70 years of captivity & Dainel's 70 Weeks Prophecy

When did the 70 years begin?

Dan 9:1 In the first year of Dareyawesh the son of Aḥashwěrosh, of the seed of the Medes, who was set up as sovereign over the reign of the Kasdim –
Dan 9:2 in the first year of his reign I, Dani’ěl, observed from the Scriptures the number of the years, according to the word of יהוה given to Yirmeyah the prophet, for the completion of the wastes of Yerushalayim would be seventy years.
Dan 9:3 So I set my face toward יהוה the Elohim to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.

Daniel was seeking an answer as he was in Babylon in the 1st siege (606 BC) and understood the completion of the 70 years of captivity and was seeking an answer. The messenger Gabriel was sent showing him the future 70 weeks of years.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Dan 9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Yerushalayim unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
Dan 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week, he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The prophecy of Daniel is weeks of years Broken down to 70 weeks and is prophetic timeline unto Mashiyach and the end of the world.

Daniel 7:25 i.e. The command to restore and build Yerushalayim is 7 years i.e. 7 x 7 = 49 years. And from once built to Messiah is 62 weeks x 7 = 434 years Hence, 49 + 434 = 483 years. The New Testament Week is denoted by 7 and hence, 483 +7 = 490 years also written as 7 x 70 as its all related to the Shemitah years in a hidden timeline unto the end.

To restore (457 BC) and build (444 BC) Yerushalayim was from Artaxerxes. But there were 4 decrees given by 3 Medes Persia kings. So, question is whose decree we should take to understand the 483 years from the king to Messiah?

1. Cyrus gave a decree in 537 BC to rebuild THE TEMPLE at Yerushalayim Ezra 1:1-4.

Ezr 1:1 And in the first year of Koresh/Cyrus sovereign of Persia, that the word of יהוה by the mouth of Yirmeyah might be accomplished, יהוה stirred up the spirit of Koresh/Cyrus sovereign of Persia, to proclaim throughout all his reign, and also in writing, saying,
Ezr 1:2 “Thus said Koresh/Cyrus sovereign of Persia, ‘יהוה Elohim of the heavens has given me all the reigns of the earth. And He has commanded me to build Him a house in Yerushalayim which is in Yahuḏah.
Ezr 1:3 Who is among you of all His people? His Elohim be with him! And let him go up to Yerushalayim, which is in Yahuḏah, and build the House of יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ěl – He is Elohim – which is in Yerushalayim.
Ezr 1:4 And whoever is left from all the places where he sojourns, let the men of his place help him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, besides the voluntary offerings for the House of Elohim which is in Yerushalayim.’ ”
Ezr 1:5 And the heads of the fathers’ houses of Yehuḏah and Binyamin, and the priests and the Lěwites, with all those whose spirits Elohim had stirred, rose up to go up and build the House of יהוה which is in Yerushalayim.

2. Darius 1 reaffirmed the order of Cyrus and hastened the order (Ezra 6:1-3 & 13-15) & the temple was built in the 6th year of his reign.

Ezr 6:1 Then Dareyawesh the sovereign made a decree, and a search was made in the house of the books wherein also the treasures of Baḇel were kept.
Ezr 6:2 And at Aḥmetha, in the palace which is in the province of Media, a scroll was found, and this was written in it:
Ezr 6:3 In the first year of Sovereign Koresh/Cyrus, Sovereign Koresh/Cyrus made a decree concerning the House of Elah at Yerushalayim, “Let the house be built in the place where they brought offerings, and its foundations strongly laid, its height sixty cubits, its width sixty cubits,

Ezr 6:13 Then Tattenai, governor beyond the River, Shethar-Bozenai, and their companions promptly did according to what Dareyawesh the sovereign had sent.
Ezr 6:14 And the elders of the Yahuḏim were building, and they were blessed through the prophesying of Ḥaggai the prophet and Zeḵaryah son of Iddo. And they built and finished it, according to the decree of the Elah of Yisra’ěl, and according to the decree of Koresh, and Dareyawesh, and Artaḥshashta sovereign of Persia.
Ezr 6:15 And this House was completed on the third day of the month of Aḏar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of Sovereign Dareyawesh.

The house was dedicated, and Passover celebrated (516 BC)

Ezr 6:17 and offered at the dedication of this House of Elah one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, and as a sin offering for all Yisra’ěl twelve male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Yisra’ěl.
Ezr 6:18 And they appointed the priests to their divisions and the Lěwites to their divisions, over the service of Elah in Yerushalayim, as it is written in the Book of Mosheh.

