the eye witnesses.

Why am I stating these facts we will see a bit later. Before this let's read about Luke

Luk 1:1 FORASMUCH as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,
Luk 1:2 Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;
Luk 1:3  it seemed good to me as well, having followed up all these matters exactly from the beginning, to write to you an orderly account, most excellent Theophilos,
Luk 1:4 That you might know the certainty of those things, wherein you have been instructed.

Luke is writing to Theophilus a Greek name which means lover of god was probably a Roman official who had converted to being a Messianic. The way he is addressed as 'most excellent Theophilus' was an address made to  Roman governor/authority

Act 23:26 Claudius Lysias unto the most excellent governor Felix sends greeting.

Tertullus in his accusation on Shaul mentions in his accustion

Act 24:3  we accept it always and in all places, most excellent Felix, with all thanks.

Shaul addresses the Governor as 'most excellent'

Act 26:25 But he said, I am not mad, most excellent Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness

Looking at what Luke is writing, he mentions in Luk 1:2 that the account he witnesses was given to them who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and ministers of the dabar of Yahusha.

 Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;

And in verse 3 Luke says that he has followed up on all these matters exactly from the beginning to write this orderly account.

Luk 1:3  it seemed good to me as well, having followed up all these matters exactly from the beginning, to write to you an orderly account, most excellent Theophilos,

Hence, John Mark and Luke wrote accounts heard from eyewitness of what Yahusha did and the events surrounding Yahusha while Matthew writes being one of the 12 talmidim (disciples) of Yahusha.

Coming back to Matthews account where he mentions 2 demon possessed men met him, he doesn't mention as to what happened to the 2 demon possessed men later, but both Mark and Luke mention other details

Mat 8:28  And when He came to the other side, to the country of the Girgashites, two demon-possessed ones met Him, coming out of the tombs, very fierce, so that no one was able to pass that way.
Mat 8:29  And see, they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, יהושע, Son of Elohim? Have You come here to torture us, before the appointed time?”

Mat 8:30  And at a distance from them there was a herd of many pigs feeding,
Mat 8:31  and the demons begged Him, saying, “If You cast us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”
Mat 8:32  And He said to them, “Go.” And they, coming out, went into the herd of pigs. And see, the entire herd of pigs rushed down the steep place into the sea, and died in the water.

Mark's account: Mark mentions that he who had been demon possessed begged Yahusha that he might be with Him but Yahusha tells him to Go home to his friends and report to them what the Adon has done for him. The demon possessed man left and proclaimed in Dekapolis all that Yahusha had done for him and all marveled at his testimony.

Mar 5:18  And as He was entering into the boat, he who had been demon-possessed begged Him that he might be with Him.
Mar 5:19  And יהושע did not allow him, but said to him, “Go home to your friends, and report to them what the Master has done for you, and how He had compassion on you.”
Mar 5:20  And he left and began to proclaim in Dekapolis all that יהושע had done for him, and all marvelled.

Luke's account: Luke mentions that he who had been demon possessed begged Yahusha that he might be with Him but Yahusha tells him to Go home to his friends and report to them what Elohim has done for him and he went through all the city and testified about Yahusha.

Luk 8:38  And the man from whom the demons had gone out was begging Him to be with Him. But יהושע sent him away, saying,
Luk 8:39  “Go back to your house, and relate what Elohim has done for you.” And he went away proclaiming through all the city what יהושע did for him.

Matthew doesn't mention of the demon possessed man who was delivered as begging to follow Yahusha while Mark and Luke covers stating he did.

Mark gives us detail that there were 2,000 pigs whilst Matthew states 'herd of pigs' (Matt 8:30-31) and Luke states 'herd of many pigs' (Luke 8:32)

Mar 5:12  And all the demons begged Him, saying, “Send us to the pigs, so that we enter into them.”
Mar 5:13  And He gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered into the pigs – they were about two thousand – and the herd rushed down the steep place into the sea, and drowned in the sea.

Though Matthew was one of the 12 disciples, he chose not to mention how many pigs were there, while John Mark may have heard from the mouth of eye witnesses how many pigs were there and mentions the count of those that were drowned. Luke's account was an investigation from the eye witnesses and ministers of the dabar and only mentions 'herd of many pigs'

Why did Matthew not pen down the details covered by Mark and Luke?

The 4 basharah's are like the 4 faces of the kerubim who are around Yahuah, an imagery seen by Ezekiel. Yahuah is said to be dwelling between the kerubim. In Ezekiel's account he mentions 4 living creatures in the likeness of man (referring to Yahusha himself), they had 4 faces and 4 wings. Each of them had a face of a man (Son of man), face of a lion (Lion of Yahudah), face of an ox (treading the grain) and face of an eagle (Yahuah brought Yasharal unto Himself on eagles wings)

Eze 1:4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.
Eze 1:5 Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
Eze 1:6 And everyone had four faces, and everyone had four wings.

Eze 1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

Matthew being one of the 12, was a minister to the Yahudim while John Mark and Luke to the Gentiles. Matthew's account is on the focus on Yahusha and his miracles to convince the Yahudim that He is the Messiah going beyond the boundary to save the lost sheep of the house of Yasharal where he mentions the country of the Girgashites, where Kenaanites lived were driven out by Yahuah to accommodate His people

Mat 8:28  And when He came to the other side, to the country of the Girgashites (H1622), two demon-possessed ones met Him, coming out of the tombs, very fierce, so that no one was able to pass that way.

Deu 7:1  “When יהוה your Elohim brings you into the land which you go to possess, He shall also clear away many nations before you: the Ḥittites and the Girgashites (H1622) and the Amorites and the Kenaʽanites and the Perizzites and the Ḥiwwites and the Yeḇusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you.

Jos 3:10  And Yehoshua said, “By this you shall know that the living Ěl is in your midst, and that He is certainly driving out from before you the Kenaʽanites and the Ḥittites and the Ḥiwwites and the Perizzites and the Girgashites (H1622) and the Amorites and the Yeḇusites:

Girgashites were the seed of Kenaan the son of  Ham who was the son of Noah. They were one of the 7 nations greater than Yasharal whom Yahuah would drive out to accommodate His people. Hence, Matthew uses one of the city name in the Decapolis who were looked down upon by the Yahudim because of their abominations as pig herding and pig meat eating as Torah forbids it.

John Mark and Luke focus was Yahusha coming into region of Gadara which was part of the tribe of Gad, now a Gentile territory to deliver His people in that region through the witness of a man from tribe of Gad who was delivered from demon possession, who went into the entire Decapolis area setting the ground for Yahusha, who after this incident was asked to leave their territory. If you notice, Mark and Luke write it as 'county of the Gadarenes' not the city itself while Matthew mentions 'region of Gergashites' and not the city of Gerasa itself.

Mar 5:1  And they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gaḏarenes.

Mar 5:20  And he left and began to proclaim in Dekapolis all that יהושע had done for him, and all marveled.

Luk 8:26  And they sailed to the country of the Gaḏarenes, which is opposite Galil.

The inheritance of the tribe of Gad:

The sea of Galil was termed as 'Sea of Kinnerth'

Jos 13:24  And Mosheh gave to the tribe of Gaḏ, to the children of Gaḏ for their clans:
Jos 13:25  and their border was Yaʽzĕr, and all the cities of Gilʽaḏ, and half the land of the children of Ammon as far as Aroʽĕr, which is before Rabbah,
Jos 13:26  and from Ḥeshbon to Ramath Mitspeh and Betonim, and from Maḥanayim to the border of Deḇir,
Jos 13:27  and in the valley Bĕyth Haram, and Bĕyth Nimrah, and Sukkoth, and Tsaphon, the rest of the reign of Siḥon sovereign of Ḥeshbon, the Yardĕn being its border, as far as the edge of the Sea of Kinnereth, beyond the Yardĕn eastward.
Jos 13:28  This is the inheritance of the children of Gaḏ for their clans, the cities and their villages.
Jos 13:29  And Mosheh gave to half the tribe of Menashsheh, and it was for half the tribe of the children of Menashsheh for their clans:
Jos 13:30  and their border was from Maḥanayim, all Bashan, all the reign of Oḡ sovereign of Bashan, and all the small towns of Ya’ir which are in Bashan, sixty cities;
Jos 13:31  and the half of Gilʽaḏ, and Ashtaroth and Eḏreʽi, cities of the reign of Oḡ in Bashan, were for the children of Maḵir son of Menashsheh, to the half of the children of Maḵir for their clans.
Jos 13:32  These Mosheh gave as an inheritance in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ beyond the Yardĕn, by Yeriḥo eastward

Deu 3:16  “And to the Re’uḇĕnites and the Gaḏites I gave from Gilʽaḏ as far as the wadi Arnon, the middle of the wadi as the border, as far as the wadi Yabboq, the border of the children of Ammon,
Deu 3:17  and the desert plain, with the Yardĕn as the border, from Kinnereth as far as the Sea of the Araḇah, the Salt Sea, below the slopes of Pisgah on the east.