Ezr 6:19 And the sons of the exile performed the Pěsaḥ on the fourteenth day of the first new moon,

Ezr 6:20 for the priests and the Lěwites had cleansed themselves – all of them were clean. And they slew the Pěsaḥ for all the sons of the exile, and for their brothers the priests, and for themselves.

Ezr 6:21 And the children of Yisra’ěl who had returned from the exile ate together with all who had separated themselves from the uncleanness of the nations of the land in order to seek יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ěl.

3. Artaxerxes gave 2 decrees:

1. Gave decree to Ezra as recorded in Ezra 7: 12-26 to re-establish the rule of Yahudah to be independent from any rule. 457 BC it says it was the 7th year of the King. (Ezr 7:8)

Ezra 7:8 And he came to Yerushalayim in the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the sovereign.

2. Artaxerxes gave a second decree in 444 BC which was 13 years later as stated to build the walls, gates and ruins of the city. Hence, 457 - 13 = 444

Neh 2:1 And it came to be in the new month of Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaḥshashta the sovereign, when wine was before him, that I took the wine and gave it to the sovereign. And I had never been sad in his presence.
Neh2:2 So the king said to me, why is your face sad though you are not sick? This is nothing but sadness of heart. Then I was very much afraid.
Neh2:3 And I said to the king, Let the king live forever. Why should my face not be sad when the city, the place of my father’s tombs, lies desolate and its gates have been consumed by fire?
Neh2:4 Then the king said to me, for what is this that you request? So I prayed to the El of the heavens.
Neh2:5 And I said to the king, if it was good on the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, that you would send me to Yahudah, to the city of my father’s tombs, that I may build it.

Why do we take Artaxerxes first and second decree and not Cyrus/Koresh’s Decree?

Firstly, we take Cyrus/Koresh's decree to map the end of the 70-year captivity when the first lot of captives came back, and the temple rebuilding work began and completed in 516 BC.

The Daniel’s prophecy says in Daniel 9:25 to restore and build Yerushalayim The word for restore is H7725 shub שוב which means return, return to whom? The rule back to Yahudah and rebuild H1129 is the word banah בנה which also means build. So, return back the rule (457BC) and rebuild (44BC) was the decree which only fits the bill if we see Artaxerxes as he first commands Ezra in 457BC to re-establish the rule and in 444BC tells Nehemiah to complete repairing Yerushalayim.

Some examples:

Benhaded the Armanean told Ahab

1Ki 20:34 And Ben-Haḏaḏ said to him, “The cities which my father took from your father I return/shub שוב H7725And set up marketplaces for yourself in Dammeseq, as my father did in Shomeron.” And Aḥaḇ said, “I send you away with this covenant.” And he made a covenant with him and sent him away.

And the command came to build the marketplaces once restored.

2Ki 14:22 He/Azariah built H1129 banah בנה Ěylath and restored/H7725 shub שוב it to Yehuḏah, after the sovereign slept with his fathers.

To Restore came in 457 BC Ezra 7:12-26 and to build came only by Artaxerxes in 444 BC as recorded in Nehemiah 2

Neh 2:5 and said to the sovereign, “If it seems good to the sovereign, and if your servant is pleasing before you, I ask that you send me to Yahuḏah, to the city of my fathers’ burial-sites, so that I build it.”

And he was permitted. The command to restore the rule back came as aligned with Moses law which fits the bill to take Artaxerxes decree to be taken as the decree and map the time

Ezr 7:25 And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your Elah that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people who are beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your Elah. And teach those who do not know them.

Ezr 7:26 And whoever does not do the law of your Elah and the law of the sovereign, let judgment be promptly executed on him, whether it be death, or banishment, or confiscation of goods, or imprisonment

A simple chart with the timelines is listed below:

If the 7 x 7 years led to 407 BC which falls in line with the first decree of Artaxerxes, then the next 62 x 7 = 434 to take from 406 BC, we land in year 28 AD. i.e. 434 - 406 (we don't count the jubilee year as it falls in the previous set of years) = 28 AD. But since there is no year '0' when switching from BC to AD we add 1 year and arrive at 29 AD which was the year when He declared the acceptable year of Yahuah at the end of the jubilee during the period of the Day of Atonement.

Luk 4:16 And He came to Natsareth, where He had been brought up. And according to His practice, He went into the congregation on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.
Luk 4:17 And the scroll of the prophet Yeshayahu was handed to Him. And having unrolled the scroll, He found the place where it was written:
Luk 4:18 “The RUACH of יהוה is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to bring the Good News to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send away crushed ones with a release,

Luk 4:19 to proclaim the acceptable year of יהוה.

Remember, the acceptable year began during the Day of Atonement and ended with the Day of Atonement. And just before this Yahusha had fasted 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness where He was tempted by the devil. And 28 AD to 29 AD was a jubilee year.