Gad held land from the bottom of the Sea of Galilee to almost the Northern tip of the Dead Sea. Some of their major cities included; Lo-Debar, Jabesh-Gilead, Peneul, Mahanaim which was a Levitical City (Josh. 21:7) and also the place where Yaaqob once was and had a vision.

Decapolis in Greek means 'ten cities' where deca means 10 and polis means cities. Decapolis was a region and not a city itself, but a territory of cities, one of which was Gadara known today as Umm Qais. The Decapolis was a group of ten cities (Abila, Damascus, Dion, Gerasa, Gadara, Hippos, Pella, Philadelphia, Raphana, Scythopolis)

Have you considered that Torah forbids not only eating pig meat but also nourishing them? So what were pigs doing in this area? The mingling of the seed of Yasharal on the east side of the sea of Kinnereth/Galil with pagans was evident. Yahusha came for His lost sheep who were Torahless. In the parable of the Lost Son, we see the lost son amongst pigs and eating pigs food until he comes to his senses and comes back to his fathers house. The prodigal son parable is figurative of the lost sheep of the house of Yasharal among pagan nations and peoples, and are Torahless.

We need to still solve the mystery whether there were two demon possessed men or just one?

Matthew being an eye witness to the account mentions 2 demon possessed men, but its evident that one of them was prominent, as in him was the legion of devils and since Mark and Luke were second witnesses of this account, the eye witnesses of the account remembered the most prominent one out of the two who told Yahusha that he wants to follow him, while the other one though delivered was less prominent.

A simple analogy to this could be as follows:

Say when you get back home, your wife tells you that your son told her that Nick your friend came to see you whilst me & you were away at work. And when you go into your bedroom your son says Nick and his son Willy came to see us. Will you say your wife lied to you? No, she didn't, coz your son only gave her information related to your friend Nick and she narrated it just as is based on her being the second witness. While your son who is also friend of Willy, Nick's son gave you the additional information being the actual eye witness.

Similarly, Mark and Luke based on their investigation and being a second witness only witnessed of the most prominent demon possessed man as told to them by the eye witness. But Matthew was there and was the first witness so he tells us there were two demon possessed men.

The storm in the sea of Galil:

Yahusha was in Kephar Nahum and healed a servant of a Centurion by His word

Mat 8:5  And when יהושע had entered Kephar Naḥum, a captain came to Him, appealing to Him,
Mat 8:6  saying, “Master, my servant is lying in the house paralysed, grievously tortured.”

And he asked his disciples that they go along with him to the other side of Sea of Galil/Kinnereth

Mat 8:18  And when יהושע saw large crowds about Him, He gave a command to go off to the other side.

Mat 8:23  And when He entered into a ship, His taught ones followed Him.
Mat 8:24  And see, a great gale arose on the sea, so that the ship was covered by the waves. But He was sleeping.
Mat 8:25  And His taught ones came to Him and woke Him up, saying, “Master, save us! We are perishing!”
Mat 8:26  And He said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little belief?” Then, having risen, He rebuked the winds and the sea. And there was a great calm.
Mat 8:27  And the men marvelled, saying, “What is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

While many translations translate the word here as boat, it is evident this couldn't be a small boat. How can one be sleeping in a small boat and be asleep when the waves and water coming into it.  It has to be a ship, just as Yonah was asleep when the storm came in the ship.

The Greek word used for boat is ploiarion G4142 oat, little (small) ship but the translators who copied over from Hebrew correctly translated it as ship as the Greek word there is G4143 ploion which means a sailer, that is, vessel: - ship (-ping).
The Hebrew translations uses the word Oniyah H591

Jon 1:3  But Yonah rose up to flee to Tarshish from the presence of יהוה, and went down to Yapho, and found a ship/H591 oniyah going to Tarshish. And he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of יהוה.

No storm could stop Yahusha going to the other side to save His people. He crossed over to save His people.

Healing a deaf man & feeding of the four thousand:

Mar 7:31  And again, going out from the borders of Tsor and Tsiḏon, He came to the Sea of Galil, through the midst of the borders of Dekapolis.
Mar 7:32  And they brought to Him one who was deaf and spoke with difficulty, and they begged Him to lay His hand upon him.
Mar 7:33  And taking him away from the crowd, He put His fingers in his ears, and having spit, He touched his tongue.
Mar 7:34  And looking up to the heaven, He sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.”
Mar 7:35  And immediately his ears were opened, and the binding of his tongue was loosed, and he was speaking plainly.