And He said Luk 4:21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”

This was prophesied as it says Mal 3:1 “See, I am sending My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me (John the Baptist). Then suddenly the Master (Yahusha) you are seeking comes to His Hěḵal, even the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight. See, He is coming,” said יהוה of hosts.

And Yahusha preached for 3 and 1/2 years and was impaled in 33 A.D. 30 years was an age required for a priest. And Yahusha came with a Malchitsedeq priesthood and the priest over the temple of His own body to whom the Tsadoq priest John the Baptist himself made a way.

Luk 3:23 And when יהושע Himself began, He was about thirty years of age, being, as reckoned by law, son of Yosěph, of Ěli,

Remember Ezekiel 1:1 says Ezekiel was 30 years and he was a priest who saw the first set of visions from Yahuah in captivity in the 5th year of Yehoyakin's captivity which was also his from 597 BC.

Num 4:1 And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, and to Aharon, saying,
Num 4:2 “Take a census of the sons of Qehath from among the children of Lěwi, by their clans, by their fathers’ house,
Num 4:3 from thirty years old and above, even to fifty years old, all who enter the service to do the work in the Tent of Appointment.

And this year was end of the jubilee year when He read the YashaYahu passages during the time of Atonement period.

The prophetic clock changes to make us look at the 70 weeks of Daniel wholistic as the Shemitah determined for the people of Yahusha to fulfill:

1. To finish transgression

2. to make an end of sins

3. to make reconciliation for iniquity

4. to bring in everlasting righteousness

5. to seal up vision and prophecy

6. to Anoint Most Set Apart

7. not stated as the Transition will be completed.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy qodesh city, to finish/kala כלא H3607 the transgression, and to make an end/chattam חתם H2856 of sins, and to make atonement/kaphar כפר H3722 for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up/chattam חתם H2856 the vision and prophecy, and to anoint/mashach משח H4886 the most Holy.

Firstly, the qodesh city referred to is Yerushalayim and its not the carnal Yerushalayim but the spiritual. The word 'kala כלא H3607' means to 'RESTRAIN'. Also, the word translated as 'transgression' is the Hebrew word 'pasha פשע, H6588 ' which means revolt/rebellion. Hence, the verse tells us that the 'rebellion is being restrained'.

The word 'chattam חתם' H2856 is making an end/mark or seal. Hene the wrong measures (chattah) is being made end of/stopped with a signet. As chattam also means 'signet'.

Hence, we can see a transition in dividing the qodesh city into two sets of people here, the rebellious who are restrained from their revolt and the other set who will be atoned for in the qodesh city and the accomplishment of the atonement will be the anointing of the Most Set Apart place. All this will be accomplished by Yahusha.

The prophecy of Daniel is weeks of years Broken down to 7weeks Daniel 7:25 i.e. The command to restore and build Yerushalayim is 7 years i.e. 7 x 7 = 49 years And from once built to Messiah is 62 weeks x 7 = 434 years Hence, 49 + 434 = 483 years Daniel could have been told simply after 69 weeks Messiah will be cut off from the time the command went to restore and build Yerushalayim but Daniel is shown a 7 (Shemitah) oaths/declarations leading to jubilee in Messiah as each Shemitah was of 7 years so it’s broken down as 7 x 7 and 62 x 7 and 1 x 7 to show the 70 weeks of Shemitah are determined.

Why is the 7 sevens separated from the 62 sevens?

Sevens are used in the Bible to illustrate a Jubilee period. It's the Biblical principle of weeks of years which these 70 weeks represent. The 62 x 7 is not a jubilee period but helps us land on the jubilee year when Mashiyach began His ministry at 30 years of age.

Lev 25:8 ‘And you shall count seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years. And the time of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.
Lev 25:9 ‘You shall then sound a shophar-sound on the tenth day of the seventh new moon, on Yom haKippurim/Day of Atonement cause a shophar to sound through all your land
Lev 25:10 ‘And you shall set the fiftieth year apart and proclaim release throughout all the land to all its inhabitants, it is a Yoḇel for you. And each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you return to his clan.

The seven sevens are when the firstfruits come in, when the sickle is put to the harvest and the wholistic 7 x 7 + 62 x 7 +7 = 490 years is the entire period of the Shemitah unto the end.

Deu 16:9 "Count seven weeks for yourself. Begin to count seven weeks from the time you begin to put the sickle to the grain.
Deu 16:10 “And you shall perform the Festival of Shaḇuʽoth to יהוה your Elohim, according to the voluntary offering from your hand, which you give as יהוה your Elohim blesses you.

We saw this: To Restore came in 457 BC Ezra 7:12-26 & hence the 7 x 7 is calculated from here landing us to 407 BC. To build came only by Artaxerxes in 444 BC as recorded in Nehemiah 2

Neh 2:5 and said to the sovereign, “If it seems good to the sovereign, and if your servant is pleasing before you, I ask that you send me to Yahuḏah, to the city of my fathers’ burial-sites, so that I build it.”

And he was permitted. The command to restore the rule back came as aligned with Moses law which fits the bill to take Artaxerxes decree to be taken as the decree and map the time.

The year 407 BC was the year from the time restore (457 BC) to build (444 BC). 457 - 407 =50 years which are 2 jubilee years apart. From this jubilee 62 x 7 =434 years - 406 years = 28 AD +1 (no year 0) = 29AD.

Coming back to Daniel. He was looking specifically at the completion of 70 years based on YarmeYahu's prophecy.

Jer 25:11 And all this land shall be a ruin and a waste, and these nations shall serve the sovereign of Baḇel seventy years.
Jer 25:12 And it shall be, when seventy years are completed, that I shall punish the sovereign of Baḇel and that nation, the land of the Kasdim, for their crookedness,’ declares יהוה, ’and shall make it everlasting ruins.

2Ch 36:20 And those who escaped from the sword he exiled to Baḇel, where they became servants to him and his sons until the reign of Persia,
2Ch 36:21 in order to fill the word of יהוה by the mouth of Yirmeyahu, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay waste, she kept Sabbath, until seventy years were completed.

The second wave of deportation happened in 597 BC when Ezekiel was taken into captivity with the others.

Dan 1:21 And Dani’ěl continued until the first year of Sovereign Koresh.

The interval between the first deportation in 606 B.C., in which Daniel himself was involved, and 536 B.C., when the first returnees under Zerubbabel once more set up an altar in Yerushalayim, amounted to seventy years. which was the year Cyrus making a proclamation allowing the Yahudim to return to Yerushalayim and rebuild the temple. The year of this return marked the end of the 70-year captivity of the Yahudim.

Daniel lived to see the fall of the Babylonian Empire and the sudden rise of the Medo-Persian Empire with its first ruler, Cyrus.

And He has commanded me to build Him a house in Yerushalayim which is in Yehuḏah.
Ezr 1:3 Who is among you of all His people? His Elohim be with him! And let him go up to Yerushalayim, which is in Yehuḏah, and build the House of יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ěl – He is Elohim – which is in Yerushalayim.

Hence, the 70 years of Yahudah ended here. Yahuah through His nabi YashaYahu had prophesied about Cyrus

Isa 45:1 “Thus said יהוה to His anointed, to Koresh/Cyrus, whose right hand I have strengthened, to subdue nations before him and ungird the loins of sovereigns, to open before him the double doors, so that gates are not shut:
Isa 45:2 I go before you and make the crooked places straight; I shatter the gates of bronze and cut down the bars of iron.
Isa 45:3 And I shall give you the treasures of darkness and hoarded wealth of secret places, so that you know that I, יהוה, who are calling you by your name, am the Elohim of Yisra’ěl.
Isa 45:4 For the sake of Ya‛aqoḇ My servant, and of Yisra’ěl My chosen, I also call you by your name, I give you a title, though you have not known Me.

YarmeYahu's prophecy has two components concealed in it:

There were two components to this prophecy: the 'desolation of the land' and 'serving the king of Babylon' (Jeremiah 25:11).

Jer 25:11 And all this land shall be a ruin and a waste, and these nations shall serve the sovereign of Baḇel seventy years.

Each component seems to have been fulfilled over slightly different, yet overlapping, periods of 70 years.

The 70 years of desolation of the land can be calculated as the time between the destruction of the temple by the Babylonians in 586BC—which was indeed a desolation for the city of Yerushalayim—and the rebuilding of the temple.

2Ch 36:19 And they burned the House of Elohim, and broke down the wall of Yerushalayim, and burned all its palaces with fire, and destroyed all its valuable utensils.
2Ch 36:20 And those who escaped from the sword he exiled to Baḇel, where they became servants to him and his sons until the reign of the reign of Persia,
2Ch 36:21 in order to fill the word of יהוה by the mouth of Yirmeyahu, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay waste, she kept Sabbath, until seventy years were completed.

The captivity of the Yahudite people, which began prior to the destruction of the temple with the first deportation of Yahudi's to Babylon and ended with a decree from Cyrus allowing the Yahudi's to return to Jerusalem, was also 70 years in 536 BC. The interval between the destruction of the first temple by Nebuzaradan in 586 and the completion of the second temple by Zerubbabel in 516 was also seventy years.

So, we see how the 70 years overlapped each other:

1.606BC (1st siege) to Cyrus Decree in 537BC and the decree was implemented in 536BC which was the actual year of 70-year captivity completion.