While Yahusha was driven away after the deliverance of the two demon possessed men. The most prominent one who was sent to his home would have made many converts as Yahusha comes back here for a second time and heals a deaf man as the people now there accept Him and publish about Him in the entire region.

Mar 7:36  And He ordered them, that they should say it to no one, but the more He ordered them, the more they published it.
Mar 7:37  And they were immeasurably astonished, saying, “He has done all well. He makes even the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak.”

It was in this place when the people were with him for 3 days, Yahusha feeds them with seven loaves & few fishes and they picked up seven large baskets of broken pieces.

Mar 8:1  In those days, the crowd being very great and not having any to eat, יהושע called His taught ones near and said to them,
Mar 8:2  “I have compassion on the crowd, for they have now been with Me three days and do not have food to eat.
Mar 8:3  “And if I dismiss them unfed to their home, they shall faint on the way, for some of them have come from far.”
Mar 8:4  And His taught ones answered Him, “How shall anyone be able to feed these people with bread here in the desert?”
Mar 8:5  And He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” And they said, “Seven.”
Mar 8:6  And He commanded the crowd to sit down on the ground. And taking the seven loaves, giving thanks, He broke them and gave them to His taught ones to set before them. And they set them before the crowd.
Mar 8:7  And they had a few small fishes. And having blessed, He said to set them also before them.
Mar 8:8  And they ate and were satisfied, and they picked up seven large baskets of broken pieces.
Mar 8:9  And those eating were about four thousand, and He dismissed them.
Mar 8:10  And immediately entering into the ship with His taught ones, He came to the parts of Dalmanutha/Magdala

Mat 15:37  And all ate and were satisfied, and they picked up what was left over of the broken pieces – seven large baskets, filled.
Mat 15:38  And those who ate were four thousand men, besides women and children.
Mat 15:39  And dismissing the crowd, He went into the boat, and came to the borders of Maḡdala.

Magdala was to the west of the sea of Galil/Kinnereth where Matthew records as Magdala and Mark records it as Dalmanutha

Luk 8:40  And it came to be, when יהושע returned, that the crowd gladly received Him, for they were all looking for Him.

Luke doesn't record the name of the place but states 'when Yahusha returned' which is clear that he came back to the west side of sea of Galil.

What is the significance of feeding the 4,000 with 7 loaves & few small fish?

Many people point our errors in scripture stating that in one place its written Yahusha fed 5000 with five loaves and 2 fish and the left overs were carried in 12 baskets.

Luk 9:10  And the emissaries, when they had returned, related to Him all that they had done. And He took them and they withdrew by themselves to a city called Bĕyth Tsaiḏa.

Luk 9:14  For there were about five thousand men. And He said to His taught ones, “Make them sit down in groups of fifty.”
Luk 9:15  And they did so, and made them all sit down.
Luk 9:16  And taking the five loaves and the two fishes, having looked up to the heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave them to the taught ones to set before the crowd.
Luk 9:17  So they all ate and were satisfied, and twelve baskets of the broken pieces were picked up by them.

These were similar like accounts but 2 different miracles done by Yahusha and have a deep spiritual significance.

Beyth Tsaida:

Beyth Tsaida was the city where Kepha, Andri and Phillip lived. Et-Tel, the mound identified as ancient Bethsaida, is located on a basaltic spur north of the Sea of Galilee, near the inflow of the Yarden River into the Sea of Galilee and was a Jewish village.

Joh 1:43  On the following day יהושע wished to go to Galil, and He found Philip and said to him, “Follow Me.”
Joh 1:44  And Philip was from Bĕyth Tsaiḏa, the city of Andri and Kĕpha.

It was here Yahusha fed the 5000 men (women and children not counted) with five loaves and 2 fish multiplied and left pieces were carried in 12 baskets. The five loaves are spiritually significant of 5 books of Torah and the two fish are significant of the two fold witness in Torah and prophets. The twelve baskets where the left overs were carried were significant of the 12 tribes of Yasharal. The 5000 is 5 x 1000 where 1000 is completeness of the number 5 which are the 5 books of Torah fed by the Torah of life Himself i.e. Yahusha.

These two instances were separate instances. We see further evidence when Yahusha got back to Magdala/Dalmanutha he was confronted by the Pharisees who were asking him for a sign.
Just after this Yahusha told his disciples to be careful of the leaven of the scribes and the Pharisees and his disciples thought its because they had taken no bread and just had one loaf. And here Yahusha rebukes them by reminding them of the 2 different feeding of the people.