2. 586 BC (3rd siege and a land desolate one as all were carried captive and only the poor of the land left) t0 516BC when the temple of Yahuah was completed shows the 70 years as well.

This is why Daniel searched the books to determine the end of the 70 years of captivity and he sought the face of Yahuah to understand & he was given the 70 weeks prophecy to the end. While the literal 70 years were completed in 536 BC with the decree of Cyrus, the 70 weeks of years would actually begin in 457 BC when Artaxerxes gave a decree to Restore the rule. (Please refer to the charts above for clarity) & Daniel was told to go his way and rest with the fathers for the words were sealed until the end.

Dan 12:8 As for me, I heard but could not understand; so, I said, my Adon, what shall be the outcome of these events?
Dan 12:9 He said, Go, Dani’El, for the words are concealed and sealed up until the end time.
Dan 12:10 Many shall be purged, purified and refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly; And all of the wicked shall not understand, but those who have insight shall understand
Dan 12:11 From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred, and ninety days.
Dan 12:12 Blessed is he who waits and comes to the thousand, three hundred and thirty-five days!
Dan 12:13 But as for you, go on to the end; then you shall rest and stand in your allotted portion at the end of the days.

The wilderness journey:

We see in Rev 12 that Covenant Yasharal after delivering the male child is carried away into the wilderness for time, times and dividing of time or 1260 days and is nourished away from the face of the dragon.

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by Elohim, to be nourished there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child.
Rev 12:14 And the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, to fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time (moead) and times (moaedim) and half a time (khatsay).

We saw the 1260 days/3.5 years/42 months (1260/30) time (360) times (360 x 2) & dividing of time (180) is the time when the Set Apart sanctuary is trampled underfoot by the Gentiles i.e. the seed claiming right to Abrahamic covenant and is actually carnal Yasharal. This background was necessary for us to understand where it all began and how it reflects clearly of Yasharal in the wilderness journey and typology to the end times journey.

And Daniel says:

Dan 12:11 From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred, and ninety days.
Dan 12:12 Blessed is he who waits and comes to the thousand, three hundred and thirty-five days!
Dan 12:13 But as for you, go on to the end; then you shall rest and stand in your allotted portion at the end of the days.

Let's decode the 1290 days:

Eze 4:1 “And you, son of man, take a clay tablet, and you shall lay it before you, and shall inscribe on it a city, Yerushalayim,
Eze 4:2 and shall lay siege against it, and build a siege wall against it, and heap up a mound against it, and set camps against it, and place battering rams against it all around.
Eze 4:3 “Then take an iron plate, and set it as an iron wall between you and the city. And you shall set your face against it, and it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it. It is a sign to the house of Yisra’ĕl.
Eze 4:4 “And lie on your left side, and you shall put the crookedness of the house of Yisra’ĕl on it. As many days as you lie on it, you shall bear their crookedness.
Eze 4:5 “For I Myself have laid on you the years of their crookedness, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days. And you shall bear the crookedness of the house of Yisra’ĕl.
Eze 4:6 “And when you have completed them, you shall lie again on your right side and shall bear the crookedness of the house of Yehuḏah forty days, a day for a year. I have laid on you a day for a year.

Ezekiel in his continuing in seeing in visions the esteem of Yahuah coming from the north. North is where Yerushalayim is & it's evident that the esteem of Yahuah had departed from Yerushalayim during these wicked kings of Yahudah ruled. TsidqiYahu was ruling when he saw these visions & he himself was in the Babylonian captivity during the 597 BC seize of Yerushalayim.

Eze 1:1 And it came to be in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth of the new moon, as I was among the exiles by the River Keḇar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of Elohim.
Eze 1:2 On the fifth of the new moon, in the fifth year of Sovereign Yehoyaḵin’s exile,

Eze 1:4 As I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing itself, and a brightness to it all around and out of its midst; like the color of polished bronze out of the midst of the fire.

Psalms 48:2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

Ezekiel was told to lie on his left side for 390 days to bear the iniquity of Yasharal for the symbolic 390 years as verse 6 says ‘’….I have laid on you a day for a year’’ and for Yahudah to lie on the right side for 40 days which each day is for a year. So, 390 + 40 =430 years.

In order for 70 Sabbath years to be missed, Yasharal must have lived in the land of Caanan– without observing the Sabbath year – for a total of 490 years (70 x 7 ...an entire period when Yahuah forgives Yasharal after taking them through Great Tribulation. In Lev 26:28 Yahuah tells Yasharal that he would punish them 7 times for their sins). This is because only one year out of seven is a Sabbath year – and 490 total years / 7 = 70 Sabbath years, the exact time of Yahudah and few tribes which clung to Yahudah from Yasharal went into the 70-year captivity. Daniel's 70 weeks shows us the end unto us who have never observed a Sabbath year being in dispersion.

Lev 26:28 then I shall walk contrary to you in wrath. And I myself shall punish you seven times for your sins.

We saw the word translated as 'sheba' which also means 'seven oaths'

Exo 12:40 And the sojourn of the children of Yisra’ěl who lived in Mitsrayim was four hundred and thirty years.

These 430 years of sojourn are when the Shemitah is not observed.

According to Galatians 3:17 the 430 years began when Yahuah made a covenant with Abraham. Abraham was 75 when he left Haran to enter the land. Yashmael/Ishmael was born to Abraham when he was 86 (Gen. 16:16) and Yitsaq/Isaac was born when Abraham is 100 years old (Genesis 17:17).

During this time Yashmael/Ishmael, who "was born after the flesh persecuted him [Yitsaq/Isaac] that was born after the spirit" (Galatians 4:29; Genesis 21:9-11), beginning a time of affliction of Abraham's seed which intermittently would be continued until the time of the Exodus.

Simple maths of 215 years:

From Abraham's entry into Canaan (75 when he left Haran) to the birth of Yitsaq/Isaac was 25 years i.e. 100 years when Yitsaq/Isaac was born. Genesis12:4; 17:1-21.

Yitsaq/Isaac was 60 years old at the birth of Yaaqob/Jacob, Genesis 25:26.

Gen 25:26 And afterward his brother came out, with his hand holding on to Ěsaw’s heel, so his name was called Ya‛aqoḇ. And Yitsḥaq was sixty years old when she bore them.

and Yaaqob/Jacob was 130 years at his going down into Mitsyarim/Egypt, Genesis 47:9; the sum makes 215 years. And then Yaaqob/Jacob and his children having continued in Egypt 215 years more, the whole sum of 430 years is regularly completed.

Gen 47:9 And Ya‛aqoḇ said to Pharaoh, “The days of the years of my sojournings are one hundred and thirty years. Few and evil have been the days of the years of my life, and they have not reached the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their sojournings.”

25+60+130=215

The other 215 years:

Yoseph/Joseph was 39 years when Yaaqob/Jacob and all his sons came into Mitsyarim/Egypt and Yaaqob/Jacob was 130 years when he entered into Egypt. Gen 47: 8-9

Yoseph/Joseph was 30 years when he stood before Pharaoh and 39 when Yaaqob/Jacob entered Mitsyarim/Egypt with his sons. Gen 41:46.

Gen 41:46 Now Yosěph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh sovereign of Mitsrayim. And Yosěph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Mitsrayim.

How do we know that Yoseph/Joseph was 39 when Yaaqob/Jacob entered Mitsyarim/Egypt with his other sons? He was 30 years when he stood before Pharaoh and 7 years of plentiful had passed so at the end of the 7 years of plentiful Joseph was 37 years.

Gen 45:4-6 two years of scarcity had already come hence 37 + 2= 39 when he revealed himself to his brothers.

Gen 45:4 Then Yosěph said to his brothers, “Please come near to me.” And when they came near, he said, “I am Yosěph your brother, whom you sold into Mitsrayim.
Gen 45:5 “And now, do not be grieved nor displeased with yourselves because you sold me here, for Elohim sent me before you to preserve life.
Gen 45:6 “For two years now the scarcity of food has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there is neither ploughing nor harvesting.

Yoseph/Joseph dies at the age of 110 which means he rules for another 71 years from the time he is revealed to his brothers 110-39=71 (Gen 50:26).

Gen 50:26 And Yosěph died, being one hundred and ten years old. And they embalmed him, and he was placed in a coffin in Mitsrayim.

Yasharal lived in Egypt for 286 years at the time of the death of Yoseph/Joseph 215+71=286.

Only 64 years pass from the time Yoseph dies to when Masha was born.
71 (Yoseph ruled for another 71 years after Yaaqob, and all sons came into Egypt) + 64 (Masha/Moses born) + 80 (Masha's age when he was before Pharaoh) = 215.

How did we arrive at 64 when Masha/Moses was born?

1) Masha/Moses was 80 years old at the time of the Exodus (Ex 7:7)

Exo 7:7 Now Mosheh was eighty years old and Aharon eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh.

2) The time that Yasharal lived in dispersion & Egypt was 430 years. (Ex. 12:40)

Exo 12:40 And the sojourn of the children of Yisra’ěl who lived in Mitsrayim was four hundred and thirty years.

Yasharal lived in dispersion & Egypt for 430 - 80 = 350 years (at the time of Moses birth) and Yoseph's death to birth of Moses 350-286=64.

430 years in Egypt or 400 years?

Gen15:13 He said to Abram, know for certain that your stranger shall be your seed in a land that is not theirs, and they shall serve them. And they shall afflict them four hundred years.

The 400 years of Abraham’s seed being afflicted as stated in Gen 15:13 is from the time Yitsaq/Isaac was weaned when he was 5 years old. The reason we take 5 years is because of this evidence from scriptures.

2Sa 4:4 Now Yehonathan, son of Sha’ul, had a son who was lame in his feet. He was five years old when the news about Sha’ul and Yehonathan came from Yizre‛ěl, and his nurse took him up and fled. And it came to be, as she hurried to flee, that he fell and became lame. And his name was Mephiḇosheth.

Here Mephiboseth was 5 years old and still was nursed which usually is an age of completion of Nursing and the child is WEANED.

Masha/Moses was also nursed: Ex 2:9 And Pharaoh's daughter said unto her, take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give give you your wages. And the woman took the child and nursed it.

When a child completed weaning, he was 5 years old and as per Yahudi/Jewish custom the parents went up to sacrifice and hence we see Hannah do the same. Also we see Abraham make a feast because now his child is not under NURSING.

Gen 21:8 And the child grew and was weaned, and Aḇraham made a great feast on the day that Yitsḥaq was weaned.

25 years after Abraham left Haran (when he was 75 years old) and Yitshaq/Isaac was born i.e. when he was 100 years old and when Isaac was 5 years old, he was weaned.

So, 25+5=30 and 430-30=400.

Ga 4:29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

The promise took effect when Yashmael/Ishmael the son of the bondwoman was cast out. Remember, in Galatians 4 Shaul the emissary speaks of the 2 covenants where he likens the present Yerushalayim like Hagar in bondage with her children and says we are from Yerushalayim from above, indicating our dispersion.

Gen 21:10 So she said to Aḇraham, “Drive out this female servant and her son, for the son of this female servant shall not inherit with my son, with Yitsḥaq.”

So, both 430 and 400 are correct, it's about the perspective to be seen. Hence the 430 years of Exodus 12:40 includes the sojourn of the patriarchs in Canaan as well as their stay in Egypt whereas 400 years include only from the time Yitsaq/Isaac was weaned when he was 5 years old.

Heb 11:9 By belief, he/Abraham sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsḥaq and Ya‛aqoḇ, the heirs with him of the same promise,

Gen 15:13 And He said to Aḇram, “Know for certain that your seed are to be sojourners in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them, and they shall afflict them four hundred years.

Rev11:8 And their dead bodies shall be in the street of the great city as the spirit is called by the name of Sedom and Mitsrayim/Egypt, which also their Adon was crucified there.

430 x 3 =1290 includes Abraham as he lived as a pilgrim/sojourner in the promised land and looked to the heavenly country.

Why do we take 430 x 3?

3 times a year every male (Abraham and his seed) was to appear before Yahuah and we see the abomination of desolation forbids them to enter the physical temple because they see the Yahusha as the transitioned Alahym in New Yerushalayim. Yahusha said Abraham saw my Day and rejoiced. The seed of Abraham follows his footsteps as they see no continuing city here but look for a city whose builder and maker is Alahaym. While the carnal seed which is not part of him continue in going up to carnal Yerushalayim which are their Hebrew assemblies, churches, synagogues etc. observing the carnal Shemitah.

Heb 11:9 By belief, he sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsḥaq and Yaʽaqoḇ, the heirs with him of the same promise,
Heb 11:10 for he was looking for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.

When we just look at the affliction of the seed of Abraham i.e. 1260, we see the seed as Mashiyach because the manchild in Rev 12 caught up to the throne was Mashiyach and the dragon went to make war with the remnant of the Covenant Yasharal's seed and she fled to the wilderness where she is nourished for time (360), times (360 x 2) & dividing of time (180) or 42 months (42 x 30) or 3.5 (360 x 3.5). 360 are the lunar days used in the multiples to show 1260 days.

Gal 3:16 But the promises were spoken to Aḇraham, and to his Seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah.

Thats why we read

Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall be in the street of the great city as the spirit is called by the name of Sedom and Mitsrayim, which also their Adon was crucified there.

Hence when Masha stood before Pharaoh and told Pharaoh to let us go three days journey into the wilderness to slaughter to Aluahym was prophetic because the slaughter of a three-day journey of Yahusha ha Mashiyach in the heart of the earth would usher us to New Yerushalayim, the same city which our father Abraham looked for and all our fathers looked for.

Exo 8:27 “Let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, then we shall slaughter to יהוה our Elohim, as He commands us.”

430 x 3 is also seen in this way.

Hence the re-dedication of the spiritual temple and we in him brings us to the cleansing from the abomination of desolation, Yahuah uses a historical record of the cleansing of the temple (re-dedication) which Yahudi’s observe which falls 75 days after Yom Kippur i.e. the Day of Atonement so spiritually we see 1260 which is the affliction of the seed and fleeing to wilderness (denoted by time (360 days) , times (360 x 2- =720) & dividing of time 360/2= 180), 42 months (42 x 30) , 3.5 (360 x 3.5 ) + 75 = 1335 days. The Day of Atonement is when all of Yasharal’s sins are forgiven as a nation and the Torah, and the Prophets (the two witnesses of Rev 11) testify unto Mashiyach the seed who will deliver his people from captivity and abomination which makes desolate.

1335 days: 1260 +75

One of the most notable mentions of the number 75 in the Bible is found in Genesis 12:4, where we learn that Abram was 75 years old when he departed from Haran at Alahym's command.

Gen 12:4 So Abram went forth as Yahuah had spoken to him; and Lot went with him. Now Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.

This moment marked the beginning of his journey towards becoming the father of many nations and a figure of great spiritual significance. In this sense, the number 75 represents the beginning of a journey towards divine purpose and destiny.

Acts 7:14 Yoseph sent and called Yaaqob his father and all his family, seventy-five souls.

Similarly, the patriarch's 75 souls in all went into a new journey into Egypt from where their offspring would come forth in large numbers. While Moses only records six hundred thousand (600,000) warriors on foot, there were many others. Number 6 speaks of man within the perimeters of an incomplete Shemitah and hence, Yahuah who marched as their El Gibbor (warrior) was the 7th who alone could take them into the rest. The numbers 10, 100 & multiples of 10 speak of completeness.

Ex 12:37 Now the sons of Yisra’El journeyed from Rameses to Sukkoth, about six hundred thousand warriors/ha gabarim הגברים on foot, aside from children.
Ex 12:38 A mixed multitude also went up with them, and flocks and herds, a very large number of livestock.

Ex 13:18 Hence Elohim led the people around by the way of the wilderness to the Sea of Reeds; and the sons of Yisra’El went up in fives/chamushim from the land of Mitsrayim.

So, if 600,000 men on foot who were warriors left on foot and in group of fives, then the groups would be 120,000 which is 12 x 10,000 where number 12 speaks of the 12 tribes. I have touched based on this before where we also see 120 x 50 = 6000 years, the number Yahuah designed for man to live when he brought the flood which is 120 jubilees. (each jubilee is 50 years).

Gen 46:26 All the souls that came with Ya’aqob, who came to Mitsrayim, out of his loins, besides the wives of Ya’aqob’s sons, were sixty-six souls in all,

Gen 46:26 records the count of only those coming from his loins, whereas Stephen gives the overall count of 75.

Historically, we also see during the Maccabees revolt when the abominable statue was placed in the Yahudite temple about 165 years before Mashiyach and the temple was cleansed and re-dedicated 75 days after the Day of Atonement.

The Day of Atonement is when all of Yasharal’s sins are forgiven as a nation and the Torah, and the Prophets (the two witnesses of Rev 11) testify about Mashiyach the SEED who will deliver his people from captivity and abomination which makes desolate.

Heb 2:11 For both He who sets apart and those who are being set apart are all of One, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers,

Joh 10:22 ¶ And it was at Yerushalam the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
Joh 10:23 And Yahusha walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. 24 Then came the Yahudi round about him, and said unto him, how long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Messiah, tell us plainly.

Speaking of those coming against Heavenly Yerushalayim Yahuah speaks of the pouring the Ruach of grace and supplications on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim (those accounted as spiritual seed) and they will identify Him as Yahusha as the One whom they pierced.

Zec12:9 And it shall be, in that day I shall set about to destroy all the nations
that come against Yerushalayim

Zec12:10 I shall pour out on the house of Dawid and on the inhabitants of Yerushalam,
the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they shall look on Me
whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son,
and they shall be bitter over Him as one that is in bitterness over a firstborn.

Zec12:11 In that day there shall be great mourning in Yerushalam,
like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the plain of Megiddon.
Zec12:12 The land shall mourn, families by families by itself;
the family of the house of Dawid by itself and their wives by themselves;
the family of the house of Nathan by itself and their wives by themselves;
Zec12:13 the family of the house of Lewi by itself and their wives by themselves;
the family of the Shimeites by itself and their wives by themselves;
Zec12:14 all the families that remain, families by families by itself
and their wives by themselves.

This brings us to the 1335 days blessedness spoken by Daniel when the temple of our bodies is re-dedicated of having been FOUND IN HIM.