Mar 8:14  And they had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat.
Mar 8:15  And He was warning them, saying, “Mind! Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the leaven of Herodes.”
Mar 8:16  And they were reasoning with one another, saying, “Because we have no bread.”
Mar 8:17  And יהושע, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?
Mar 8:18  “Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?
Mar 8:19  “When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets filled with broken pieces did you pick up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”
Mar 8:20  “And when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets filled with broken pieces did you pick up?” And they said, “Seven.”
Mar 8:21  And He said to them, “How do you not understand?”

And the key verse is verse 18 and verse 21, marked in bold above. The disciples didn't understand the significance of the 2 miracles. While we have seen and understood the feeding of the 5,000 with 5 loaves lets understand the feeding of the 4000 with 7 loaves and left overs carried in 7 baskets.

The number 4 in scripture is H702 arbah which is significant spiritually of the 4 directions north, south, east and west where Yasharal was driven to the four corners of the earth, now gathered in Mashiyach. The number 1000 stands for completeness, indicating the entire remnant of the dispersed among the Gentiles will be brought back. The 7 loaves by which they were fed and the 7 baskets of fragments left over which were carried is significant of bringing the Gentiles (lost sheep of the house of Yasharal) into his Shemittah cycle of 7 where number 7 speaks of the rest in Mashiyach. 6 years of sowing and 7th year a Shabbath year where everyone eats of what grows of itself and 7 x 7 + 1 is a jubilee which is a year of release where lands on lease or sold goes back to the owner of the land, servants/slaves are set free to go back to their family.

What is interesting to see from this account is with the 7 loaves Yahusha multipled and 7 baskets of fragments were carried and out of the left overs Yahusha's disciples carried only 1 loaf. This cannot be coincidence, can it? While we don't know in both the accounts what was done with the left overs, this one loaf of left over is significant of multiplying 7 x 7 = 49 and +1 which they carried which speak of the jubilee.

Mar 8:14  And they had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the ship.

In one of my studies I touched based on the 120 jubilee years based on Gen 6:3 where 120 years is not a literal life span of man post the flood as we seen even the fathers post the flood lived more than 120 years.

Gen 6: 3  And יהוה said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever for he is flesh/ bashar gone astray/shagag, and his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”

The message to the 7 assemblies, Yahusha among the 7 lampstands, 7 days of creation, 7th day rest etc. was all woven in scripture with a promise made to Abraham that in His SEED i.e. Mashiyach will the Gentiles be blessed

Gen 22:17  that I shall certainly bless you, and I shall certainly increase your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore, and let your seed possess the gate of their enemies.
Gen 22:18  “And in your seed all the GENTILES of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”

Gal 3:16  But the promises were spoken to Aḇraham, and to his Seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah

The Gentiles are woven into bringing them back into His rest as seen in the Shemittah cycle. And the multiple of the Shemittah cycles make a jubilee (7 x 7 +1 =50). And thus they are woven back into the 12 tribes as 120 jubilee years is 12 tribes x 10 their complete number.

Lev 25:8  ‘And you shall count seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years. And the time of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.

Lev 25:9  ‘You shall then sound a ram’s horn to pass through on the tenth day of the seventh month, on the Day of Atonement cause a ram’s horn to pass through all your land.

Lev 25:10  ‘And you shall set the fiftieth year apart, and proclaim release throughout all the land to all its inhabitants, it is a Jubilee for you. And each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you return to his clan.

Lev 25:11  ‘The fiftieth year is a Jubilee to you. Do not sow, nor reap what grows of its own, nor gather from its unpruned vine.

The 120 years is accounted from Adam where each day doesn't stand for a 1000 years but the 6000 years (120 x 50) to a release of the erring flesh (bashar shagam) as stated in Gen 6:3.

Lastly the feeding of the 4000 in the Decapolis brought forth seven baskets of left overs showing that Yahuah calls the Gentiles who are Yasharal in dispersion back into the inheritance when He drove out 7 nations to give them their inheritance i.e Kenanites, Hittites, Hiwwites, Prizzites, Girgashites, Amorites and Yebusites, seven nations stronger than them.

Jos 3:10  And Yehoshua said, “By this you shall know that the living Ěl is in your midst, and that He is certainly driving out from before you the Kenaʽanites and the Ḥittites and the Ḥiwwites and the Perizzites and Girgashites and the Amorites and the Yeḇusites:
